技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种制作衬衫的面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
衬衫是人们生活的必需品，其常用棉、纱或丝等面料制作而成。传统的衬衫面料结构简单，表面平平的，没有立体感。且尺寸稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的泡泡衬衫尺寸稳定性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种泡泡衬衫尺寸稳定性好面料，包括衬衫面料本体，所述衬衫面料本体的外表面设有若干行泡泡，所述泡泡呈椭圆形，并凸出面料本体，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置复合层，复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成。复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、泡泡衬衫尺寸稳定性好面料的向外凸起的泡泡，使衬衫面料的表面蓬松，增强了立体感，同时使汗水不紧贴皮肤，更加了透气性和凉爽感。
2、本发明经纱和纬纱之间的空间大，具有较好的弹力和舒适感。本发明使用了涤纶低弹丝，既具有象氨纶类弹性织物的优点，又比氨纶类弹性织物的价格低，且织物的尺寸稳定性好。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种泡泡衬衫尺寸稳定性好面料，包括衬衫面料本体1，所述衬衫面料本体1的外表面设有若干行泡泡2。所述泡泡2通过热压，呈椭圆形，并凸出面料本体1。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置复合层，复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成。复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
