本发明涉及漆包线领域,具体是一种耐高温导热漆包绕组线。
背景技术
由于现代文明的进步,科技也随着日新月异,其中科技产品充斥着市面上,如计算机、音响、喇叭与电器用品等产品,而上述产品在其内部布满着电子零件与线路与线圈,而线圈与电线有时候是构成上述产品的主要零组件,而线圈与电线主要是由漆包线加以缠绕而成或组合而成,而当上述产品在电流通过时,会因为漆包线本身的电阻与磁场的电磁效应,而使漆包线本身产生热能,而热能会随着时间而逐渐升高,而造成漆包线表面的绝缘漆软化,而造成线路的短路。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温导热漆包绕组线,可将金属线芯的热量快速散发,保证了漆包绕组线的正常使用。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种耐高温导热漆包绕组线,包括有金属线芯,涂覆于金属线芯表面的聚酯亚胺绝缘漆层和包裹于聚酯亚胺绝缘漆层外的石墨膜层。
所述的石墨膜的厚度为0.025-0.05um。
所述的金属线芯选用铜线或铝线。
本发明的优点:
本发明的石墨膜具有很好的导热性能,可将金属线芯上产生的热量快速散发出来,避免了绝缘漆在高温下软化,保证了漆包绕组线的正常使用。

见图1,一种耐高温导热漆包绕组线,包括有金属线,1,涂覆于金属线芯1表面的聚酯亚胺绝缘漆层2和包裹于聚酯亚胺绝缘漆层2外的石墨膜层3;其中,石墨膜3的厚度为0.025-0.05um,金属线芯1选用铜线或铝线。

1.一种耐高温导热漆包绕组线,其特征在于:包括有金属线芯,涂覆于金属线芯表面的聚酯亚胺绝缘漆层和包裹于聚酯亚胺绝缘漆层外的石墨膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温导热漆包绕组线,其特征在于:所述的石墨膜的厚度为0.025-0.05um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温导热漆包绕组线,其特征在于:所述的金属线芯选用铜线或铝线。
