本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种制作服装、玩具的面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快，人们对服饰的要求也越来越高。尤其在女装方面，面料多是色彩与图案的改变，立体感差。且尺寸稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的垂线针织尺寸稳定性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种垂线针织尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的外表面设有垂线，所述垂线是长为0.1～5厘米的彩色针织线，所述垂线的一端固定于面料本体内，另一端自然下垂，所述垂线均匀分布，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。面料本体下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60：37：3；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。阻燃面料层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、垂线针织尺寸稳定性好面料上的彩色针织线随风摆动，增强了面料的立体感和灵动感。
2、本发明经纱和纬纱之间的空间大，具有较好的弹力和舒适感。本发明使用了涤纶低弹丝，既具有象氨纶类弹性织物的优点，又比氨纶类弹性织物的价格低，且织物的尺寸稳定性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本发明涉及一种垂线针织尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的外表面设有垂线2。所述垂线2是长为0.1～5厘米的彩色针织线，所述垂线2的一端固定于面料本体1内，另一端自然下垂。所述垂线2均匀分布。在如图所示的实施例中，面料本体1为三角形格子布，垂线2的一端固定于交线中心，另一端自然下垂。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。
面料本体下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60：37：3；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。阻燃面料层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
