本发明公开了一种高空铝制电缆防氧化涂层原料。所述一种高空铝制电缆防氧化涂层原料,由以下重量份的原料制成:华津思R4188:40-60份、华津思HD1902:10-20份、纯水:20-40份、DPnB:2-4份、DPM:2-3份、PA30:0.2-1份、BYK028:0.5-0.7份、BYK346:0.05-0.8份、TS-100:2-5份、Glide?440:0.03-0.9份、RM-2020:0.03-0.7份、RM-8W:0.03-0.2份、95%乙醇:2-9份、抗氧剂1010:1-3份、抗氧剂CA:1-2份、硅酸钙:0.2-1.3份、碳酸钠:10-20份、气相白炭:10-20份。本发明具有以下有益效果:提高铝制电缆的抗氧化能力,防止铝制电缆因氧化导致电缆变细电阻变大、使用寿命短的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护涂料,具体说是一种高空铝制电缆防氧化涂层原料。
背景技术
架空线路主要指架空明线,架设在地面之上,是用绝缘子将输电导线固定在直立于地面的杆塔上以传输电能的输电线路。架设及维修比较方便,成本较低。所采用输送电缆为架空线,架空线又称裸电线,为铝制电缆缠绕而成,又因为是裸电线,电缆裸露在外,与大气接触,受电力传输过程中发热现象影响,铝与空气发生氧化反应,虽在铝线表面形成一道氧化膜防止进一步氧化,但受铝制材料特性影响,该氧化膜摔坏率高,导致铝线慢慢氧化从而导致铝线质量减少变细,增加电阻,促使铝线升温进步氧化,严重影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能保护铝制架空线,防止其铝制线体的氧化反应,降低铝线受环境因素导致的磨损,提高架空线使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种高空铝制电缆防氧化涂层原料,由以下重量份的原料制成:华津思R4188:40-60份、华津思HD1902:10-20份、纯水:20-40份、DPnB:2-4份、DPM:2-3份、PA30:0.2-1份、BYK028:0.5-0.7份、BYK346:0.05-0.8份、TS-100:2-5份、Glide440:0.03-0.9份、RM-2020:0.03-0.7份、RM-8W:0.03-0.2份、95%乙醇:2-9份、抗氧剂1010:1-3份、抗氧剂CA:1-2份、硅酸钙:0.2-1.3份、碳酸钠:10-20份、气相白炭:10-20份。
作为优选的技术方案,所述一种高空铝制电缆防氧化涂层原料,由以下重量份原料制成:华津思R4188:50份、华津思HD1902:15份、纯水:30份、DPnB:3份、DPM:2.5份、PA30:0.6份、BYK028:0.6份、BYK346:0.45份、TS-100:3.5份、Glide440:0.5份、RM-2020:0.4份、RM-8W:0.15份、95%乙醇:5.5份、抗氧剂1010:1.5份、抗氧剂CA:1.5份、硅酸钙:0.8份、碳酸钠:15份、气相白炭:15份。
作为优选,所述所述华津思R4188为水性聚氨酯分散体,所述华津思HD1902为华津思丙烯酸酯乳液,所述DPnB为二丙二醇丁醚(美国陶氏化学),所述DPM为二丙二醇甲醚(美国陶氏化学),所述PA30为分散剂(巴斯夫),所述BYK028为消泡剂(BYK),所述BYK346为润湿剂(BYK),所述TS-100为消光粉(迪高),所述Glide440为流平剂,所述RM-2020为罗门哈斯增稠剂(非离子聚氨酯),所述RM-8W为罗门哈斯增稠剂(非离子聚氨酯)。

1、提高铝制架空线的抗氧化能力,防止铝制架空线因氧化导致电阻变大、使用寿命短的问题。
2、减少铝制架空线受环境因素导致的磨损情况,保持架空线的质量,从而保持电阻稳定性,提高使用寿命和降低能源损耗。

实施例1
一种高空铝制电缆防氧化涂层原料,由以下重量份原料制成:
华津思R4188:40份、华津思HD1902:10份、纯水:20份、DPnB:2份、DPM:2份、PA30:0.2份、BYK028:0.5份、BYK346:0.05份、TS-100:2份、Glide440:0.03份、RM-2020:0.03份、RM-8W:0.03份、95%乙醇:2份、抗氧剂1010:1份、抗氧剂CA:1份、硅酸钙:0.2份、碳酸钠:10份、气相白炭:10份。
取长度2根各1米,重量为600g的架空电缆a、b,a其表面喷涂防氧化材料,b无氧化涂层材料,a、b均置于气态氧气箱内,加热温度为35℃,验证时间为72小时。
取氧化实验后的电缆a、b,使用显微镜进行截面观察,电缆a防氧化涂层结构完成,无明显损坏,电缆直径无变化。
电缆b电缆外径形成明显氧化层,氧化层内、外径不规则,且电缆直径减少0.71mm。
实施例2
一种高空铝制电缆防氧化涂层原料,由以下重量份原料制成:
华津思R4188:60份、华津思HD1902:20份、纯水:40份、DPnB:4份、DPM:3份、PA30:1份、BYK028:0.7份、BYK346:0.8份、TS-100:5份、Glide440:0.9份、RM-2020:0.7份、RM-8W:0.2份、95%乙醇:9份、抗氧剂1010:3份、抗氧剂CA:2份、硅酸钙:1.3份、碳酸钠:20份、气相白炭:20份。
取长度2根各1米,重量为600g的架空电缆a、b,a其表面喷涂防氧化材料,b无氧化涂层材料,a、b均置于气态氧气箱内,加热温度为35℃,验证时间为72小时。
取氧化实验后的电缆a、b,使用显微镜进行截面观察,电缆a防氧化涂层结构完成,无明显损坏,电缆直径无变化。
电缆b电缆外径形成明显氧化层,氧化层内、外径不规则,且电缆直径减少0.71mm。
实施例3

华津思R4188:50份、华津思HD1902:15份、纯水:30份、DPnB:3份、DPM:2.5份、PA30:0.6份、BYK028:0.6份、BYK346:0.45份、TS-100:3.5份、Glide440:0.5份、RM-2020:0.4份、RM-8W:0.15份、95%乙醇:5.5份、抗氧剂1010:1.5份、抗氧剂CA:1.5份、硅酸钙:0.8份、碳酸钠:15份、气相白炭:15份。
取长度2根各1米,重量为600g的架空电缆a、b,a其表面喷涂防氧化材料,b无氧化涂层材料,a、b均置于气态氧气箱内,加热温度为35℃,验证时间为72小时。
