本发明涉及一种具有供料快速调节功能的EVA胶膜挤出机的工作方法。该EVA胶膜挤出机包括主机筒、设于主机筒内的挤出螺杆和用于驱动挤出螺杆转动的驱动电机,主机筒的进料端设有供料斗,供料斗底部制为锥顶向下的锥形且制有位于锥顶处的开口,主机筒的出料端设有模头,供料斗的开口处设有固定在同一转轴上的两个叶片轮,模头出口处设有用于产生物料流量信息的流量传感器,供料斗外部设有用于接收物料流量信息后驱动两个叶片轮正向或反向转动的调节电机。该EVA胶膜挤出机具有短时间内大幅度改变给挤出机供料且适应熔融树脂生产波动的要求的优点。

具有供料快速调节功能的EVA胶膜挤出机的工作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种EVA胶膜挤出机的工作方法,属于塑料的挤出成型技术领域。
背景技术
目前,太阳能电池的封装一般采用乙烯一醋酸乙烯醋共聚物(EVA)胶膜将太阳能电池片包封,并与上下层保护材料粘合在一起,构成太阳能电池组件。EVA是一种典型的无规高分子化合物,它在加热熔融时具有良好的浸润性,冷却固化时具有良好的挠曲性、抗应力开裂性和粘结性能,是一种较为理想的能用于太阳能电池封装的材料。
EVA成膜采用的是挤压成型工艺,整条生产线通常包括搅拌设备、挤出设备、压膜装置、切边单元及收卷设备,完成混料、上料、挤出、成型、切边、收卷工序。其中,挤出设备是整个生产线中的主要部分,由挤出机及设置于挤出机末端的模头构成。挤出机为螺杆挤出机,挤出机的顶部设有料斗,螺杆外部设有加热器,将从料斗内落入挤出机内的原料随着螺杆的输送而对其加热,使其塑化,熔融树脂经模头的出料口流延出胶膜。胶膜经压膜装置中的压辊压膜成型,然后冷却定型。
申请人发现,通过料斗给挤出机供料,主要是通过料斗中的物料自身重力给挤出机供料,供料变动小,不适合短时间内大幅度改变给挤出机供料的功能,适应不了熔融树脂生产波动的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种短时间内大幅度改变给挤出机供料且适应熔融树脂生产波动的要求的具有供料快速调节功能的EVA胶膜挤出机的工作方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种具有供料快速调节功能的EVA胶膜挤出机的工作方法,挤出机包括主机筒、设于主机筒内的挤出螺杆和用于驱动挤出螺杆转动的驱动电机,所述主机筒的进料端设有供料斗,所述供料斗底部制为锥顶向下的锥形且制有位于锥顶处的开口,所述主机筒的出料端设有模头,所述供料斗的开口处设有固定在同一转轴上的两个叶片轮,所述模头出口处设有用于产生物料流量信息的流量传感器,所述供料斗外部设有用于接收所述物料流量信息后驱动两个叶片轮正向或反向转动的调节电机。所述的工作方法,包括:通过调节电机根据模头出口处的流量传感器产生的物料流量信息驱动两个叶片轮正向或反向转动的调节电机,进行供料量增加或减少的调节。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过在供料斗的开口处设有固定在同一转轴上的两个叶片轮,模头出口处设有用于产生物料流量信息的流量传感器,供料斗外部设有用于接收物料流量信息后驱动两个叶片轮正向或反向转动的调节电机;由于给主机筒供料的是EVA颗粒,故可以通过调节电机根据模头出口处的流量传感器产生的物料流量信息驱动两个叶片轮正向或反向转动的调节电机,进行供料量增加或减少的调节,具有短时间内大幅度改变给挤出机供料且适应熔融树脂生产波动的要求的优点。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述模头出口处设有用于产生物料温度信息的温度传感器,所述主机筒外部周圈设有用于接收所述物料温度信息后调节加热温度的加热器。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述两个叶片轮的叶片上均制有0.59mm凸起。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述流量传感器和调节电机之间串联有第一模/数转换模块和第一中央处理器。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述温度传感器和加热器之间串联有第二模/数转换模块和第二中央处理器。

实施例
本实施例的具有供料快速调节功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,如图1所示,包括主机筒1、设于主机筒1内的挤出螺杆和用于驱动挤出螺杆转动的驱动电机2。主机筒1的进料端设有供料斗3,供料斗3底部制为锥顶向下的锥形且制有位于锥顶处的开口,主机筒1的出料端设有模头4。
供料斗3的开口处设有固定在同一转轴上的两个叶片轮5。模头4出口处设有用于产生物料流量信息的流量传感器6,供料斗3外部设有用于接收物料流量信息后驱动两个叶片轮5正向或反向转动的调节电机7。
本实施例的模头4出口处设有用于产生物料温度信息的温度传感器8,主机筒1外部周圈设有用于接收物料温度信息后调节加热温度的加热器9。
本实施例的两个叶片轮5的叶片上均制有0.59mm凸起。
本实施例的流量传感器6和调节电机7之间串联有第一模/数转换模块和第一中央处理器。
本实施例的温度传感器8和加热器9之间串联有第二模/数转换模块和第二中央处理器。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种具有供料快速调节功能的EVA胶膜挤出机的工作方法,挤出机包括主机筒、设于主机筒内的挤出螺杆和用于驱动挤出螺杆转动的驱动电机,所述主机筒的进料端设有供料斗,所述供料斗底部制为锥顶向下的锥形且制有位于锥顶处的开口,所述主机筒的出料端设有模头,其特征在于:所述供料斗的开口处设有固定在同一转轴上的两个叶片轮,所述模头出口处设有用于产生物料流量信息的流量传感器,所述供料斗外部设有用于接收所述物料流量信息后驱动两个叶片轮正向或反向转动的调节电机;
所述的工作方法,包括:通过调节电机根据模头出口处的流量传感器产生的物料流量信息驱动两个叶片轮正向或反向转动的调节电机,进行供料量增加或减少的调节。
