（4）将步骤（1）的麦片、步骤（2）的混合物与步骤（3）的中药碎粒混合，分装到纱布袋中即可。

（3）将白藓皮、地肤子、独活、苦参、皂角、香茅、藿香、牛膝、菟丝子、补骨脂、薄荷、川芎、当归、荷叶、柏子仁、天麻、檀香、沉香混合，去除杂质，放入温水中浸泡4小时，取出后晾干，放入碎粒机中，压成碎粒，得到中药碎粒；
（4）将步骤（1）的麦片、步骤（2）的混合物与步骤（3）的中药碎粒混合，分装到纱布袋中即可。
以上实施例的一种润肤解燥的泡澡中药包，采用鲜花与草药混合，使用时只需要将中药包泡在洗澡水中即可，其不但可以使皮肤光滑富有光泽和弹性、延缓衰老、对黄褐斑、雀斑、色斑、暗疮等有明显疗效，能使皮肤白嫩红润，而且能够降火去燥、舒缓压力，是城市白领在生活中必不可少的保健品。

1.一种润肤解燥的泡澡中药包，其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：麦片30-56份、红巧梅20-40份、千日红15-20份、玫瑰花30-55份、菩提叶12-20份、蜀葵花8-12份、洛神花8-12份、金银花15-22份、鸡蛋花5-10份、桑叶8-12份、甘菊花8-12份、白藓皮2-5份、地肤子1-3份、独活1-3份、苦参2-4份、皂角1-3份、香茅2-5份、藿香3-5份、牛膝1-3份、菟丝子2-4份、补骨脂1-3份、薄荷2-5份、川芎2-4份、当归3-5份、荷叶2-4份、柏子仁1-3份、天麻1-2份、檀香2-4份、沉香3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种润肤解燥的泡澡中药包，其特征在于由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成：麦片48份、红巧梅32份、千日红17份、玫瑰花46份、菩提叶15份、蜀葵花10份、洛神花10份、金银花18份、鸡蛋花7份、桑叶10份、甘菊花10份、白藓皮3份、地肤子2份、独活2份、苦参3份、皂角2份、香茅3份、藿香4份、牛膝2份、菟丝子3份、补骨脂2份、薄荷3份、川芎3份、当归4份、荷叶3份、柏子仁2份、天麻1份、檀香3份、沉香4份。
3.权利要求1或2所述一种润肤解燥的泡澡中药包的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）将麦片用水清洗至无杂质后，放在室温环境中晾干；
（2）将红巧梅、千日红、玫瑰花、菩提叶、蜀葵花、洛神花、金银花、鸡蛋花、桑叶、甘菊花混合后，清洗、去除杂质，放在烘箱中在15-20℃下低温烘干，得到混合物；
（3）将白藓皮、地肤子、独活、苦参、皂角、香茅、藿香、牛膝、菟丝子、补骨脂、薄荷、川芎、当归、荷叶、柏子仁、天麻、檀香、沉香混合，去除杂质，放入温水中浸泡3-5小时，取出后晾干，放入碎粒机中，压成碎粒，得到中药碎粒；
（4）将步骤（1）的麦片、步骤（2）的混合物与步骤（3）的中药碎粒混合，分装到纱布袋中即可。
