一种保温保湿牛樟芝菌种培养箱
技术领域
本发明涉及牛樟芝培养领域,更具体地说,涉及一种保温保湿牛樟芝菌种培养箱。
背景技术
牛樟芝是台湾特有的真菌,仅生长于台湾特有的牛樟树上。野生牛樟芝是台湾岛特有的保育类树种,在大安溪上游的雪山坑牛樟保护区,育有100余株牛樟林木。牛樟芝是牛樟树上发现的唯一腐木菌,但是牛樟芝的寄生病源性并不强,因此牛樟树很少死亡,可生长数百年。野生牛樟灵芝唯一赖以为生的宿主----台湾牛樟树,放眼全世界,只生长于台湾海拔450至2000米的山区,牛樟灵芝仅生长于牛樟树腐朽之内壁的中空处,或枯死伏倒之牛樟树阴暗潮湿的表面,数量非常稀少,且生长速度非常缓慢,每年生长厚度仅几公分而已。由于数量稀少,采集不易,市价高达每台斤数十万新台币,价值远远凌驾于灵芝、人参、冬虫夏草等名贵药材之上,被称作药材中的王中之王。
目前常见的牛樟芝栽培方法有固态培植法、液态发酵法及椴木栽培法几种。其中,固态培植法与液态发酵法所栽培的牛樟芝所含有的三萜类化合物较少。椴木栽培法则如中国台湾公告第M350237号专利所示,其主要将一牛樟树椴木置于一栽培箱中进行牛樟芝的栽培。然而、该种习用的牛樟芝栽培箱主要利用该箱体的密合性使内部的水分因温差形成水蒸气来营造出牛樟芝栽培环境,其不但与野生牛樟芝的生长环境相差甚大,所以其所培育的牛樟芝与野生牛樟芝相差很大。而且,其箱体内的温度及湿度控制不易及不精确,且易受外在环境的影响,尤其是其加水非常不方便而易溅到牛樟树椴木,存在着质量不佳及存活率极低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计新颖、结构合理、方便实用,具有智能控制箱内环境、隔热保温性能良好的保温保湿牛樟芝菌种培养箱。
为了解决上述的问题本发明的采用的技术以及方法如下:
一种保温保湿牛樟芝菌种培养箱,包括箱体、箱门、PLC、隔板和脚架,所述箱体内表面涂有保温涂料,所述箱体内表面设置有凸条和调节面板,所述调节面板上安装有气压传感器、超声波加湿器、电热管、电磁阀和灯盒,所述调节面板为可拆卸设置,所述隔板安装于凸条上,所述隔板为网格状设置,所述箱门设置有硅胶密封垫,所述硅胶密封垫内部设置有磁粉,所述PLC位于箱体上方,所述PLC安装有多参数组合传感器,所述多参数组合传感器为贯穿箱体设置,所述保温涂料由按重量份数配比的多晶莫来石纤维13-15份、桐油6-8份、氧化锆晶体纤维10-12份、玻璃纤维8-10份、氢化松香甘油酯11-13份、纳米二氧化钛12-14份、海藻酸钠2-4份、阿拉伯胶6-8份、水性环氧树脂39-42份、玻璃鳞片5-7份、铼6-8份、硅酸钠5-7份、白垩6-7份、水溶性酚醛树脂胶25-30份和氯醋树脂18-20份组成。
作为优选,所述箱门为透明中空钢化玻璃设置,不仅可以方便培养者观察牛樟树椴木和牛樟芝的生长情况,而且还具有良好的隔热保温能力,防止外界的温度对箱内造成影响。
作为优选,所述脚架与箱体之间为螺栓连接,灵活方便,不仅可以调节每个脚架的高度,而且可拆卸设置,可以灵活摆放与各种起伏不平的地面上。
作为优选,所述箱体内部设置有浆体保温层,具有良好的保温隔热功能,有效防止外界的温度对箱内造成影响。
作为优选,所述凸条末端设置有夹持装置,可以将隔板夹紧,防止隔板受力不均而打翻或者掉落。
本发明的有益效果为:通过设置有PLC配合多参数组合传感器和压力传感器来控制超声波加湿器、电热管、电磁阀和灯盒,可以随机控制箱内环境,提高牛樟芝的质量和存活率。

参阅图1所示,一种保温保湿牛樟芝菌种培养箱,包括箱体1、箱门2、PLC3、隔板4和脚架5,所述箱体1内表面涂有保温涂料(未图示),所述箱体1内表面设置有凸条6和调节面板7,所述调节面板7上安装有气压传感器(未图示)、超声波加湿器8、电热管9、电磁阀10和灯盒11,所述调节面板7为可拆卸设置,所述隔板4安装于凸条6上,所述隔板4为网格状设置,所述箱门2设置有硅胶密封垫12,所述硅胶密封垫12内部设置有磁粉(未图示),所述PLC3位于箱体1上方,所述PLC3安装有多参数组合传感器13,所述多参数组合传感器13为贯穿箱体1设置,所述保温涂料由按重量份数配比的多晶莫来石纤维14份、桐油7份、氧化锆晶体纤维11份、玻璃纤维9份、氢化松香甘油酯12份、纳米二氧化钛13份、海藻酸钠3份、阿拉伯胶7份、水性环氧树脂40份、玻璃鳞片6份、铼7份、硅酸钠6份、白垩7份、水溶性酚醛树脂胶27份和氯醋树脂19份组成。

在使用时,将隔板4安装到箱体1内,并使用夹持装置夹紧隔板4,然后将需要培养的牛樟树椴木放入到隔板4上,关闭箱门2,并将PLC3接入家庭电网,并设置好箱内需要的温度、湿度、光照强度和气压,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:通过设置有PLC配合多参数组合传感器和压力传感器来控制超声波加湿器、电热管、电磁阀和灯盒,可以随机控制箱内环境,提高牛樟芝的质量和存活率。
