本发明涉及一种五金用具。
背景技术
线束工业生产过程中，根据各个车间的生产需求，普遍采用工装部件进行辅助作业或检测试验，由于其工装外观的不定性，一般磨刀用具操作过程费时费力，同时需要配备不同形状的磨具，作业繁杂，工作效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种电动模式、操作简单的工装制作辅助装置。
本发明是这样实现的。一种工装制作的磨边装置，包括一个机体，机体整体呈手握状设计，主要分为三大打磨结构包括向外侧的1号磨边带装置、内侧边的2号磨边带装置以及最外层的磨轮装置，通过罩壳装置连接，机体中部设置吸收装置，使用时启动电动装置，根据工装的结构需求实行插入或直削式的磨边，同时将飞屑收集于存储腔装置内。
一种工装制作的磨边装置，杆体处设置提示装置，提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
一种工装制作的磨边装置，磨边带中部设置槽口结构，根据工装厚度调整所需开口大小。
一种工装制作的磨边装置，罩壳装置内设置旋转轴装置，可随意调整手柄的弯曲弧度，增强操作的舒适感。
一种工装制作的磨边装置，机体采用交流电的供电模式，运行稳定。
