本发明公开了一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,其中,所述燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:聚羧酸8-12份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺15-22份;丁基二苯胺抗氧剂3-5份;氯化铜18-33份;磷酸三丁酯22-28份;乙二胺四乙酸10-12份;以及硫氰酸铵25-32份。本发明提供了一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,不仅制造燃气锅炉管道的材料防火隔热效果好差,而且保证了燃气锅炉使用安全的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及燃气锅炉技术领域,特别地,涉及一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料。
背景技术
燃气锅炉炉膛的结构、形状、容积和高度都要保证燃料充分燃烧,并使炉膛出口的烟气温度降低到熔渣开始凝结的温度以下。当炉内的温度超过灰熔点时,灰便呈熔融状态。熔融的灰渣颗粒在触及炉内水冷壁管或其他构件时会粘在燃气锅炉管道上面。粘结的灰粒逐渐增多,遂形成渣块,称为结渣。结渣会降低锅炉受热面的传热效果。
目前制造燃气锅炉管道的材料防火隔热效果比较差,影响燃气锅炉的使用安全。

本发明目的在于提供一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,以解决现有技术中制造燃气锅炉管道的材料防火隔热效果比较差,影响燃气锅炉的使用安全的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,其中,所述燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:
聚羧酸8-12份;
双烯基丁二酰亚胺15-22份;
丁基二苯胺抗氧剂3-5份;
氯化铜18-33份;
磷酸三丁酯22-28份;
乙二胺四乙酸10-12份;以及
硫氰酸铵25-32份。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,其中,所述燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:聚羧酸8份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺20份;丁基二苯胺抗氧剂3份;氯化铜22份;磷酸三丁酯25份;乙二胺四乙酸10份;以及硫氰酸铵27份。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,其中,所述燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:聚羧酸12份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺22份;丁基二苯胺抗氧剂5份;氯化铜30份;磷酸三丁酯25份;乙二胺四乙酸10份;以及硫氰酸铵32份。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供了一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,不仅制造燃气锅炉管道的材料防火隔热效果好差,而且保证了燃气锅炉使用安全的问题。

磷酸三丁酯22-28份;
乙二胺四乙酸10-12份;以及
硫氰酸铵25-32份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料,其特征在于,所述燃气锅炉管道用防火隔热材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:聚羧酸8份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺20份;丁基二苯胺抗氧剂3份;氯化铜22份;磷酸三丁酯25份;乙二胺四乙酸10份;以及硫氰酸铵27份。
