背景技术
乳化液浓度计用于测量乳化液中乳化油的浓度,目前无校准乳化液浓度计的标准物质,无法保证其稳定性和准确度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,解决现有技术中目前无校准乳化液浓度计的标准物质,无法保证其稳定性和准确度的技术问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,包括:质量份配比的轻质润滑油7份,石油磺酸钠1份,羧酸钾皂0.1~0.5份,助乳化剂0.1~0.5份,抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,防腐剂0.5份,余量为水。
本发明提供一种校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,包括:质量份配比的轻质润滑油7份,石油磺酸钠1份,羧酸钾皂0.1~0.5份,助乳化剂0.1~0.5份,抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,防腐剂0.5份,余量为水。本发明实现乳化液浓度计的有效溯源,保证浓度计量值准确。

本发明实施例一提供了一种校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,包括:质量份配比的轻质润滑油7份,石油磺酸钠1份,羧酸钾皂0.1~0.5份,助乳化剂0.1~0.5份,抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,防腐剂0.5份,余量为水。
其中,所述助乳化剂为三乙醇胺。
所述轻质润滑油为HVI75。
所述防腐剂为硼酸。
所述的抗氧剂为蓖麻酸二乙醇胺。
所述羧酸钾皂为反应过程中生成的。
有益效果:本发明所述的乳化油标准物质,均匀性和稳定性能够满足标准物质的要求。
本发明实施例二提供了一种乳化油标准物质配方,包括质量份配比的如下原料:轻质润滑油7份,石油磺酸钠1份,羧酸钾皂0.3份,助乳化剂0.3份,抗氧剂0.2份,防腐剂0.5份,余量为水。
本发明实施例三提供了一种乳化油标准物质配方,包括质量份配比的如下原料:石蜡基中性油7份,石油磺酸钠1份,羧酸钾皂0.3份,助乳化剂0.5份,抗氧剂0.5份,防腐剂0.5份,余量为水。
本发明实施例四提供了一种乳化油标准物质配方,包括质量份配比的如下原料:石蜡基中性油7份,石油磺酸钠1份,羧酸钾皂0.5份,助乳化剂0.3份,抗氧剂0.5份,防腐剂0.5份,余量为水。

3.根据权利要求1所述的校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,其特征在于,所述轻质润滑油为HVI75。
4.根据权利要求1所述的校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为硼酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为蓖麻酸二乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的校准乳化液浓度计的标准物,其特征在于,所述羧酸钾皂为反应过程中生成的。
