Abstract
本发明公开了一种生鲜食品包装袋,包括内层和外所,内层由聚氧酯薄膜体系的胶水复合材料制成,外层由无纺布制成;内层和外层之间设有光催化剂涂层。胶水复合材料包括TPU薄膜、PE透气薄膜和TIE膜层。包装袋还包括油墨印刷层,油墨印刷层设置于光催化剂涂层和外层之间。生鲜食品包装袋袋体透气性好、能保持袋内食品干燥,同时能起杀菌作用,不使用防腐剂并且不会造成食品腐烂。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋领域,尤其涉及一种生鲜食品包装袋。
背景技术
目前市场上用于包装食品或生鲜类食品通常使用真空包装,真空包装虽然能对食品保鲜,在短时间内不易造成食品变质,但真空包装会是食品失去原有的味道。如果选用非真空包装又需要保持食品不变质或腐烂,则需要在食品中添加一定剂量的防腐剂。而生鲜食品在密闭的袋中,容易滋生细菌,加速生鲜食品的成熟衰老。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种袋体透气性好、能保持袋内食品干燥,同时能起杀菌作用,不使用防腐剂并且不会造成食品腐烂的生鲜食品包装袋。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是一种袋体透气性好、能保持袋内食品干燥,同时能起杀菌作用,不使用防腐剂并且不会造成食品腐烂的生鲜食品包装袋。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种生鲜食品包装袋,包括内层和外所,内层由聚氧酯薄膜体系的胶水复合材料制成,外层由无纺布制成;内层和外层之间设有光催化剂涂层,光催化剂涂层设置为用于在光照下杀菌。
进一步地,胶水复合材料包括TPU薄膜、PE透气薄膜和TIE膜层;胶水复合材料被设置为将TPU薄膜、PE透气薄膜和TIE膜层依次叠加,TPU薄膜厚度为0.02-0.18mm,PE透气薄膜厚度为:0.01mm-0.03mm,TIE膜层厚度为:0.03-0.2mm。
进一步地,光催化剂涂层选用二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化锡、二氧化锆、硫化镉、氯化银、溴化银中的一种。
进一步地,包装袋的四周均设有用于撕开包装袋的开口。

技术效果
1、生鲜食品包装袋内层由聚氧酯薄膜体系的胶水复合材料制成,外层有无纺布制成,两层材料均具有良好的透气性,使得包装袋具备非常好的透气性,保持食品干燥。
2、生鲜食品包装袋的内外两层之间设有光催化剂涂层,在光照下,使得光催化剂的有效成分进入细菌壳体内,杀死细菌,起到杀菌作用。
3、具有吸水干燥剂和温度标签,保持袋内食品干燥,并且通过温度标签显示袋内食品是否有超过一定的温度,用以提示食品是否安全可食用。
4、食品袋的内层含有可降解树脂成分,使得食品袋在使用后可以被分解,利于环境保护。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的一个较佳实施例提供了一种生鲜食品包装袋,包括内层1和外层2,内层1由聚氧酯薄膜体系的胶水复合材料制成,外层2由无纺布制成;内层和外层之间设有光催化剂涂层3,光催化剂涂层设置为用于在光照下杀菌。胶水复合材料还包括TPU薄膜、PE透气薄膜和TIE膜层;胶水复合材料被设置为将TPU薄膜、PE透气薄膜和TIE膜层依次叠加,TPU薄膜厚度为0.02-0.18mm,PE透气薄膜厚度为:0.01mm-0.03mm,TIE膜层厚度为:0.03-0.2mm。优选地,TPU薄膜、PE透气薄膜和TIE膜层设置为对称结构,即TPU薄膜的厚度与TIE膜层的厚度一致,并且两者的厚度大于PE透气膜的厚度。TPU薄膜具有强耐老化、高弹性、高张力及高拉力等特点,PE透气薄膜具有较好的透气性,TIE膜层有利于提高胶水复合材料的韧性和粘合度。
内层1所使用的聚氧酯薄膜体系的胶水复合材料因其材料特性而使得包装袋的内层1具备良好的透气性,外层2选用无纺布,优选地选用水刺无纺布、针刺无纺布、亲水无纺布、纺粘无纺布中的一种。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,聚氧酯薄膜体系的胶水复合材料和无纺布通过超声粘合使两者相结合形成新的复合材料。
本发明的另一个较佳实施例中,聚氧酯薄膜体系的胶水复合材料和无纺布通过热熔胶透气涂布复合法,是胶水复合材料和无纺布复合。
光催化剂涂层选用二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化锡、二氧化锆、硫化镉、氯化银、溴化银中的一种。优选地,光催化剂涂层的厚度为0.04-0.1mm。光催化剂涂层制成光催化剂薄膜,通过超声粘合技术将光催化剂薄膜与胶水复合材料和无纺布粘合。
包装袋的四周均设有用于撕开包装袋的开口。
本发明的另一实施例中,包装袋还包括油墨印刷层4,油墨印刷层4设置于光催化剂涂层3和外层2之间。油墨印刷层4包括水性油墨涂料。优选地,油墨印刷层中还包括蒜氨酸、纳米级石墨烯、生姜提取液中的一种或几种,更优选地,油墨印刷层中还包括其他杀菌剂。油墨印刷层不仅能印刷图案或广告,更能起到杀菌作用。
本发明的另一实施例中,生鲜食品包装袋的外层设有温度标签,内层设有吸水干燥剂。吸水干燥剂选用氧化钙、硅胶、蒙脱石干燥剂、氯化钙干燥剂、纤维干燥剂、活性氧化铝中的一种。温度标签选用温度敏感标签或RFID温度标签。
本发明的另一实施例中,胶水复合材料还包括氯化聚丙烯树脂和生物可降解淀粉树脂。生物可降解淀粉树脂可达到100%的可降解率,由于胶水复合材料含有可降解的树脂成分,使得生鲜食品包装袋具有可降解性,使用完之后可被分解,不会对环境造成污染,有利于保护环境。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种生鲜食品包装袋,其特征在于,所述胶水复合材料包括TPU薄膜、PE透气薄膜和TIE膜层;所述胶水复合材料被设置为将所述TPU薄膜、所述PE透气薄膜和所述TIE膜层依次叠加,所述TPU薄膜厚度为0.02-0.18mm,所述PE透气薄膜厚度为:0.01mm-0.03mm,所述TIE膜层厚度为:0.03-0.2mm。
