本发明公开了一种旋转蒸发器电热发生装置,包含一本体,在所述的本体的底部设有一第一电热块和一第二电热块,所述的第一电热块和第二电热块通过一对隔热夹板与所属的本体固定连接,所述的第一电热块和第二电热块与所述的本体不直接接触,在所述的本体上还设有若干接线柱,所述的第一电热块和第二电热块为中空结构,所述的隔热夹板由耐热陶瓷制成。由于本发明的旋转蒸发器电热发生装置设置了两个电热块,这两个电热块与电热发生装置的本体之间不直接接触,而是通过隔热夹板与本体固定连接,发热块和本体间留有间隙,这样电热发生装置的本体接线柱不会受高温影响,从而大大延长了旋转蒸发器电热发生装置的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电热发生装置,更确切地说,是一种旋转蒸发器电热发生装置。
背景技术
旋转蒸发器主要用于医药、化工和生物制药等行业的浓缩、结晶、干燥、分离及溶媒回收。其原理为在真空条件下,恒温加热,使旋转瓶恒速旋转,物料在瓶壁形成大面积薄膜,高效蒸发。溶媒蒸气经高效玻璃冷凝器冷却,回收于收集瓶中,大大提高蒸发效率。特别适用对高温容易分解变性的生物制品的浓缩提纯。
旋转蒸发器的电热发生装置需要为蒸发器提供长久的电热来源,目前业界普遍使用的旋转蒸发器的发热单元与电热装置的接线区域接触过于紧密,会加速电热装置接线区域材质的老化,容易出现故障。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种稳定耐用使用寿命较长的旋转蒸发器电热发生装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种旋转蒸发器电热发生装置,包含一本体,在所述的本体的底部设有一第一电热块和一第二电热块,所述的第一电热块和第二电热块通过一对隔热夹板与所属的本体固定连接,所述的第一电热块和第二电热块与所述的本体不直接接触,在所述的本体上还设有若干接线柱。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的第一电热块和第二电热块为中空结构。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的隔热夹板由耐热陶瓷制成。
由于本发明的旋转蒸发器电热发生装置设置了两个电热块,这两个电热块与电热发生装置的本体之间不直接接触,而是通过隔热夹板与本体固定连接,发热块和本体间留有间隙,这样电热发生装置的本体接线柱不会受高温影响,从而大大延长了旋转蒸发器电热发生装置的使用寿命。

本发明提供了一种稳定耐用使用寿命较长的旋转蒸发器电热发生装置。
如图1、图2所示,一种旋转蒸发器电热发生装置1,包含一本体2,在所述的本体2的底部设有一第一电热块31和一第二电热块32,所述的第一电热块31和第二电热块32通过一对隔热夹板4与所属的本体2固定连接,所述的第一电热块31和第二电热块32与所述的本体2不直接接触,在所述的本体2上还设有若干接线柱。
如图1、图2所示,所述的第一电热块31和第二电热块32为中空结构。
如图1、图2所示,所述的隔热夹板4由耐热陶瓷制成。
该发明的旋转蒸发器电热发生装置设置了两个电热块,这两个电热块与电热发生装置的本体之间不直接接触,而是通过隔热夹板与本体固定连接,发热块和本体间留有间隙,这样电热发生装置的本体接线柱不会受高温影响,从而大大延长了旋转蒸发器电热发生装置的使用寿命。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。
