户外运动一直是人们的娱乐放松锻炼的一种方式,随着现在生活压力越来越大以及人们生活品质的提升,越来越多的人选择户外运动。而为了舒适更好的进行户外运动,户外运动服饰也越来越重要。现有的户外运动服饰,一般能实现透气防水的功能,样式颜色比较单一并且不耐用,并且对于紫外线束手无策,强烈的紫外线易对人类的健康造成损害。
因此,如何提高户外服饰的耐用性,且改善紫外线对人类健康的伤害,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。

本发明实施例提供了一种多功能面料、其制作方法及户外服饰,该多功能面料包括:聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层;聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层中添加有无机纳米发光材料。这样,本发明实施例提供的多功能面料中添加有无机纳米发光材料,进而将该面料制成服饰以后,尤其应用于户外运动服饰时,不仅可以通过无机发光纳米材料吸收紫外线使衣服发光,提升衣服的美观性,还可以改善紫外线对人类健康的伤害;另外该多功能面料在聚四氟乙烯材料中添加无机纳米发光材料,可以克服单一聚四氟乙烯材料牢固度和持久度差的问题,因为无机纳米发光材料的分子键强度高且稳定,因此添加了无机纳米发光材料后,可以使该多功能面料经久耐用。

下面结合附图,对本发明实施例提供的多功能面料、其制作方法及户外服饰的具体实施方式进行详细的说明
本发明实施例提供了一种多功能面料,可以包括:聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层;聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层中添加有无机纳米发光材料。
本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中添加有无机纳米发光材料。这样,本发明实施例提供的多功能面料中添加有无机纳米发光材料,进而将该面料制成服饰以后,尤其应用于户外运动服饰时,不仅可以通过无机发光纳米材料吸收紫外线使衣服发光,提升衣服的美观性,还可以改善紫外线对人类健康的伤害;另外该多功能面料在聚四氟乙烯材料中添加无机纳米发光材料,可以克服单一聚四氟乙烯材料牢固度和持久度差的问题,因为无机纳米发光材料的分子键强度高且稳定,因此添加了无机纳米发光材料后,可以使该多功能面料经久耐用。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中,无机纳米发光材料为红粉、绿粉、蓝粉三种材料中的之一或组合。具体地,本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中,无机纳米发光材料可以采用红粉、绿粉、蓝粉三种材料中的一种或组合,这样通过红、绿、蓝三种颜色的无机纳米发光材料的不同配比可以实现多种不同颜色发光。例如,只添加红粉纳米发光材料时,该多功能面料可以吸收紫外线发红光;按一定比例(例如红:绿:蓝=3:6:1)添加红、绿、蓝三种无机纳米发光材料时,该面料可以吸收紫外线发白光。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中,红粉材料可以为铕激活氧化钇,其化学式为Y2O3:Eu。具体的,还可以选用其他红色荧光粉材料,例如Y2O2S:Eu3+,CaSiN2:Eu2+
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中,绿粉材料可以为铈、铽激活铝酸镁,其化学式为CeMgAl11O19:Tb。具体的,还可以选用其他绿色荧光粉材料,例如BaN2S4:Eu2+;Sr3SiO5:Eu2+;CaSi2O2N2:Eu2+
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中,蓝粉材料可以为铕激活铝酸镁钡,其化学式为BaMgAl10O17:Eu。具体的,还可以选用其他蓝色荧光粉材料,例如CaLaGa3S6O:Ce3+;SrAl2Si2O3:Eu2+;Ba2Si5N8:Ce3+
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中,聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层的微孔直径为0.1-0.5微米。具体地,本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料中,聚四氟乙烯微孔直径变化范围在0.1-0.5微米,而水蒸气分子的直径为0.0004微米,雨水中直径最小的轻雾的直径为20微米,毛毛雨的直径已经高达400微米,本发明实施例提供的多功能面料的聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层的微孔直径在水蒸气和雨水之间,即微孔直径小于水分子中最小的轻雾,远大于水蒸气分子直径,这样可以使水蒸气通过而水滴不能通过,利用这种微孔结构可达到优秀的防水透湿功能;另外,由于聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层的微孔极度细小,且纵向不规格的弯曲排列,使风不能透过从而又具有防风和保暖性好等特点。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料的制作方法,如图1所示,可以包括:
S101、将聚四氟乙烯原料、无机纳米发光材料粉体和超分散剂进行超声振荡混合;
S102、将混合后的液体预压成毛坯并压延成薄片;
S103、将薄片双向拉伸、预定型和卷取。
本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料的制作方法中,通过在聚四氟乙烯材料中添加无机纳米发光材料,制作而成的面料,可以吸收紫外线发光提升美感,防止紫外线对人类的伤害,并且无机纳米发光材料的分子键强度高较稳定,可以克服聚四氟乙烯材料牢固度和持久度差的问题,使该面料持久耐用。具体的制作过程为先将聚四氟乙烯原料、无机纳米发光材料粉体和超分散剂进行超声振荡混合,随后经过预压、压延、拉伸等工艺形成,其制作方法与现有技术相似,在此不作详述。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种户外服饰,采用本发明实施例提供的上述多功能面料制作。采用本发明实施例提供的多功能面料制作成的户外服饰,由于该多功能面料中聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层添加有无机纳米发光材料,其不仅具有透气不透水的特性,能有效防止液态水的透过,气态水分子能自由透过,人体释放的汗水可以很容易透过微孔膜蒸发,可时时保持身体的干爽,运动起来很舒服,同时还具有防风、防雨、保暖以及耐磨性等功能。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的上述户外服饰中,如图2所示,包括:表层、多功能层和里层;其中,表层和多功能层为聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层;里层用于保护表层和多功能层。具体地,本发明实施例提供的户外服饰可以采用多功能面料制作表层和多功能层,其可以吸收紫外线发光,从而使户外服饰既美观又能改善紫外线对人类的伤害,同时微孔结构的多功能层使户外服饰具有透气、防风、防雨、保暖的性能且同时经久耐用,另外可以增加一层内层用来保护多功能层和表层,可以进一步提高户外服饰的使用寿命。
本发明实施例提供了一种多功能面料、其制作方法及户外服饰,该多功能面料包括:聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层;聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层中添加有无机纳米发光材料。这样,本发明实施例提供的多功能面料中添加有无机纳米发光材料,进而将该面料制成服饰以后,尤其应用于户外运动服饰时,不仅可以通过无机发光纳米材料吸收紫外线使衣服发光,提升衣服的美观性,还可以改善紫外线对人类健康的伤害;另外该多功能面料在聚四氟乙烯材料中添加无机纳米发光材料,可以克服单一聚四氟乙烯材料牢固度和持久度差的问题,因为无机纳米发光材料的分子键强度高且稳定,因此添加了无机纳米发光材料后,可以使该多功能面料经久耐用。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.一种多功能面料,包括:聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层;其特征在于:
所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层中添加有无机纳米发光材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述无机纳米发光材料为红粉、绿粉、蓝粉三种材料中的之一或组合。
3.如权利要求2所述的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述红粉材料为铕激活氧化钇。
4.如权利要求2所述的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述绿粉材料为铈、铽激活铝酸镁。
5.如权利要求2所述的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述蓝粉材料为铕激活铝酸镁钡。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层的微孔直径为0.1-0.5微米。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的多功能面料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
将聚四氟乙烯原料、无机纳米发光材料粉体和超分散剂进行超声振荡混合;
将混合后的液体预压成毛坯并压延成薄片;
将所述薄片双向拉伸、预定型和卷取。
8.一种户外服饰,其特征在于,采用如权利要球1-6任一项所述的多功能面料制作。
9.如权利要求8所述的户外服饰,其特征在于,包括:表层、多功能层和里层;其中,
所述表层和所述多功能层为聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层;
所述里层用于保护所述表层和所述多功能层。
