Abstract

一种双层Y型手摇过滤器，包括直管、支管、端盖和滤网，支管与直管成一定角度倾斜固定，端盖固定在支管下端，滤网呈环状、安装在支管内部；其特征是，滤网中心安装有转轴；转轴一端贯穿端盖、固定有摇手，另一端固定有带滤孔圆形滤层，滤层紧贴滤网上端，转轴上固定有若干紧贴滤网的刷子；直管与支管交叉处安转排污阀Ⅱ，端盖下部安装排污阀Ⅰ。通过滤层进行一次过滤，把大颗粒污垢隔离，然后通过滤网进行二次过滤，防止了滤网直接受大颗粒污垢冲击而损坏；需要清理时，通过旋转摇手，带动刷子刷下滤网内壁的污垢，开启排污阀Ⅱ和开启排污阀Ⅰ，排出大颗粒污垢和滤网内的污垢。

技术领域
本发明属于Y型过滤器领域，具体地说是一种双层Y型手摇过滤器。
背景技术
目前在各种液体、气体管道上使用的过滤器大多为Y型过滤器，Y型过滤器具有制作简单、安装方便、占地面积小等优点，但现有的Y型过滤器由于受自身结构的限制，其纳污能力较小，时间一长，就会堵塞滤网，清洗时需要将滤筒、滤网拆下，十分不便，且遇到较大固体杂质时，容易损坏滤网，将其击穿。
发明内容
为解决现今Y型过滤器纳污能力小、易堵塞、清洗麻烦和易损坏滤网的问题，本发明提供一种双层Y型手摇过滤器。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的。
一种双层Y型手摇过滤器，包括直管、支管、端盖和滤网，支管与直管成一定角度倾斜固定，端盖固定在支管下端，滤网呈环状、安装在支管内部；其特征是，滤网中心安装有转轴，转轴一端贯穿端盖、固定有摇手，另一端固定有带滤孔圆形滤层，滤层紧贴滤网上端，转轴上固定有若干紧贴滤网的刷子；直管与支管交叉处安转排污阀Ⅱ，端盖下部安装排污阀Ⅰ。
所述的双层Y型手摇过滤器，其中，滤层材质为不锈钢，排污阀Ⅰ和排污阀Ⅱ均为球阀。
本发明的有益效果是：本双层Y型手摇过滤器，采用双层过滤，首先通过不锈钢圆形滤层把大的颗粒隔离，然后通过细密的滤网过滤，防止了滤网受大颗粒冲击而损坏；使用一段时间后，开启排污阀Ⅰ，清除大颗粒污垢；同时通过旋转摇手，带动刷子刷下滤网内壁的污垢，通过排污阀Ⅱ排出；双层过滤，增加了滤网的使用寿命，并且清洗便捷，可在工作状态下清洗，无需停机，设备可正常运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式做进一步说明。
一种双层Y型手摇过滤器，包括直管1、支管2、端盖3和滤网4，支管2与直管1成一定角度倾斜固定，端盖3固定在支管2下端，滤网4呈环状、安装在支管2内部；滤网4中心处安装有转轴7；转轴7一端贯穿端盖3、固定有摇手5，另一端固定有带滤孔的不锈钢圆形滤层9，滤层9紧贴滤网4上端，转轴7上固定有若干紧贴滤网4的刷子10；直管1与支管2前端交叉处下端安装有球阀排污阀Ⅱ8，端盖3下部安装球阀排污阀Ⅰ6。
本双层Y型手摇过滤器使用时，直管1的左、右两端分别为进水口和出水口，并与管道对接固定，流水首先通过不锈钢的圆形滤层9进行一次过滤，把大颗粒污垢隔离，然后通过滤网4进行二次过滤，防止了滤网4直接受大颗粒污垢冲击而损坏；当使用一段时间需要清理时，通过旋转摇手5，带动刷子7刷下滤网4内壁的污垢，开启排污阀Ⅱ8，排出大颗粒污垢；开启排污阀Ⅰ6，清除滤网4内的污垢。通过滤层9和滤网4的双层过滤，避免大颗粒污垢冲击滤网4，增加了滤网4的使用寿命，并且清洗便捷，可在工作状态下清洗，无需停机，设备可正常运行。

1.一种双层Y型手摇过滤器，包括直管（1）、支管（2）、端盖（3）和滤网（4），支管（2）与直管（1）成一定角度倾斜固定，端盖（3）固定在支管（2）下端，滤网（4）呈环状、安装在支管（2）内部；其特征是，滤网（4）中心安装有转轴（7），转轴（7）一端贯穿端盖（3）、固定有摇手（5），另一端固定有带滤孔的圆形滤层（9），滤层（9）紧贴滤网（4）上端，转轴（7）上固定有若干紧贴滤网（4）的刷子（10）；直管（1）与支管（2）前端交叉处安装排污阀Ⅱ（8），端盖（3）下部安装排污阀Ⅰ（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层Y型手摇过滤器，其特征是，滤层（9）材质为不锈钢，排污阀Ⅰ（6）和排污阀Ⅱ（8）均为球阀。
