Abstract

一种天线组件,其包括天线本体以及连接于天线本体上的馈线,所述天线本体包括电路板、设置于电路板内的导电路径、以及用于接地连接的覆铜,其中所天线组件还包括贴附在覆铜上的导电胶,所述导电胶用于粘接至外部机壳。本发明的天线组件通过导电胶直接粘接至外部机壳,省略了一大片接地铜片,只需直接粘接至外部机壳,即可实现接地连接,不但降低了生产成本,而且简化了接地连接的生产工序。

天线组件
【技术领域】
本发明有关于一种天线组件,尤其是指一种可实现无线数据传输的天线组件。
【背景技术】
笔记本由于需要无线联网(wifi),所以笔记本上经常需要设置wifi天线组件。现有技术请参考2009年4月1日中国第CN101399399A号专利申请,其揭示了这样的wifi天线模组,其经常设置在带有液晶显示屏幕的机壳内。
现有天线组件与机壳接地连接是通过电路板外连接一块铜片,再将铜片焊接至机壳上实现接地连接。例如,中国第CN104852138A号专利申请,其揭示了这样用于接地连接的天线组件。然而,这样设置不但需要额外的一大片铜片,还需要笔记本系统厂商焊接铜片的焊接工序,这样增加了笔记本系统厂商的制造成本。
因此,确有必要提供一种改进的天线组件,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种天线组件,其方便接地连接,且生产成本低。
未解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种天线组件,其包括天线本体以及连接于天线本体上的馈线,所述天线本体包括电路板、设置于电路板内的导电路径、以及用于接地连接的覆铜,其中所天线组件还包括贴附在覆铜上的导电胶,所述导电胶用于粘接至外部机壳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的天线组件通过导电胶直接粘接至外部机壳,省略了一大片接地铜片,只需直接粘接至外部机壳,即可实现接地连接,不但降低了生产成本,而且简化了接地连接的生产工序。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1至图4所示,一种天线组件200,其包括天线本体1以及连接于天线本体上的馈线3。
天线本体1包括电路板10、设置于电路板10内的导电路径(未图示)、以及用于接地连接的覆铜103,所天线组件200还包括贴附在覆铜103上的导电胶104,所述导电胶104用于粘接至外部机壳500(如图5合图7所示)。天线组件200通过导电胶104直接粘接至外部机壳500,省略了一大片接地铜片,只需直接粘接至外部机壳500,即可实现接地连接,不但降低了生产成本,而且简化了接地连接的生产工序。
电路板10包括第一表面101和与第一表面101相反的设置的第二表面102,所述导电路径设置于第一表面101上,所述覆铜103设置于第二表面102上。所述覆铜103暴露于第二表面102,所述导电路径于第一表面101上侧覆盖有绝缘层(未图示)。所述馈线3连接于第一表面101上,并连接于导电路径(未图示)。
天线组件200还包括设置在电路板10上的泡棉40,所述泡棉40用于抵靠至外部物体(未图示)。所述泡棉40设置于电路板10的第一表面101上。
天线组件200还包括粘接在电路板10上的定位板60,所述定位板60用于定位安装至外部机壳500的定位孔501(如图5所示)。所述定位板60粘接于电路板10的第二表面102上,从而方便制造。
所述覆铜103包括两条平行设置的覆铜线1031,所述定位板60设置在两条覆铜线1031之间。所述电路板10具有第一长度的两第一边缘111和具有第二长度的两第二边缘112,第一长度大于第二长度,所述两条覆铜线1031分别靠近电路板的两第一边缘111,所述定位板60平行于第一边缘111。
如图5至图7所示,外部机壳500可以为笔记本电脑的机壳,其包括内壳体51和外壳体52。所述天线本体1安装在内壳体51的安装槽511内,所述天线本体1上的定位板60定位安装在外壳体52的定位孔501内,所述天线本体1上的接地用覆铜103通过导电胶104粘接至外壳体52上。定位板60的设置方便了天线本体1的定位安装。泡棉40用于抵靠至外部物体(未图示),泡棉40的设置使得天线本体1更加稳定可靠地抵靠在外部机壳500上。

Claims (10)

1.一种天线组件,其包括天线本体以及连接于天线本体上的馈线,所述天线本体包括电路板、设置于电路板内的导电路径、以及用于接地连接的覆铜,其特征在于:所天线组件还包括贴附在覆铜上的导电胶,所述导电胶用于粘接至外部机壳。
2.如权利要求1所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述电路板包括第一表面和与第一表面相反的设置的第二表面,所述导电路径设置于第一表面上,所述覆铜设置于第二表面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述覆铜暴露于第二表面,所述导电路径于第一表面上侧覆盖有绝缘层。
4.如权利要求2所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述馈线连接于第一表面上,并连接于导电路径。
5.如权利要求1所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述天线组件还包括设置在电路板上的泡棉,所述泡棉用于抵靠至外部机壳。
6.如权利要求5所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述泡棉设置于电路板的第一表面上。
7.如权利要求5所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述天线组件还包括粘接在电路板上的定位板,所述定位板用于定位安装至外部机壳的定位孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述定位板粘接于电路板的第二表面上。
9.如权利要求1所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述覆铜包括两条平行设置的覆铜线,所述定位板设置在两条覆铜线之间。
10.如权利要求1所述的天线组件,其特征在于:所述电路板具有第一长度的两第一边缘和具有第二长度的两第二边缘,第一长度大于第二长度,所述两条覆铜线分别靠近电路板的两第一边缘,所述定位板平行于第一边缘。
