Abstract

Description
本发明涉及由聚合物板和玻璃板构成的复合板、其制造方法和薄玻璃板在这样的复合板中的用途。
汽车工业目前正尽力降低车辆的重量,这特别与降低的燃料消耗相关联。明显构成车重并因此提供显著节省潜力的一个因素是装配玻璃(Verglasung)。传统车辆装配玻璃由玻璃板实现,通常作为单片安全玻璃(ESG)或层压安全玻璃(VSG)。单片安全玻璃是指经过钢化以影响稳定性和该玻璃板破裂时的碎片尺寸的单玻璃板。层压安全玻璃是指由两个通常非钢化玻璃板构成的复合板,它们经由热塑性中间层互相粘合。
降低车辆装配玻璃的重量的一种方法是使用塑料板代替玻璃板。但是,与玻璃板相比,塑料板具有一些缺点,特别是明显低的耐刮擦性,以致迄今还不能实现用塑料板替代车辆装配玻璃的主要部分。
为了提高耐刮擦性,DE4415878A1中建议借助有机硅粘合剂将塑料板与薄玻璃板结合。
本发明的目的是提供具有低重量和同时高稳定性和耐刮擦性的进一步改进的车玻璃及其制造方法。
根据本发明,通过根据权利要求1的车用复合板实现本发明的目的。优选实施方案由属权利要求获悉。
本发明的车用复合板包含至少一个聚合物板(塑料板)和一个以平面方式与该聚合物板结合的玻璃板。
本发明的复合板用于在汽车的窗口将内部空间与外部环境隔开。该复合玻璃的面向内部的板被称作内板。面向外部环境的板被称作外板。
本发明的一个大的优点在于将聚合物板与极薄玻璃板结合。由于聚合物板通常构成该复合板的厚度的最大部分,该复合板具有低重量。该板因此有利地有助于降低车辆的总重量。玻璃板极薄,因此仅使该板的重量轻微增加。尽管如此,由于该玻璃板,实现该板的高稳定性,特别是耐刮擦性。此外,玻璃板改进该板的声学性质,由此实现穿透该板的噪音的降低,这常被描述为塑料板与玻璃板相比的一个缺点。
该玻璃板优选是化学钢化(vorgespannt)的。通过钢化(Vorspannung),可以为玻璃板提供特殊的碎裂稳定性和耐刮擦性。对于如根据本发明提供的极薄玻璃板,化学钢化比热钢化更合适。由于热钢化基于表面区与核心区之间的温度差,热钢化以玻璃板的最小厚度为先决条件。对于自大约2.5毫米起的玻璃厚度,用市售的热钢化装置通常可获得足够的应力。对于更小的玻璃厚度,一般无法获得钢化通常需要的值(参见例如ECE-规则43)。在化学钢化的情况中,在玻璃表面区域通过离子交换改变玻璃的化学组成,由此通过扩散进行的离子交换局限于表面区。因此,化学钢化尤其适用于薄板。
化学钢化也常被称作化学回火、化学硬化或化学增强。例如从DE1946358和GB1339980中获知用于汽车行业的化学钢化玻璃板。
可以通过合适的应力值和应力局部分布改进该玻璃板的稳定性,在化学钢化的情况下通过在化学钢化过程中掺入离子而生成应力。
在一个有利的实施方案中,该玻璃板具有大于100MPa,优选大于250MPa,特别优选大于350MPa的表面压应力。
该玻璃板的压应力深度优选为玻璃板厚度的至少1/10,优选为玻璃板厚度的至少1/6,例如玻璃板厚度的大约1/5。这对该板的抗碎裂性有利。在足够的板厚度下,玻璃板的压应力深度优选大于50微米,特别优选大于100微米。在本发明范围内,压应力深度是指从该板的表面测得的直至该板处于压应力大于0MPa的深度。
该玻璃板优选具有小于或等于1毫米的厚度。这种厚度的板仅具有低重量,但产生高稳定性和耐刮擦性。该玻璃板特别优选具有0.1毫米至1毫米,最特别优选0.2至0.8毫米,特别是0.4毫米至0.7毫米的厚度。因此,在低重量和高稳定性和耐刮擦性方面获得特别好的结果。
该聚合物板优选具有1.5毫米至10毫米,特别优选2毫米至5毫米,最特别优选2.5毫米至4毫米,特别是3毫米至4毫米的厚度。借助这种厚度的聚合物板,本发明的板具有足够高的稳定性以用作汽车玻璃。
该聚合物板可例如至少包含聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚丁二烯、聚腈、聚酯、聚氨酯和/或聚丙烯酸酯。该聚合物板优选至少含有聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或其共聚物或混合物或衍生物,特别优选聚碳酸酯或其衍生物。
聚合物板和玻璃板在本发明的一个有利实施方案中经由热塑性中间层互相结合。该热塑性中间层可含有例如至少聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚氨酯(PU)或其混合物或共聚物或衍生物。在一个优选实施方案中,该中间层含有聚氨酯或其衍生物。已经令人惊讶地发现,这些材料特别适用于层压复合板用的中间层。与其它热塑性材料,特别是与广泛用于复合板的材料PVB相比,它们在层压过程中引起聚合物层与中间层之间的低扩散。这样的扩散特别会导致降低的光学性质和恶化的粘附性质,这是窗玻璃必须避免的。
该热塑性中间层的厚度优选为0.2毫米至1毫米,特别优选0.3毫米至0.9毫米,例如0.38毫米、0.76毫米或0.86毫米。该热塑性中间层由单个或多个热塑性薄膜形成。
在一个特别有利的实施方案中,该热塑性中间层具有降噪作用。由此可以有利地进一步降低噪声传播到车辆内部。车辆乘员因此较少受到环境噪声和驾驶噪声打扰。可以借助多层,例如三层中间层实现这一作用,其中例如由于较高的增塑剂含量,内层具有高于其周围的外层的塑性或弹性。
但是,聚合物板和玻璃板也可以替代地经由粘合剂,例如化学固化粘合剂,如有机硅粘合剂互相结合。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,玻璃板是该复合板的外板。由于破坏效应尤其从外部环境冲击车窗玻璃,这种布置特别有利于提高该窗玻璃的稳定性。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,玻璃板和聚合物板的互相远离的表面构成该复合板的外表面。特别地,该复合板由聚合物板、玻璃板、在这些板之间的热塑性中间层构成,但是,所提到的组件也可具有涂层。此类涂层的一个实例是在聚合物板的外表面上的耐刮擦涂层。

该玻璃板有利地含有铝硅酸盐玻璃。第一板优选含有50重量%至85重量%氧化硅(SiO2)、3重量%至10重量%氧化铝(Al2O3)、8重量%至18重量%氧化钠(Na2O)、5重量%至15重量%氧化钾(K2O)、4重量%至14重量%氧化镁(MgO)、0重量%至10重量%氧化钙(CaO)和0重量%至15重量%氧化硼(B2O3)。该玻璃板还可含有其它成分和杂质。
该玻璃板特别优选至少含有55重量%至72重量%氧化硅(SiO2)、5重量%至10重量%氧化铝(Al2O3)、10重量%至15重量%氧化钠(Na2O)、7重量%至12重量%氧化钾(K2O)和6重量%至11重量%氧化镁(MgO)。该玻璃板还可含有其它成分和杂质。
该玻璃板最特别优选至少含有57重量%至65重量%氧化硅(SiO2)、7重量%至9重量%氧化铝(Al2O3)、12重量%至14重量%氧化钠(Na2O)、8.5重量%至10.5重量%氧化钾(K2O)和7.5重量%至9.5重量%氧化镁(MgO)。该玻璃板还可含有其它成分和杂质。
玻璃板、聚合物板和/或中间层可以是透明无色的,但也可以是着色或有色的。
本发明的复合板可以是平坦的。平板车窗玻璃特别作为公共汽车、火车或拖拉机的大面积装配玻璃出现。但是,本发明的复合板也可以在一个或多个空间方向上略微或极大弯曲。曲面板例如出现在汽车行业中的装配玻璃中,其中典型曲率半径为大约10厘米至大约40米。
该复合板可具有功能涂层,例如红外反射或吸收涂层、紫外反射或吸收涂层、赋色涂层、低发射率涂层(所谓的低E涂层)、可加热涂层、具有天线功能的涂层、具有碎片粘合作用的涂层(碎片粘合涂层)或屏蔽电磁辐射,例如雷达辐射的涂层。在一个优选实施方案中,本发明的涂层是导电涂层。因此,特别可以实现低发射率涂层、红外反射涂层或可加热涂层。
优选在聚合物板的表面上或在中间层内的载体膜上施加该功能涂层。该载体膜优选至少含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚乙烯(PE)或其混合物或共聚物或衍生物,并优选具有5微米至500微米,特别优选10微米至200微米的厚度。这特别有利于该载体膜的操作性质、稳定性和光学性质。
在本发明的一个有利的改进中,远离玻璃板的聚合物板表面具有保护涂层。由此进一步提高该板的耐刮擦性。优选使用基于聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯和/或聚氨酯的热固化或UV固化清漆体系。该保护涂层优选具有1微米至50微米,特别优选2微米至25微米的层厚度。

该玻璃板优选作为平板玻璃制成并切割成所需尺寸和形状。如果要制成的复合板仅在一个方向上具有一个曲率,则由于其小的厚度,该平板可以在与聚合物板结合时直接弯曲。
但是,特别在汽车领域中,通常出现在多个空间方向上的弯曲。在这种情况中,该玻璃板优选在化学钢化前就获得其最终三维形状。为此,在升高的温度下,例如在500℃至700℃下对该玻璃板施以弯曲工艺。
在弯曲后,将该板缓慢冷却。过快冷却在该板中造成热应力,这会在后续化学钢化过程中导致形变。冷却速率优选为0.05℃/秒至0.5℃/秒直至冷却到400℃的温度,特别优选0.1-0.3℃/秒。借助这种缓慢冷却,可以防止特别造成光学缺陷以及对后续化学钢化的负面影响的玻璃中的热应力。此后,其可以以更高冷却速率进一步冷却,因为在400℃以下,生成热应力的危险低。
优选在300℃至600℃,特别优选400℃至500℃的温度下进行化学钢化。该玻璃板用盐熔体处理,例如浸在盐熔体中。在该处理过程中,尤其将玻璃的钠离子置换成更大的离子,特别是更大的碱金属离子,由此产生所需表面压应力。该盐熔体优选是钾盐,特别优选硝酸钾(KNO3)或硫酸钾(KSO4),最特别优选硝酸钾(KNO3)的熔体。
该离子交换取决于碱金属离子的扩散。因此特别可通过钢化过程的温度和持续时间调节表面压应力的所需值。常规持续时间是2小时至48小时。
在用盐熔体处理后,将该板冷却至室温。然后,清洁该板,优选用硫酸(H2SO4)。
聚合物板和玻璃板优选通过层压经由热塑性中间层而互相结合。复合玻璃的层压制造使用本身已知的方法,例如压热法、真空袋法、真空环法、压延法、真空层压机或其组合进行。玻璃板和聚合物板的结合通常在热、真空和/或压力的作用下进行。
本发明的复合板优选用于陆上、空中或水上交通运输工具,特别用于火车、船舶和机动车,例如作为挡风玻璃、车顶板、后窗或侧窗。
本发明还包含具有优选小于或等于1毫米的厚度的玻璃板,优选化学钢化玻璃板在复合板中用于提高聚合物板(优选车窗玻璃,特别优选挡风玻璃、侧窗、后窗或车顶板)的稳定性和耐刮擦性的用途。
下面参照附图和实施例详细解释本发明。附图是示意图并且没有按比例。附图无论如何不限制本发明。

图1示出本发明的复合板,其由经中间层3互相结合的聚合物板1和玻璃板2制成。该复合板例如被设计为机动车的侧窗,其中聚合物板1在安装位置是内板,玻璃板2是外板。聚合物板1因此面向机动车内部,玻璃板2面向外部环境。
聚合物板1由聚碳酸酯(PC)构成并具有3毫米厚度。由于聚合物板1,该复合板具有有利得低的重量。玻璃板2具有例如0.5毫米的厚度。薄玻璃板2仅略微提高该复合板的重量,但明显改进稳定性和耐刮擦性以及声学性质。
中间层3由聚氨酯(PU)构成,具有大约0.8毫米的厚度。在聚氨酯中间层和聚碳酸酯板的层压过程中,令人惊讶地,在中间层3与聚合物板1之间发生的扩散低于许多其它常规热塑性材料,如PVB。
为了获得改进的稳定性,玻璃板2是化学钢化的。压应力深度大于50微米,例如通常100微米,且表面压应力为例如250MPa,由此可实现显著更高的值,例如大约400MPa并在个例中可能是合意的。由于玻璃板2的低厚度,使用热法无法实现相应的钢化。
玻璃板2的化学组成列在表1中,不足部分来自掺合物和杂质。该组成特别适合经受化学钢化。

图2示出本发明的复合板的另一实施方案。聚合物板1经第一中间层3与第一玻璃板2结合并经第二中间层5与第二玻璃板4结合。具有例如0.2毫米厚度的玻璃板2,4在两侧保护聚合物板1免受划伤并改进该板的声学性质和稳定性。
图3以示意图形式示出化学钢化和未钢化的玻璃的碎裂稳定性之间的比较。该图示意性反映在对比试验中测得的值的进程。在该测量中,使用不同粒度的砂纸在化学钢化和未钢化的玻璃板上制造划痕。由此产生该图的横坐标(划痕深度),其中这两个图的横坐标具有相同标尺。然后,测量使玻璃板碎裂所必需的力。
可以看出,低深度划痕已明显损害未钢化的玻璃的碎裂稳定性。相反,低和中等深度的划痕对化学钢化玻璃的碎裂稳定性的影响可忽略不计,其碎裂稳定性在更高深度的划痕下才轻微降低。
该图清楚显示在本发明的复合板中使用化学钢化玻璃在碎裂稳定性方面的优势。这一结果对本领域技术人员而言是出乎意料和令人惊讶的。
图4示出用于制造本发明的复合玻璃的本发明的方法的一个实施例的流程图。以注塑法制造由聚碳酸酯制成的聚合物板1。玻璃板2作为具有表1的化学组成的平板浮法玻璃提供。首先通过弯曲工艺使玻璃板2达到其最终三维形状。在弯曲后缓慢冷却玻璃板2以避免热应力。合适的冷却速率为例如0.1℃/秒。然后将玻璃板2在460℃的温度下用硝酸钾熔体处理几小时的时间,例如4小时,并由此化学钢化。该处理导致钠离子经玻璃表面被更大的钾离子扩散驱动地置换。由此产生表面压应力。然后冷却玻璃板2,随后用硫酸洗涤以除去硝酸钾残留物。
将聚合物板1和玻璃板2和置于它们之间的由PU制成的热塑性薄膜布置为堆叠。然后,层压该板复合物,例如通过真空袋法,其中热塑性薄膜形成中间层3。

Claims (15)
1.车用复合板,其至少包含
-具有1.5毫米至10毫米的厚度的聚合物板(1)和
-以平面方式与聚合物板(1)结合的具有小于或等于1毫米的厚度的玻璃板(2),
其中聚合物板(1)至少含有聚碳酸酯(PC)和/或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)且其中玻璃板(2)是化学钢化玻璃板。
2.根据权利要求1的复合板,其中玻璃板(2)具有0.1毫米至1毫米,优选0.2至0.8毫米,特别优选0.4毫米至0.7毫米的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1或2的复合板,其中聚合物板(1)具有2毫米至5毫米,优选2.5毫米至4毫米,特别优选3毫米至4毫米的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一的复合板,其中聚合物板(1)和玻璃板(2)经由热塑性中间层(3)结合,所述热塑性中间层(3)优选具有0.2毫米至1毫米的厚度。
5.根据权利要求4的复合板,其中中间层(3)至少含有聚氨酯或其衍生物。
6.根据权利要求4或5的复合板,其中热塑性中间层(3)具有降噪作用。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一的复合板,其中玻璃板(2)具有大于100MPa,优选大于250MPa,特别优选大于350MPa的表面压应力。
8.根据权利要求1至7之一的复合板,其中玻璃板(2)的压应力深度为玻璃板(2)的厚度的至少1/10,优选至少1/6。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一的复合板,其中玻璃板(2)是所述复合板的外板。
10.根据权利要求1至9之一的复合板,其中聚合物板(1)的远离玻璃板(2)的表面以平面方式与第二玻璃板(4)结合。
11.根据权利要求1至10之一的复合板,其中玻璃板(2)含有55重量%至72重量%氧化硅(SiO2)、5重量%至10重量%氧化铝(Al2O3)、10重量%至15重量%氧化钠(Na2O)、7重量%至12重量%氧化钾(K2O)和6重量%至11重量%氧化镁(MgO)。
12.制造根据权利要求1至11之一的复合板的方法,其中
-制造聚合物板(1),
-将玻璃板(2)化学钢化,和
-将聚合物板(1)以平面方式与玻璃板(2)结合。
13.根据权利要求12的方法,其中玻璃板(2)
a)在500℃至700℃的温度下弯曲,随后以0.05℃/秒至0.5℃/秒的冷却速率冷却到400℃的温度和
b)化学钢化。
14.根据权利要求12或13的方法,其中玻璃板(2)在盐熔体,优选硝酸钾(KNO3)熔体中在300℃至600℃的温度下化学钢化2小时至48小时的时间。
15.化学钢化玻璃板(2)在根据权利要求1至11之一的复合板中用于提高聚合物板,优选车窗玻璃,特别优选挡风玻璃、侧窗、后窗或车顶板的稳定性和耐刮擦性的用途。
