Abstract
本发明公开了一种刮胶效果好的逆向精密上胶装置,包括:刀体和上胶辊,在所述刀体上均匀设置有若干与刀架相连接的刀体安装孔,在所述刀体的下端设置有60度角安装凸台,刮刀通过压刀板固定设置在60度角安装凸台上,所述刮刀与刀体中心呈60度夹角,刮刀的刮胶方向与上胶辊的旋转方向呈逆向,在所述60度角安装凸台和压刀板上分别设置有与刮刀相互配合的刮刀安装孔,在所述刀体内设置有迷宫型导热油加热腔,在所述刀体的一侧分别设置有与迷宫型导热油加热腔相连通的进油口和出油口。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合设备,尤其涉及一种逆向精密上胶装置。
背景技术
在热熔胶、水胶、油胶等多种胶粘剂精密上胶、胶点转移及表面括涂干净的过程中都需要使用到上胶装置,如果上胶辊表面的胶粘剂不能及时清理干净,就会造成转移不清晰,出现漏胶、渗胶等现象,就会严重影响产品质量。目前使用的上胶装置的刮刀都是平行安装在刀板上并沿着与胶点辊运转的顺向进行表面刮胶,刮胶不干净,复合后产品的质量达不到要求,报废率比较高,同时现有上胶装置的刀体内导热油加热腔就为直行空腔,刀体表面加热不均匀,容易导致胶水括涂不均匀。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种刮胶效果好的逆向精密上胶装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:逆向精密上胶装置,包括:刀体和上胶辊,在所述刀体上均匀设置有若干与刀架相连接的刀体安装孔,在所述刀体的下端设置有60度角安装凸台,刮刀通过压刀板固定设置在60度角安装凸台上,所述刮刀与刀体中心呈60度夹角,刮刀的刮胶方向与上胶辊的旋转方向呈逆向,在所述60度角安装凸台和压刀板上分别设置有与刮刀相互配合的刮刀安装孔,在所述刀体内设置有迷宫型导热油加热腔,在所述刀体的一侧分别设置有与迷宫型导热油加热腔相连通的进油口和出油口。
本发明的优点是:上述逆向精密上胶装置,采用与刀体60度角安装刮刀并沿着上胶辊运转逆向进行表面刮胶,能够进一步刮清上胶辊表面多余胶水,刮胶效果好,使材料上胶后胶水均匀密布并使上胶量得到精确控制,增强产品复合后的透气性、柔性和耐洗性,手感好、贴合牢、节省胶水,始终保证产品的质量要求,减少报废率,同时在刀体内采用迷宫型导热油加热腔能够使刀体表面加热均匀,保证胶水在刮涂时更加均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,逆向精密上胶装置,包括:刀体1和上胶辊2,在所述刀体1上均匀设置有若干与刀架相连接的刀体安装孔3,在所述刀体1的下端设置有60度角安装凸台4,刮刀5通过压刀板6固定设置在60度角安装凸台4上,所述刮刀5与刀体1中心呈60度夹角,刮刀5的刮胶方向与上胶辊2的旋转方向呈逆向,在所述60度角安装凸台4和压刀板6上分别设置有与刮刀5相互配合的刮刀安装孔7,在所述刀体1内设置有迷宫型导热油加热腔8,在所述刀体1的一侧分别设置有与迷宫型导热油加热腔7相连通的进油口9和出油口10。
如图1所示,上述逆向精密上胶装置使用时,刮刀5通过压刀板6逆向固定在60度角安装凸台4上,保证胶点辊顺时针旋转时刮刀5的刀口呈与上胶辊2顺时针旋转方向相反的逆向进行刮胶,刮胶效果好。
上述逆向精密上胶装置,采用与刀体60度角安装刮刀并沿着上胶辊运转逆向进行表面刮胶,能够进一步刮清上胶辊表面多余胶水,刮胶效果好,使材料上胶后胶水均匀密布并使上胶量得到精确控制,增强产品复合后的透气性、柔性和耐洗性,手感好、贴合牢、节省胶水,始终保证产品的质量要求,减少报废率,同时在刀体内采用迷宫型导热油加热腔能够使刀体表面加热均匀,保证胶水在刮涂时更加均匀。

1.逆向精密上胶装置,包括:刀体(1)和上胶辊(2),其特征在于:在所述刀体(1)上均匀设置有若干与刀架相连接的刀体安装孔(3),在所述刀体(1)的下端设置有60度角安装凸台(4),刮刀(5)通过压刀板(6)固定设置在60度角安装凸台(4)上,所述刮刀(5)与刀体(1)中心呈60度夹角,刮刀(5)的刮胶方向与上胶辊(2)的旋转方向呈逆向,在所述60度角安装凸台(4)和压刀板(6)上分别设置有与刀(5)相互配合的刮刀安装孔(7),在所述刀体(1)内设置有迷宫型导热油加热腔(8),在所述刀体(1)的一侧分别设置有与迷宫型导热油加热腔(7)相连通的进油口(9)和出油口(10)。
