技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且尺寸稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的软包尺寸稳定性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种软包尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有外层、下表面设有提花层，所述外层和面料本体之间设有填充物，并且外层的上表面设有若干装饰物，所述装饰物交错排列，并固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置透气面料层，所述透气面料层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的软包和装饰物增强了软包尺寸稳定性好面料的层次感。
2、本发明经纱和纬纱之间的空间大，具有较好的弹力和舒适感。本发明使用了涤纶低弹丝，既具有象氨纶类弹性织物的优点，又比氨纶类弹性织物的价格低，且织物的尺寸稳定性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种软包尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有外层3、下表面设有提花层4。所述外层3和面料本体1之间设有蓬松的填充物2，并且外层3的上表面设有若干装饰物5。所述装饰物5交错排列，并固定在面料本体1上。图2 实施例中的装饰物5为珠子，珠子通过线固定在面料本体1上。由于蓬松的填充物2被外层3包裹，再被珠子局部向面料本体1方向挤压，从而在面料本体1上形成同样交错排列的凸起软包。所述提花层4固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。
织物下设置透气面料层，所述透气面料层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。

1.一种软包尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体（1），其特征在于：所述面料本体（1）的上表面设有外层（3）、下表面设有提花层（4），所述外层（3）和面料本体（1）之间设有填充物（2），并且外层（3）的上表面设有若干装饰物（5），所述装饰物（5）交错排列，并固定在面料本体（1）上，所述提花层（4）固定在面料本体（1）的下表面，所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构，织物下设置透气面料层，所述透气面料层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
