In order to implement the automatic control and the manual control of the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing equipment, the controller 15 is provided with a program change-over switch 51 for controlling the automatic control and the manual control of the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing equipment; the controller 15 is provided with a first manual switch 52 for manual control of the perforating printer 11; the controller 15 is provided with a second manual switch 53 for manual control of the word sealing machine 12; the hydraulic oil paths of the hydraulic device 13 are connected with the hydraulic oil paths of the first hydraulic cylinder 23, the second hydraulic cylinder 27, the third hydraulic cylinder 31, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38 and the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55; the controller 15 is connected with a control circuit of the hydraulic device 13; the controller 15 is connected to the first sensor 42, the second sensor 43, the third sensor 44, the fourth sensor 45, the fifth sensor 46, the sixth sensor 47, and the seventh sensor 48 through control lines.
When the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing equipment is not operated, the initial states of the first hydraulic cylinder 23, the second hydraulic cylinder 27, the third hydraulic cylinder 31, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38 and the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55 are as follows: the piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinder 23, the second hydraulic cylinder 27, the third hydraulic cylinder 31, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 32, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 38, and the sixth hydraulic cylinder 55 are not extended.
In order to position the anti-tampering date packing bag, the cavities and the sizes of the first bottom mold 20 and the second bottom mold 21 are the same as those of the anti-tampering date packing bag. To replace a different raised punch die of the first punch block 22, the first punch block 22 is provided with a first clamp 59. In order to change the different type of protruding die of second pressure hole matrix 26, its characterized in that: the second hole-pressing matrix 26 is provided with a second clamping head 60.
In order to control the operation of the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing equipment by using the controller 15, the controller 15 is connected with a control circuit of the printer 18, the controller 15 is provided with a display screen 54, and the display screen 54 is provided with touch keys for setting the printed production date and the quality guarantee period.
The first hole-punching matrix 22 is a raised stamp die, the characters of which are the same as the characters of the production date, and is used for punching the production date holes 8 in the front plastic film 2. The second hole-punching matrix 26 is a raised punch die, and the characters of the raised punch die are the same as the characters of the shelf life, and are used for punching the shelf-life character holes 10 on the front plastic film 2.
In order to enable the anti-date-change packaging bag to be filled with food or other articles and sealed, an acute angle of 5-15 degrees is formed between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 at the left end of the anti-date-change packaging bag so as to facilitate the insertion of the punching cushion die 19 between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3, the punching printer 11 comprises an acute angle template, the acute angle of the acute angle template is an angle of 5-15 degrees, the width of the acute angle template is smaller than the width of the port of the anti-date-change packaging bag, so that the acute angle template 59 is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 when the anti-date-change packaging bag is sealed in a heat sealing manner; before the packing bag for preventing date change is placed in the first bottom die 20, when food or other articles are packed in the packing bag for preventing date change and packaged by using heat sealing equipment, an acute angle template with an acute angle of 5-15 degrees is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 at the packing opening, then the front plastic film 2 beside the acute angle template is connected with the rear plastic film 3 in a heat sealing way, so that an angle of 5-15 degrees is reserved between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3 after heat sealing, and when a production date character hole 8 is conveniently punched, the inserting plate 56 is inserted between the front plastic film 2 and the rear plastic film 3.

Claims (6)

1. The date change preventing packaging bag manufacturing equipment is needed for manufacturing a date change preventing packaging bag (1); the date change preventing packaging bag (1) is formed by heat-seal welding of a front plastic film (2) and a rear plastic film (3), the date change preventing packaging bag (1) is provided with a heat-seal (4), and food is sealed in the bag; the anti-altering production date (5) and the anti-altering quality guarantee period (6) are arranged beside the heat seal (4), the anti-altering production date (5) is composed of a printed production date (7) and a corresponding production date character hole (8), and the anti-altering quality guarantee period (6) is composed of a printed quality guarantee period (9) and a corresponding quality guarantee period character hole (10); the production date (7) and the quality guarantee period (9) are arranged on the rear plastic film (3), the production date character holes (8) and the quality guarantee period character holes (10) are arranged on the front plastic film (2), and the production date character holes (8) of the front plastic film (2) and the production date (7) of the rear plastic film (3) are the same in shape and size; the shelf life character holes (10) of the front plastic film (2) are the same as the shelf life (9) of the rear plastic film (3) in shape and size; the production date character hole (8) of the front plastic film (2) is positioned opposite to the production date (7) of the rear plastic film (3), the quality guarantee period character hole (10) of the front plastic film is positioned opposite to the quality guarantee period (9) of the rear plastic film (3), and anti-coating and anti-changing sealing films (41) are arranged between the production date (7) and the production date character hole (8) and between the quality guarantee period (9) and the quality guarantee period character hole (10);
the method is characterized in that: the date-change-preventing packaging bag manufacturing equipment comprises a punching printer (11), a character sealing machine (12), a hydraulic device (13), a rack (14) and a controller (15), wherein the punching printer (11), the character sealing machine (12), the hydraulic device (13) and the controller (15) are arranged on the rack (14); the punching printer (11) comprises a production date punching machine (16), a shelf life punching machine (17), a printer (18), a punching cushion die (19) and a first bottom die (20); the sealing machine (12) comprises a heat sealing machine (40) and a second bottom die (21);
the production date punching machine (16) comprises a first hole pressing character die (22) and a first hydraulic cylinder (23), wherein the shell of the first hydraulic cylinder (23) is connected with the rack (14), and the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (23) is connected with the first hole pressing character die (22); the shelf life puncher (17) comprises a second hole pressing matrix (26) and a second hydraulic cylinder (27), wherein the shell of the second hydraulic cylinder (27) is connected with the rack (14), and the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder (27) is connected with the second hole pressing matrix (26); the punching cushion mold (19) comprises a sixth hydraulic cylinder (55) and an inserting plate (56), the shell of the sixth hydraulic cylinder (55) is connected with the rack (14), the piston rod of the sixth hydraulic cylinder (55) is connected with the inserting plate (56), and the inserting plate (56) is positioned on the left side of the first bottom mold (20); the printer (18) comprises a printer (30), a third hydraulic cylinder (31), a fourth hydraulic cylinder (32), a first sliding seat (33), a first sliding rail (34), a second sliding rail (35) and a second sliding sleeve (36), the third hydraulic cylinder (31) and the first sliding rail (34) are installed on the rack (14), a piston rod of the third hydraulic cylinder (31) is fixedly connected with the first sliding seat (33), and the first sliding seat (33) is movably matched and connected with the first sliding rail (34); a fourth hydraulic cylinder (32) and a printer (30) are arranged on the first sliding seat (33), and a printing head (37) of the printer (30) is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (32);
the second sliding sleeve (36) is fixedly connected with the printing head (37), the second sliding rail (35) is fixedly connected with the shell of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (32), the second sliding rail (35) is sleeved in the second sliding sleeve (36), and the second sliding rail (35) is movably matched and connected with the second sliding sleeve (36);
the heat sealing machine (40) comprises a fifth hydraulic cylinder (38) and a hot melting element (39), the shell of the fifth hydraulic cylinder (38) is installed on the rack (14), and the hot melting element (39) is fixedly connected with the piston rod of the fifth hydraulic cylinder (38);
the controller (15) is provided with a first sensor (42), a second sensor (43), a third sensor (44), a fourth sensor (45), a fifth sensor (46), a sixth sensor (47), a seventh sensor (48) and an eighth sensor (57), and the first sensor (42), the second sensor (43), the third sensor (44), the fourth sensor (45), the fifth sensor (46), the sixth sensor (47), the seventh sensor (48) and the eighth sensor (57) are fixed on the rack (14); the first sensor (42) is positioned opposite to the first guide sleeve (24); the second sensor (43) is positioned opposite to the second guide sleeve (28); the third sensor (44) is located opposite the first sensor (49) of the first carriage (33); the fourth sensor (45) is located opposite the second sensing member (50) of the print head (37); the fifth sensor (46) is located opposite the second sensing member (50) of the printhead (37); the sixth sensor (47) is positioned on the first bottom die (20); the seventh sensor (48) is positioned on the second bottom die (21); the eighth sensor (57) is positioned opposite the connection plate (58) of the plug board (56);
the controller (15) is provided with a program conversion switch (51); the controller (15) is provided with a first manual switch (52); the controller (15) is provided with a second manual switch (53); the hydraulic oil path of the hydraulic device (13) is connected with the hydraulic oil paths of the first hydraulic cylinder (23), the second hydraulic cylinder (27), the third hydraulic cylinder (31), the fourth hydraulic cylinder (32), the fifth hydraulic cylinder (38) and the sixth hydraulic cylinder (55); the controller (15) is connected with a control circuit of the hydraulic device (13); the controller (15) is connected with the first sensor (42), the second sensor (43), the third sensor (44), the fourth sensor (45), the fifth sensor (46), the sixth sensor (47) and the seventh sensor (48) through control lines;
the first hole pressing type die (22) is provided with a first guide sleeve (24), a first guide rod (25) is fixed on the first hydraulic cylinder (23), the first guide rod (25) is sleeved in the first guide sleeve (24), and the first guide rod (25) is movably matched and connected with the first guide sleeve (24); the second hole-pressing character die (26) is provided with a second guide sleeve (28), a second hydraulic cylinder (27) is fixedly provided with a second guide rod (29), the second guide rod (29) is sleeved in the second guide sleeve (28), and the second guide rod (29) is movably matched and connected with the second guide sleeve (28); the inserting plate (56) is provided with a third guide sleeve (61), a third guide rod (62) is fixed on the sixth hydraulic cylinder (55), the third guide rod (62) is sleeved in the third guide sleeve (61), and the third guide rod (62) is movably matched and connected with the third guide sleeve (61).
