所述芯层由三层实木板通过粘合剂热压而成,相邻两层实木板之间通过凸起嵌入凹槽方式相互配合连接;
所述下防潮层由如下质量份数的组分组成:60~80份植物纤维、40~50份植物纤维基聚醚酯多元醇、10~20份豆胶、5~10份淀粉胶、20~30份木质刨花、10~15份酚醛树脂以及8~12份偶联剂;所述植物纤维由20~30份废纸、10~20份大麻杆、10~20份淀粉、10~15份香蕉杆和10~15份甘蔗渣组成;
所述粘合剂由如下质量份数的组分组成:50~60份甲醛、20~30份尿素、3~6份氯化铵3~6份磷酸三甲酯、5~8份硫脲、10~15份聚乙烯醇、15~20份淀粉、12~15份苯酚、5~8份磷酸铝、6~10份面粉、3~5份氧化铁、3~5份碳酸铵以及3~5份膨胀土。
进一步优选,所述烤漆层的厚度为0.5~0.8mm,所述上防潮层的厚度为2~3mm,所述芯层的厚度为5~8mm,所述下防潮层的厚度为1.5~2mm。
进一步优选,所述甲醛的质量百分比浓度为30%,所述尿素的质量百分比浓度为95%。
进一步优选,所述烤漆层的固化温度为280℃~400℃。
有益效果:相比于现有技术中橱柜用板材都是简单的纤维板,本发明橱柜用板材带有多层结构,中间基材为多层实木结构,且多层实木之间采用凸起嵌入凹槽的结合方式连接,大大增大了相邻两层实木基材之间的接触面积,从而使它们结合的更紧密,且实木基材的板材经久耐用;另外,本发明橱柜用板材设置了两层防潮层,特别适合制成橱柜用于厨房这种水汽、油气、潮气较大的环境;最后,本发明橱柜用板材表面的烤漆层显色性好,附着力强,且不易被碰损。

具体实施方式
如图1~4所示,本发明橱柜用板材,从外到内依次由烤漆层1、上防潮层2、芯层3和下防潮层4组成;芯层3的上下两面分别设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凸起5,上防潮层2和下防潮层4上设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凹槽6,芯层3上每个凸起5嵌入上防潮层2和下防潮层4上与之对应的凹槽6中,上防潮层2、芯层3和下防潮层4之间通过粘合剂7固定黏合;相邻层结构采用凸起嵌入凹槽方式连接大大增大了相邻两层结构之间的接触面积,从而使它们结合的更紧密;烤漆层1通过往上防潮层2上喷上若干层油漆,然后再高温烘烤定型得来,其固化温度为280℃~400℃;烤漆层1的厚度为0.5~0.8mm,上防潮层2的厚度为2~3mm,芯层3的厚度为5~8mm,下防潮层4的厚度为1.5~2mm;

粘合剂7由如下质量份数的组分组成:50~60份甲醛、20~30份尿素、3~6份氯化铵3~6份磷酸三甲酯、5~8份硫脲、10~15份聚乙烯醇、15~20份淀粉、12~15份苯酚、5~8份磷酸铝、6~10份面粉、3~5份氧化铁、3~5份碳酸铵以及3~5份膨胀土;甲醛的质量百分比浓度为30%,尿素的质量百分比浓度为95%。

下防潮层4由如下质量份数的组分组成:60份植物纤维、40份植物纤维基聚醚酯多元醇、10份豆胶、5份淀粉胶、20份木质刨花、10份酚醛树脂以及8份偶联剂;植物纤维由20份废纸、10份大麻杆、10份淀粉、10份香蕉杆和10份甘蔗渣组成;
粘合剂7由如下质量份数的组分组成:50份甲醛、20份尿素、3份氯化铵3份磷酸三甲酯、5份硫脲、10份聚乙烯醇、15份淀粉、12份苯酚、5份磷酸铝、6份面粉、3份氧化铁、3份碳酸铵以及3份膨胀土;甲醛的质量百分比浓度为30%,尿素的质量百分比浓度为95%。
实施例2
本发明橱柜用板材,从外到内依次由烤漆层1、上防潮层2、芯层3和下防潮层4组成;芯层3的上下两面分别设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凸起5,上防潮层2和下防潮层4上设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凹槽6,芯层3上每个凸起5嵌入上防潮层2和下防潮层4上与之对应的凹槽6中,上防潮层2、芯层3和下防潮层4之间通过粘合剂7固定黏合;相邻层结构采用凸起嵌入凹槽方式连接大大增大了相邻两层结构之间的接触面积,从而使它们结合的更紧密;烤漆层1通过往上防潮层2上喷上若干层油漆,然后再高温烘烤定型得来,其固化温度为280℃~400℃;烤漆层1的厚度为0.8mm,上防潮层2的厚度为3mm,芯层3的厚度为8mm,下防潮层4的厚度为2mm;

芯层3由三层实木板通过粘合剂7热压而成,三层实木板分别为上层实木板8、中层实木板9和下层实木板10,上层实木板8的上、下表面分别设有多个并列设置的凸起,中层实木板9的上下表面分别设有多个并列设置的凹槽,下层实木板10的上、下表面分别设有多个并列设置的凸起,上层实木板8和下层实木板10的凸起分别嵌入中层实木板9上对应的凹槽中,再通过粘合剂7将上层实木板8、中层实木板9和下层实木板10的结合处固定黏合在一起;
下防潮层4由如下质量份数的组分组成:80份植物纤维、50份植物纤维基聚醚酯多元醇、20份豆胶、10份淀粉胶、30份木质刨花、15份酚醛树脂以及12份偶联剂;植物纤维由30份废纸、20份大麻杆、10份淀粉、10份香蕉杆和10份甘蔗渣组成;
粘合剂7由如下质量份数的组分组成:60份甲醛、30份尿素、6份氯化铵6份磷酸三甲酯、8份硫脲、15份聚乙烯醇、20份淀粉、15份苯酚、8份磷酸铝、10份面粉、5份氧化铁、5份碳酸铵以及5份膨胀土;甲醛的质量百分比浓度为30%,尿素的质量百分比浓度为95%。
实施例3
本发明橱柜用板材,从外到内依次由烤漆层1、上防潮层2、芯层3和下防潮层4组成;芯层3的上下两面分别设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凸起5,上防潮层2和下防潮层4上设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凹槽6,芯层3上每个凸起5嵌入上防潮层2和下防潮层4上与之对应的凹槽6中,上防潮层2、芯层3和下防潮层4之间通过粘合剂7固定黏合;相邻层结构采用凸起嵌入凹槽方式连接大大增大了相邻两层结构之间的接触面积,从而使它们结合的更紧密;烤漆层1通过往上防潮层2上喷上若干层油漆,然后再高温烘烤定型得来,其固化温度为280℃~400℃;烤漆层1的厚度为0.6mm,上防潮层2的厚度为2mm,芯层3的厚度为6mm,下防潮层4的厚度为2mm;
其中,烤漆层1由如下质量份数的组分组成:55份固含量为58%的丙烯酸乳液、25份丙烯酸树脂、15份环氧树脂、5份氨基树脂、5份饱和聚酯树脂、4份丙烯酸丁酯、11份乙二醇乙醚、12份聚四氟乙烯、15份甘油、8份流平剂、7份苯丙酸、9份邻苯二甲酸酐、7份三羟甲基丙烷以及4份正丁醇;
上防潮层2由如下质量份数的组分组成:80份植物纤维、25份聚苯乙烯、25份木质刨花、10份偶联剂、12份胶黏剂以及16份甲苯二异氰酸酯,植物纤维由25份竹粉、15份木屑、10份淀粉、15份玉米杆和15份秸秆组成;
芯层3由三层实木板通过粘合剂7热压而成,三层实木板分别为上层实木板8、中层实木板9和下层实木板10,上层实木板8的上、下表面分别设有多个并列设置的凸起,中层实木板9的上下表面分别设有多个并列设置的凹槽,下层实木板10的上、下表面分别设有多个并列设置的凸起,上层实木板8和下层实木板10的凸起分别嵌入中层实木板9上对应的凹槽中,再通过粘合剂7将上层实木板8、中层实木板9和下层实木板10的结合处固定黏合在一起;
下防潮层4由如下质量份数的组分组成:80份植物纤维、45份植物纤维基聚醚酯多元醇、15份豆胶、8份淀粉胶、25份木质刨花、13份酚醛树脂以及10份偶联剂;植物纤维由25份废纸、15份大麻杆、10份淀粉、15份香蕉杆和15份甘蔗渣组成;
粘合剂7由如下质量份数的组分组成:55份甲醛、25份尿素、5份氯化铵5份磷酸三甲酯、6份硫脲、12份聚乙烯醇、17份淀粉、14份苯酚、6份磷酸铝、8份面粉、4份氧化铁、4份碳酸铵以及4份膨胀土;甲醛的质量百分比浓度为30%,尿素的质量百分比浓度为95%。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的板材和市场上现有板材进行防潮性能测试,将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的板材和市场上现有板材连续泡水5个小时、10个小时和15个小时,观察板材的变形情况,实验结果见表1:

由表1可知,相比于现有板材,本发明的板材具有更好的防潮性能。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的板材和市场上同样带烤漆表层的板材浸入质量百分含量为5%的H2SO4溶液中,1h后将板材取出,用清水冲洗后,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3板材表面没有出现脱落、发白现象,市场上带烤漆表层板材表面出现脱落、泛白现象。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的板材和市场上同样带烤漆表层的板材浸入质量百分含量为5%的NaOH溶液中,1h后将板材取出,用清水冲洗后,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3板材表面没有出现脱落、发白现象,市场上带烤漆表层板材表面出现脱落、泛白现象。本发明板材表面的烤漆层耐酸碱性好,抗裂性好,不易碰损。
Claims (4)
1.一种多层式橱柜用板材,其特征在于:从外到内依次由烤漆层、上防潮层、芯层和下防潮层组成;所述芯层的上下两面分别设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凸起,所述上防潮层和下防潮层上设有多个呈矩阵式排布的凹槽,每个所述凸起嵌入与之对应的凹槽中,所述上防潮层、芯层和下防潮层之间通过粘合剂固定黏合;所述烤漆层通过往上防潮层上喷上多层油漆,再高温烘烤固化得来;
其中,所述烤漆层由如下质量份数的组分组成:50~60份固含量为58%的丙烯酸乳液、20~30份丙烯酸树脂、15份环氧树脂、5份氨基树脂、5份饱和聚酯树脂、2~5份丙烯酸丁酯、10~12份乙二醇乙醚、10~15份聚四氟乙烯、10~20份甘油、5~10份流平剂、6~8份苯丙酸、8~10份邻苯二甲酸酐、6~8份三羟甲基丙烷以及3~5份正丁醇;
所述上防潮层由如下质量份数的组分组成:60~80份植物纤维、20~30份聚苯乙烯、20~30份木质刨花、8~12份偶联剂、10~15份胶黏剂以及15~20份甲苯二异氰酸酯,所述植物纤维由20~30份竹粉、10~20份木屑、10~20份淀粉、10~15份玉米杆和10~15份秸秆组成;
所述芯层由三层实木板通过粘合剂热压而成,相邻两层实木板之间通过凸起嵌入凹槽方式相互配合连接;
所述下防潮层由如下质量份数的组分组成:60~80份植物纤维、40~50份植物纤维基聚醚酯多元醇、10~20份豆胶、5~10份淀粉胶、20~30份木质刨花、10~15份酚醛树脂以及8~12份偶联剂;所述植物纤维由20~30份废纸、10~20份大麻杆、10~20份淀粉、10~15份香蕉杆和10~15份甘蔗渣组成;
所述粘合剂由如下质量份数的组分组成:50~60份甲醛、20~30份尿素、3~6份氯化铵3~6份磷酸三甲酯、5~8份硫脲、10~15份聚乙烯醇、15~20份淀粉、12~15份苯酚、5~8份磷酸铝、6~10份面粉、3~5份氧化铁、3~5份碳酸铵以及3~5份膨胀土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层式橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述烤漆层的厚度为0.5~0.8mm,所述上防潮层的厚度为2~3mm,所述芯层的厚度为5~8mm,所述下防潮层的厚度为1.5~2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层式橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述甲醛的质量百分比浓度为30%,所述尿素的质量百分比浓度为95%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层式橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述烤漆层的固化温度为280°C~400°C。
