Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,属于塑料的挤出成型技术领域。该EVA胶膜挤出机包括主机筒、挤出螺杆和驱动电机,主机筒的进料端设有供料斗,主机筒的出料端设有模头,主机筒的进料端和出料端均设有支撑座支撑座上设有缓冲器,缓冲器包括基板和固定于的弹性元件,弹性元件中间制有贯通孔,基板上设有伸入贯通孔且与贯通孔紧密配合的缸筒;缸筒内设有与缸筒内壁之间形成有高压油腔的活塞,活塞的头部伸出缸筒并可沿贯通孔上下移动,基板上制有从基板侧面连通高压油腔的注油管道,注油管道入口处螺接有堵头。该EVA胶膜挤出机具有更能适应极限载荷且占用空间小的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种EVA胶膜挤出机,属于塑料的挤出成型技术领域。
背景技术
目前,太阳能电池的封装一般采用乙烯一醋酸乙烯醋共聚物(EVA)胶膜将太阳能电池片包封,并与上下层保护材料粘合在一起,构成太阳能电池组件。EVA是一种典型的无规高分子化合物,它在加热熔融时具有良好的浸润性,冷却固化时具有良好的挠曲性、抗应力开裂性和粘结性能,是一种较为理想的能用于太阳能电池封装的材料。
EVA成膜采用的是挤压成型工艺,整条生产线通常包括搅拌设备、挤出设备、压膜装置、切边单元及收卷设备,完成混料、上料、挤出、成型、切边、收卷工序。其中,挤出设备是整个生产线中的主要部分,由挤出机及设置于挤出机末端的模头构成。挤出机为螺杆挤出机,挤出机的顶部设有料斗,螺杆外部设有加热器,将从料斗内落入挤出机内的原料随着螺杆的输送而对其加热,使其塑化,熔融树脂经模头的出料口流延出胶膜。胶膜经压膜装置中的压辊压膜成型,然后冷却定型。
申请人发现,传统的挤出设备中的主机筒较长,在使用中震动剧烈,采用传统的缓冲器进行减震,传统的缓冲器在使用中的变化范围窄,变化激烈,不能适应极限载荷等特殊状态;同时,传统的液压缓冲器尺寸较大,占用了挤出设备中的很大空间,极大的增加了成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种更能适应极限载荷且占用空间小的具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,包括主机筒、设于主机筒内的挤出螺杆和用于驱动挤出螺杆转动的驱动电机,所述主机筒的进料端设有供料斗,所述供料斗底部制为锥顶向下的锥形且制有位于锥顶处的开口,所述主机筒的出料端设有模头,所述主机筒的进料端和出料端均设有支撑座,所述支撑座上设有缓冲器,所述缓冲器包括固定在支撑座上的基板和固定于基板顶面的内含金属骨架的弹性元件,所述弹性元件中间制有贯通孔,所述基板上设有伸入贯通孔且与贯通孔紧密配合的缸筒;所述缸筒内设有与缸筒内壁之间形成有高压油腔的活塞,所述活塞的头部伸出缸筒并可沿贯通孔上下移动,所述基板上制有从基板侧面连通高压油腔的注油管道,所述注油管道入口处螺接有堵头。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过在支撑座上设有缓冲器,缓冲器包括固定在支撑座上的基板和固定于基板顶面的内含金属骨架的弹性元件,弹性元件中间制有贯通孔,基板上设有伸入贯通孔且与贯通孔紧密配合的缸筒;缸筒内设有与缸筒内壁之间形成有高压油腔的活塞,活塞的头部伸出缸筒并可沿贯通孔上下移动,基板上制有从基板侧面连通高压油腔的注油管道,注油管道入口处螺接有堵头;当主机筒剧烈震动压缩缓冲器时,先与活塞的头部接触,再与弹性元件接触,最后活塞的头部与缸筒接触,形成刚体,可以对滑块进行3级减震,因此,缓冲器适应各种载荷,特别是极限载荷且缓冲器的尺寸可以做的紧凑,进而占用空间小。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述活塞的头部制为半球形。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述活塞的头部直径大于或等于缸筒外径。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述模头出口处设有用于产生物料温度信息的温度传感器,所述主机筒外部周圈设有用于接收所述物料温度信息后调节加热温度的加热器。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,如图1所示,包括主机筒1、设于主机筒1内的挤出螺杆和用于驱动挤出螺杆转动的驱动电机2。主机筒1的进料端设有供料斗3,供料斗3底部制为锥顶向下的锥形且制有位于锥顶处的开口,主机筒1的出料端设有模头4。主机筒1的进料端和出料端均设有支撑座5。支撑座5上设有缓冲器6。
如图2和图3所示,缓冲器6包括固定在支撑座5上的基板6-1和固定于基板6-1顶面的内含金属骨架的弹性元件6-2。弹性元件6-2中间制有贯通孔,基板6-1上设有伸入贯通孔且与贯通孔紧密配合的缸筒6-3。缸筒6-3内设有与缸筒内壁之间形成有高压油腔的活塞6-4。活塞6-4的头部伸出缸筒6-3并可沿贯通孔上下移动。基板6-1上制有从基板侧面连通高压油腔的注油管道6-5,注油管道入口处螺接有堵头6-6。
本实施例的活塞6-4的头部制为半球形。
本实施例的活塞6-4的头部直径大于或等于缸筒外径。
本实施例的模头4出口处设有用于产生物料温度信息的温度传感器7,主机筒1外部周圈设有用于接收物料温度信息后调节加热温度的加热器8。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,包括主机筒、设于主机筒内的挤出螺杆和用于驱动挤出螺杆转动的驱动电机,所述主机筒的进料端设有供料斗,所述供料斗底部制为锥顶向下的锥形且制有位于锥顶处的开口,所述主机筒的出料端设有模头,所述主机筒的进料端和出料端均设有支撑座,其特征在于:所述支撑座上设有缓冲器,所述缓冲器包括固定在支撑座上的基板和固定于基板顶面的内含金属骨架的弹性元件,所述弹性元件中间制有贯通孔,所述基板上设有伸入贯通孔且与贯通孔紧密配合的缸筒;所述缸筒内设有与缸筒内壁之间形成有高压油腔的活塞,所述活塞的头部伸出缸筒并可沿贯通孔上下移动,所述基板上制有从基板侧面连通高压油腔的注油管道,所述注油管道入口处螺接有堵头。
2.如权利要求1所述具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,其特征在于:所述活塞的头部制为半球形。
3.如权利要求1所述具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,其特征在于:所述活塞的头部直径大于或等于缸筒外径。
4.如权利要求1所述具有弹性支撑功能的EVA胶膜挤出机,其特征在于:所述模头出口处设有用于产生物料温度信息的温度传感器,所述主机筒外部周圈设有用于接收所述物料温度信息后调节加热温度的加热器。
