Abstract

一种门静脉主干与下腔静脉H型分流贴片。贴片分子片和母片,均由底座和连接端组成。底座均为中心呈圆形镂空的长方形。连接端(子端)由内径相同、外径不同的两个中空圆柱体a、b组成。中空圆柱体b通过中空圆柱体a与子片底座中心镂空的圆形a相连。中空圆柱体b顶端有一环形凹槽。连接端(母端)由环形刀刃和中空的圆柱体c组成。环形刀刃与母片底座中心镂空的圆形b相连并位于中空圆柱体c内。中空圆柱体c顶端有数个朝内的扇形卡片。用于肝硬化门脉高压的介入治疗,实现门静脉主干与下腔静脉直接分流。

门静脉主干与下腔静脉H型分流贴片
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种门静脉主干与下腔静脉直接分流的H型贴片,用于肝硬化门脉高压的介入手术。
背景技术
目前,门静脉主干与下腔静脉直接分流的方式有两种。一是外科门腔静脉H型分流术(HGPCS:H-graftportacavalshunts),在全麻下通过开腹的方式,在门静脉主干与下腔静脉之间使用人造血管(small-diameter(ie,8mm)prostheticH-graft)进行门腔分流。但是,多数门脉高压患者合并不同程度的肝肾功能损害及凝血功能障碍等,这些外科手术禁忌以及手术创伤对患者造成的附加伤害限制了HGPCS的应用。另一种是通过介入手术的方式,从而解决了患者不能耐受大型手术的问题,即经颈静脉或股静脉穿刺,在血管内超声或者X射线引导下,在门静脉主干与下腔静脉之间使用聚四氟乙烯覆膜支架(PTFE-coveredstent)建立分流道,常用的覆膜支架比如Wall-stent(BostonScientific)、Z-stent等。但是,由于穿刺困难,支架移位,腹腔大出血,支架通常率低等原因而未能应用于临床。
发明内容
为了克服现有的覆膜支架容易移位、引发腹腔大出血以及通畅率低等不足,本发明提供一种门静脉主干与下腔静脉H型分流贴片,该分流贴片不会发生移位及腹腔出血,且通畅率高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:H型分流贴片分为子片和母片。子片由底座和连接端(子端)组成。底座为长方形,长方形中心为镂空的圆形a。连接端(子端)由两个中空的圆柱体组成,分别为中空圆柱体a和中空圆柱体b。中空圆柱体b通过中空圆柱体a与底座中心镂空的圆形a相连。中空圆柱体b的内直径、中空圆柱体a的内直径与圆形a的直径相同。中空圆柱体b的外直径大于中空圆柱体a的外直径。中空圆柱体b的顶端为一环形凹槽。母片也由底座和连接端(母端)组成。母片底座与子片底座完全相同,也为长方形,长方形中心为镂空的圆形b,圆形b的直径与圆形a直径相同。连接端(母端)由环形刀刃和中空的圆柱体c组成。环形刀刃与圆形b相连,环形刀刃的内直径与圆形b的直径相同。中空圆柱体c与圆形b相连,中空圆柱体c内直径大于圆形b直径。环形刀刃位于中空圆柱体c内,紧贴中空圆柱体c内面。中空圆柱体c顶端连接数个朝内的扇形卡片。中空圆柱体c内直径、高度略大于中空圆柱体b外直径、高度。子、母片分别放入下腔静脉和门静脉主干中,当子片与母片对接时,子片的中空圆柱体b插入母片的中空圆柱体c中,当中空圆柱体b完全插入中空圆柱体c时,扇形卡片就会卡住中空圆柱体a的外面,从而将中空圆柱体b固定于中空圆柱体c内,实现子、母片的对接。子、母片对接的同时,母片上的环形刀刃插入子片上的环形凹槽中,从而将下腔静脉壁与门静脉主干壁环形铡断,分流道即成功建立。
本发明的有益效果是,分流贴片不会发生移位及腹腔出血,且通畅率高。

具体实施方式
在实施例图3中,子片(10)、母片(11)分别放入下腔静脉和门静脉主干中,当子片(10)与母片(11)对接时,子片(10)的中空圆柱体b(4)插入母片(11)的中空圆柱体c(8)中,当中空圆柱体b(4)完全插入中空圆柱体c(8)时,扇形卡片(9)会卡住中空圆柱体a(3)的外面,从而将中空圆柱体b(4)固定于中空圆柱体c(8)内,实现子片(10)、母片(11)对接。子片(10)、母片(11)对接的同时,母片(11)上的环形刀刃(7)插入子片上的环形凹槽(5)中,从而将下腔静脉壁(12)与门静脉主干壁(13)环形铡断,分流道即成功建立。

1.一种门静脉主干与下腔静脉H型分流贴片,其特征是:H型分流贴片分为子片和母片,子、母片均由底座和连接端组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门静脉主干与下腔静脉H型分流贴片,其特征是:子片底座(1)为长方形,长方形中心为镂空的圆形a(2),连接端(子端)由两个中空的圆柱体组成,分别为中空圆柱体a(3)和中空圆柱体b(4),中空圆柱体b(4)通过中空圆柱体a(3)与底座中心镂空的圆形a(2)相连,中空圆柱体b(4)的内直径、中空圆柱体a(3)的内直径与圆形a(2)的直径相同,中空圆柱体b(4)的外直径大于中空圆柱体a(3)的外直径,中空圆柱体b(4)的顶端为一环形凹槽(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门静脉主干与下腔静脉H型分流贴片,其特征是:母片底座(1)为长方形,长方形中心为镂空的圆形b(6),圆形b(6)的直径与圆形a(2)直径相同,连接端(母端)由环形刀刃(7)和中空的圆柱体c(8)组成,环形刀刃(7)与圆形b(6)相连,环形刀刃(7)的内直径与圆形b(6)的直径相同,中空圆柱体c(8)与圆形b(6)相连,中空圆柱体c(8)内直径大于圆形b(6)直径,环形刀刃(7)位于中空圆柱体c(8)内,紧贴中空圆柱体c(8)内面,中空圆柱体c(8)顶端连接数个朝内的扇形卡片(9)。中空圆柱体c(8)内直径、高度略大于中空圆柱体b(4)外直径、高度。
