In order to implement the automatic control and the manual control of the date change preventing packaging bag manufacturing apparatus, the controller 15 is provided with a program changeover switch 51 for controlling the automatic control and the manual control of the date change preventing packaging bag manufacturing apparatus; the controller 15 is provided with a first manual switch 52 for manual control of the perforating printer 11; the controller 15 is provided with a second manual switch 53 for manual control of the word sealing machine 12; the hydraulic oil paths of the hydraulic device 13 are connected with the hydraulic oil paths of the first hydraulic cylinder 23, the second hydraulic cylinder 27, the third hydraulic cylinder 31, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38 and the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55; the controller 15 is connected with a control circuit of the hydraulic device 13; the controller 15 is connected to the first sensor 42, the second sensor 43, the third sensor 44, the fourth sensor 45, the fifth sensor 46, the sixth sensor 47, and the seventh sensor 48 through control lines.
The initial state of the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing device is as follows: the piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinder 23, the second hydraulic cylinder 27, the third hydraulic cylinder 31, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38, and the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55 are in a non-extended state.
In order to position the anti-tampering date packing bag, the cavities and the sizes of the first bottom mold 20 and the second bottom mold 21 are the same as those of the anti-tampering date packing bag. To replace a different raised punch die of the first punch block 22, the first punch block 22 is provided with a first clamp 59. To replace a different raised punch die of the second punch matrix 26, the second punch matrix 26 is provided with a second collet 60.
In order to control the operation of the date change preventing packaging bag manufacturing device by using the controller 15, the controller 15 is connected with a control circuit of the printer 18, the controller 15 is provided with a display screen 54, and the display screen 54 is provided with touch keys for setting the printed production date and the quality guarantee period.
The first hole-punching matrix 22 is a raised stamp die, the characters of which are the same as the characters of the production date, and is used for punching the production date holes 8 in the front plastic film 2. The second hole-punching matrix 26 is a raised punch die, and the characters of the raised punch die are the same as the characters of the shelf life, and are used for punching the shelf-life character holes 10 on the front plastic film 2.
In order to enable the anti-date-change packaging bag to be filled with food or other articles and sealed, an acute angle of 5-15 degrees is formed between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 at the left end of the anti-date-change packaging bag so as to facilitate the insertion of the punching cushion die 19 between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3, the punching printer 11 comprises an acute angle template, the acute angle of the acute angle template is an angle of 5-15 degrees, the width of the acute angle template is smaller than the width of the port of the anti-date-change packaging bag, so that the acute angle template 59 is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 when the anti-date-change packaging bag is sealed in a heat sealing manner; before the packing bag for preventing date change is placed in the first bottom die 20, when food or other articles are packed in the packing bag for preventing date change and packaged by using heat sealing equipment, an acute angle template with an acute angle of 5-15 degrees is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 at the packing opening, then the front plastic film 2 beside the acute angle template is connected with the rear plastic film 3 in a heat sealing way, so that an angle of 5-15 degrees is reserved between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 after heat sealing, and when a production date character hole 8 is conveniently punched, the inserting plate 56 is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3.
The working principle of the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing device is as follows: the working program of the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing device comprises an automatic working program and a manual working program, when the program change-over switch 51 is rotated to the automatic control position, the controller 15 controls to enter the automatic control program, and when the program change-over switch 51 is rotated to the manual control position, the controller 15 controls to enter the manual control program;
when the date change preventing packaging bag manufacturing device is converted into an automatic control program, when the date change preventing packaging bag 1 which is sealed and packaged with food or articles is placed on the first bottom die 20, the sixth sensor 47 arranged on the first bottom die 20 detects a signal that the date change preventing packaging bag 1 is placed on the first bottom die 20, the sixth sensor 47 transmits the signal to the controller 15, the controller 15 controls the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55 to work, the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55 drives the inserting plate 56 of the punching pad die 19 to be inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 at the position of the heat seal 4 of the date change preventing packaging bag 1, after the inserting plate 56 is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3, the eighth sensor 57 transmits the signal that the inserting plate 56 is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 to the controller 15;
the controller 15 controls the first hydraulic cylinder 23 to drive the first hole-pressing character die 22 to punch, and the first hole-pressing character die 22 is utilized to punch a production date character hole 8 on the front plastic film 2; after the first hole-pressing character die 22 punches the production date character hole 8 in the front plastic film 2, the first sensor 42 transmits a signal that the first hole-pressing character die 22 punches the production date character hole 8 in the front plastic film 2 to the controller 15, and the controller 15 controls the first hydraulic cylinder 23 to drive the first hole-pressing character die 22 to reset;
after the first hole-pressing matrix 22 is reset, the controller 15 controls the second hydraulic cylinder 27 to drive the second hole-pressing matrix 26 to punch, and the shelf-life matrix 10 is punched on the front plastic film 2 by using the second hole-pressing matrix 26; after the quality guarantee period character hole 10 is punched on the front plastic film 2 by the second hole-pressing character die 26, the signal of the quality guarantee period character hole 10 punched on the front plastic film 2 by the second hole-pressing character die 26 is transmitted to the controller 15 by the second sensor 43, and the controller 15 controls the second hole-pressing character die 26 to reset;
after the second hole-pressing matrix 26 is reset, the controller 15 controls the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32 to drive the printing head 37 of the printer 30 to move rightwards, when the second sensing element 50 of the printing head 37 moves to the position of the fourth sensor 45, the fourth sensor 45 transmits a signal that the printing head 37 moves in place horizontally to the controller 15, and the controller 15 controls the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32 to stop;
after the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32 is stopped, the controller 15 controls the third hydraulic cylinder 31 to drive the first slide carriage 33 to vertically move downwards, the first slide carriage 33 is used to drive the printing head 37 to vertically move downwards, when the first sensing piece 49 on the first slide carriage 33 moves to the position of the third sensor 44, the printing head 37 just moves to the printing position of the production date 7, the third sensor 44 transmits a signal that the printing head 37 just moves to the printing position of the production date 7 to the controller 15, and the controller 15 controls the third hydraulic cylinder 31 to stop; after the third hydraulic cylinder 31 is stopped, the controller 15 controls the printing head 37 of the printer 30 to print the production date 7 on the surface of the rear plastic film 3 at the position of the production date character hole 8;
after the printing head 37 prints the production date 7, the third hydraulic cylinder 31 of the controller 15 drives the first sliding seat 33 and the printing head 37 to move vertically upwards for resetting; when the second sensing member 50 of the printing head 37 moves to the position of the fourth sensor 45, the fourth sensor 45 transmits a signal thereof to the controller 15, the controller 15 controls the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32 to drive the printing head 37 of the printer 30 to move rightward, when the second sensing member 50 of the printing head 37 moves to the position of the fifth sensor 46, the fifth sensor 46 transmits a signal that the printing head 37 moves horizontally to the right position to the controller 15, and the controller 15 controls the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32 to stop;

after the shelf life 9 of the anti-alteration date packaging bag 1 is printed, an anti-alteration sealing film 41 is arranged between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 of the anti-alteration date packaging bag 1; taking out the anti-alteration daily packaging bag 1 from the first bottom die 20, and putting the anti-alteration sealing film 41 into the second bottom die 21; the seventh sensor 48 of the second bottom die 21 transmits the signal to the controller 15, the controller 15 controls the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38 to drive the hot-melting element 39 to press down, the hot-melting element 39 is used for heat-sealing the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 with the anti-coating sealing film 41, and the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 are welded with the anti-coating sealing film 41; after the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 are welded to the anti-alteration sealing film 41, the controller 15 controls the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38 to drive the hot-melting element 39 to ascend and reset, and after the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38 drives the hot-melting element 39 to ascend and reset, the anti-alteration packaging bag 1 is taken out from the second bottom die 21.
When the date-alteration-preventing packaging bag manufacturing apparatus is not in operation, the initial states of the first hydraulic cylinder 23, the second hydraulic cylinder 27, the third hydraulic cylinder 31, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38, and the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55 are: the piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinder 23, the second hydraulic cylinder 27, the third hydraulic cylinder 31, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38, and the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55 are not extended.
In order to position the anti-tampering date packing bag, the cavities and the sizes of the first bottom mold 20 and the second bottom mold 21 are the same as those of the anti-tampering date packing bag. To replace a different raised punch die of the first punch block 22, the first punch block 22 is provided with a first clamp 59. To replace a different raised punch die of the second punch matrix 26, the second punch matrix 26 is provided with a second collet 60.
