Abstract
本发明公开了一种空调式内隔墙板,该内隔墙板中空,内部设有半导体制冷片、散热片和风机;半导体制冷片的制冷面与内隔墙板的外墙面内侧相连,发热面与散热片相连;内隔墙板上端设有通风孔;通风孔与内隔墙板中空部分相连通。本发明内隔墙板能够直接利用光伏电源的直流电,且结构简单、安装方便。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,具体涉及一种新型半导体空调式内隔墙板。
背景技术
绿色建筑—被动房,是各种技术产品的集大成者,其本质是通过充分利用可再生能源供给本身利用,并且使采暖、致冷消耗的一次能源不超过一定值房屋。其较低的能耗标准,是通过高节能的建筑材料和可再生能源得以实现。"被动房"是国外倡导的一种全新节能建筑概念,也是我国推动建筑节能工作的重要契机和平台。
光伏发电,作为一种绿色、环保、再生能源,被广泛推广应用,是被动房的重要基础部分之一,是绿色建筑的重要组成,是现代工程装饰的发展方向。但目前的光伏发电所得直流电能,往往通过逆变成交流电源,供给致冷或采暖装置,不仅结构复杂,故障率高,并且降低了能源利用率,增加了生活成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种能够直接利用光伏电源的直流电,且结构简单、安装方便的内隔墙板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种空调式内隔墙板,该内隔墙板中空,内部设有半导体制冷片、散热片和风机;半导体制冷片的制冷面与内隔墙板的外墙面内侧相连,发热面与散热片相连;内隔墙板上端设有通风孔;通风孔与内隔墙板中空部分相连通。
其中,内隔墙板包括前墙板、后墙板和方木框;前墙板和后墙板上、下两端分别通过方木框固定相连;前墙板、后墙板和方木框围成上述内隔墙板中空部分;上述通风孔设于上端方木框上;前墙板包括铝板和木质板;铝板设于木质板外侧;木质板上设有通孔;半导体制冷片设于通孔内,且制冷面与铝板粘结。
当半导体制冷片单面分布时,前墙板的木质板上设有多个通孔;散热片为多个;半导体制冷片为多个,分别设于对应的通孔内,且发热面与对应的散热片相连。
此时,后墙板包括隔热保温层和木质板;隔热保温板设于木质板的内侧。
当半导体制冷片双面分布时,后墙板包括铝板和木质板;后墙板的铝板设于后墙板的木质板外侧;后墙板的木质板上设有通孔;后墙板的木质板上的通孔内也设有半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片的制冷面与后墙板的铝板粘结,发热面与对应的散热片相连。
前墙板和后墙板的外侧设有防腐装饰层。
本发明内隔墙板还包括绝缘子、水平铜排和垂直铜排;各半导体制冷片的制冷面和发热面分别通过导线与水平铜排和垂直铜排的一端相连;水平铜排和垂直铜排的另一端分别通过绝缘子与前墙板或后墙板相连,优选与前墙板相连;下端方木框上设有进线孔。
内隔墙板的上、下两端分别设有下隔板和上隔板;下隔板上设有进线管;进线管通过进线孔与内隔墙板中空部分相连通;上隔板上设有排风管;排风管通过通风孔与内隔墙板中空部分相连通。
上隔板、下隔板和前墙板、后墙板之间分别通过L形连接件固定相连。
通风孔内侧和进线孔内侧分别设有网罩;进线孔内侧的网罩上设有进线截面孔。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
1、本发明利用半导体制冷片进行温度控制,通过对输入电压正负极的切换进行制冷和加热控制;并通过多片半导体制冷片并联组成调控系统,对输入电流的控制,可实现高精度的温度控制,从正温90℃到负温度130℃都可以有效实现,且热惯性小。
2、通过内设风机和通风孔,将内部的的冷气或热气散去,优化加热或制冷效果。
3、利用垂直铜排和水平铜排进行半导体制冷片的导线连接,不仅横平竖直,美观大方、接线方便、牢固,并且与等导电截面电缆线相比,不仅价格便宜,并且便于散热,能增加30%的输电功率。
4、将主要部件集中安装在前墙板上,不仅增强了部件接线的稳定性、安全性,方便了后墙板的拆装,从而有利于调试与维修。
5、本发明空调式内隔墙板,采用半导体制冷片兼有冷、热空调作用,且无污染、无噪声,可以直接利用光伏直流电源,无需逆变,结构简单、安装方便,故障率低、电源利用率高寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明空调式内隔墙板包括前墙板1、后墙板12、上隔板17、下隔板14、方木框9。本发明空调式内隔墙板中空,由前墙板1、后墙板12、以及上下两端的方木框9围成。内隔墙板上端设有上隔板17,下端设有下隔板14,上隔板17和下隔板14前后两端分别通过L形连接件10与前墙板1和后墙板12固定相连。L型连接件10外层设有装饰条11。前墙板1从外至内依次包括防腐装饰层103、铝板101、木质板102。风机2、半导体制冷片7、散热片8和绝缘子3均设于内隔墙板内部的中空部分。风机2固定在前墙板1的木质板102内侧。半导体制冷片7和散热片8均为多个,且数量相同。前墙板1的木质板102上设有与半导体制冷片数量相同、大小相适配的通孔。半导体制冷片7设于通孔内,且701陶瓷制冷面与铝板101粘结,702陶瓷发热面与散热片8相连。各半导体制冷片7的正、负两级分别通过正极连接软线601、负极连接软线602与垂直铜排4、水平铜排5的一端相连。垂直铜排4、水平铜排5另一端分别通过绝缘子3固定支撑在前墙板1的木质板102上。后墙板12从内至外依次包括隔热保温层13(保温棉组成)、木质板102和防腐装饰层103。上隔板17上设有排风管16,上端方木框9上设有通风孔901,内隔墙板中空部分通过通风孔901与排风管16相连通。通风孔901内侧设有网罩903,防止灰尘进入内隔墙板内。下隔板14上设有进线管15,下端方木框9上设有进线孔902,内隔墙板中空部分通过进线孔902与进线管15相连通。进线孔902内侧设有网罩903,进线孔902的网罩上设有进线截面孔,光伏直流电源的导线通过进线截面孔进入内隔墙板内部与水平铜排5、垂直铜排4相连。上隔板17固定安装在房屋内上楼板下方,下隔板14固定安装在房屋内下下楼板上方,内隔墙板整体形成房屋内墙板进行房间分割。
需要制冷时,提供半导体制冷片7额定电压,陶瓷制冷面701制冷,由铝板101进行温度传递,陶瓷发热面702的热量由散热片8吸收,风机2冷却散热片8,将热量从通风孔901经由排风管16带出,优化制冷效果。改变输入电压改变输入电压正、负极性,即可改制冷为制热。在进行制冷与制热的变换中,停电15分钟以上,方可进行变换,否则可能导致半导体制冷片损坏。同时电压不能超过规定电压,否则会击穿制冷片。当需要进行调试或维修时,只需要拆除后墙板12即可。

1.一种空调式内隔墙板,其特征在于:所述内隔墙板中空,内部设有半导体制冷片、散热片和风机;所述半导体制冷片的制冷面与所述内隔墙板的外墙面内侧相连,发热面与所述散热片相连;所述内隔墙板上端设有通风孔;所述通风孔与内隔墙板中空部分相连通;所述内隔墙板包括前墙板、后墙板和方木框;所述前墙板和后墙板上、下两端分别通过方木框固定相连;所述前墙板、后墙板和方木框围成所述内隔墙板中空部分;所述通风孔设于上端方木框上;所述前墙板包括铝板和木质板;所述铝板设于木质板外侧;所述木质板上设有通孔;所述半导体制冷片设于通孔内,且制冷面与铝板粘结;所述前墙板的木质板上设有多个通孔;所述散热片为多个;所述半导体制冷片为多个,分别设于对应的通孔内,且发热面与对应的散热片相连;所述后墙板包括隔热保温层和木质板,或所述后墙板包括铝板和木质板;
当所述后墙板包括隔热保温层和木质板时,所述隔热保温板设于所述木质板的内侧;
当所述后墙板包括铝板和木质板;所述后墙板的铝板设于后墙板的木质板外侧;所述后墙板的木质板上设有通孔;所述后墙板的木质板上的通孔内也设有所述半导体制冷片,所述半导体制冷片的制冷面与后墙板的铝板粘结,发热面与对应的散热片相连;
所述内隔墙板还包括绝缘子、水平铜排和垂直铜排;各半导体制冷片的制冷面和发热面分别通过导线与所述水平铜排和垂直铜排的一端相连;所述水平铜排和垂直铜排的另一端分别通过绝缘子与前墙板或后墙板相连;下端方木框上设有进线孔;所述内隔墙板的上、下两端分别设有下隔板和上隔板;所述下隔板上设有进线管;所述进线管通过所述进线孔与内隔墙板中空部分相连通;所述上隔板上设有排风管;所述排风管通过所述通风孔与内隔墙板中空部分相连通。

4.根据权利要求1所述的空调式内隔墙板,其特征在于:所述通风孔内侧和进线孔内侧分别设有网罩;所述进线孔内侧的网罩上设有进线截面孔。
