发明领域
本发明涉及设置有真空补偿面(vacuumcompensationpanel)的热灌装类型的可压缩的塑料容器。
现有技术
当今,由诸如PET的塑料制成的容器已经几乎完全地取代了用于一次性市场的所有其他的容器类型。PET容器具有很轻、低成本、可通过拉伸吹塑工艺大量制造的益处。此工艺包括通过注射模塑形成PET预制件;由此获得的预制件随后被加热,然后纵向拉长并且在特定的模塑腔中膨胀以便使预制件达到所要求的容器的形状。PET是相对昂贵的材料,并且开发尽可能轻的容器是重要的。限制PET的量的需求导致容器的结构必须能够足够补偿由通过使用PET获得的薄壁所引起的低强度。这种容器设计问题在必须用所谓的热灌装工艺即用热的液体灌装的用于饮料的容器中更突出。所述工艺意味着在灌装时大约85摄氏度的液体温度,即,足够用来完全杀菌的温度。在容器没有适当的设计的情况下,又因为薄壁,容器可能会坍塌或发生不可恢复地变形。此类型的容器通常具有底部、圆柱形的主体、肩部和颈部。在灌装后,瓶子被封闭,并且液体的冷却过程在内部造成负压,由于液体体积的收缩与存在于液体的上表面和盖子的内壁之间的间隙中的空气体积的收缩的并发效应,负压可能引起瓶子的收缩。因此瓶子必须设计具有这种能够承受这样收缩的结构布局。为了获得更高的强度和避免瓶子的塌陷,普遍制造具有含有真空补偿面的圆柱形的主体壁的瓶子。这些面的功能是向瓶子的内部屈服,并从而伴随冷却液体的体积减小。然而,这种弯曲在面的边缘处会引起应变点,该应变点必须被通常布置在一个面和下一个面之间的肋以及布置在面的上方和下方的水平肋补偿,该肋能够加强结构,并因此加强瓶子的刚度。
另一方面,假设瓶子是有意地可压缩的以便通过使用者在径向方向在壁上施加压力将液体取出,重要的是不能超出通过施加挤压力可能另外引起瓶子破损的这样的刚度。因此在不求助于使用更多的塑性材料并且对由使用者所要求的挤压保证足够的屈服特性的所有情况下,存在改善这些瓶子的稳定性的需求。
发明简述
本发明的目的是制作用于热灌装的容器,所述容器在热灌装后没有呈现不预期的挤压,并且当使用者想饮用时所述容器可以被压缩以强行地取出液体,此行为没有引起永久变形或容器破裂。因此,本发明通过由诸如PET的塑性材料制成的、适合于热灌装工艺的用于饮料的可压缩的容器,达到之前描述的目的,所述容器具有纵向轴线X以及具有沿所述纵向轴线X的第一长度H,所述容器包括:
a)圆柱形的有螺纹的颈部,其用于饮料的通过,
b)肩部,
c)封闭的底部,

发明的优选实施方案的详细描述

有利地,特别当液体的冷却过程在内部造成负压时,凹进部11允许瓶子在支撑表面上的稳定的定位,从而避免瓶子的不期望的倾斜。此外,通过凹进部11,底部5更坚硬,并且通过负压,底部5可以以可控的方式变形。

Claims (9)
