技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域，尤其涉及一种吸收芯体。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平提高，人们对于一次性卫生用品的需求越来越多，如：夏天使用一次卫生用品时，厌烦厚重、舒适感差、携带不便的产品。以往一次性卫生用品的吸收芯体是由木桨经过撞击、粉碎成纤维与吸收树脂混合后再由卫生纸或是无纺布包覆而形成，因此吸收芯体是否起到导流、吸收、存储、锁住液体的功能而决定产品的好坏，故而会在生产产品时增加木桨纤维或是增加吸收树脂，而过多的增加木桨纤维会使产品厚重、硬实，过多增加吸收树脂其吸收液体后膨胀后，会增大“凝胶阻塞”的机率，同时也增加了用料成本。而薄的一次性卫生用品的吸收芯体在遇到液体时，往往其无纺布包覆层容易遇温而变形、破裂，容易析出木桨屑；而且薄的一次性卫生用品的吸收芯体在遇到液体时，有可能会发生吸水树脂吸水过量而导致成“凝胶阻塞”等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、可以有效防止木浆屑析出、防止吸水树脂吸水过量、穿戴舒适的吸收芯体。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：一种吸收芯体，包括吸收芯本体、具有透液性能的包覆层，所述吸收芯本体上附着一层复合纸， 所述吸收芯本体与复合纸包覆于包覆层内，所述复合纸由20~40重量份的高分子吸水树脂颗粒、45~60重量份的无纺布碎片、0~20塑料薄膜碎片混合而成。
优选的，所述复合纸的厚度方向上设有复数个不贯穿的孔洞。
优选的，所述无纺布碎片长度小于5mm且大于3mm，所述塑料薄膜碎片的长度小于4mm且大于2mm。
上述技术方案具有如下有益效果：本吸收芯体通过增设复合纸，使得液体进入吸收芯体之前需要先经过复合纸，通过复合纸的扩散导向，防止木浆屑析出、防止凝胶阻塞问题出现，具有较好的穿戴舒适性、更卫生、更安全；进一步的，复合纸的厚度方向上设有复数个不贯穿的孔洞，可以增加透气性能，单不穿透，可以保证木浆屑不会在运输或搬运时由于运动从孔洞中跑出；进一步的，限定无纺布碎片、塑料薄膜碎片的长度可以有利于复合纸的舒适性与良好的吸收、扩散性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1所示，一种吸收芯体，包括吸收芯本体1、具有透液性能的包覆层2，所述吸收芯本体1上附着一层复合纸3， 所述吸收芯本体1与复合纸3包覆于包覆层2内，所述复合纸由30重量份的高分子吸水树脂颗粒31、50重量份的无纺布碎片32、10重量份的塑料薄膜碎片33混合而成。所述复合纸3的厚度方向上设有复数个不贯穿的孔洞34。所述无纺布碎片32长度小于5mm且大于3mm，所述塑料薄膜碎片33的长度小于4mm且大于2mm。
上述复合纸也可以为20重量份的高分子吸水树脂颗粒、60重量份的无纺布碎片混合而成。
上述复合纸也可以为40重量份的高分子吸水树脂颗粒、45重量份的无纺布碎片、20塑料薄膜碎片混合而成。
本吸收芯体通过增设复合纸，使得液体进入吸收芯体之前需要先经过复合纸，通过复合纸的扩散导向，防止木浆屑析出、防止凝胶阻塞问题出现，具有较好的穿戴舒适性、更卫生、更安全；进一步的，复合纸的厚度方向上设有复数个不贯穿的孔洞，可以增加透气性能，单不穿透，可以保证木浆屑不会在运输或搬运时由于运动从孔洞中跑出；进一步的，限定无纺布碎片、塑料薄膜碎片的长度可以有利于复合纸的舒适性与良好的吸收、扩散性能。

1.一种吸收芯体，其特征在于：包括吸收芯本体、具有透液性能的包覆层，所述吸收芯本体上附着一层复合纸， 所述吸收芯本体与复合纸包覆于包覆层内，所述复合纸由20~40重量份的高分子吸水树脂颗粒、45~60重量份的无纺布碎片、0~20重量份的塑料薄膜碎片混合而成，所述无纺布碎片长度小于5mm且大于3mm，所述塑料薄膜碎片的长度小于4mm且大于2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收芯体，其特征在于：所述复合纸的厚度方向上设有复数个不贯穿的孔洞。
