Abstract
本发明是一种球墨铸铁曲轴铸造新工艺,浇冒口设计在曲轴小头端,铸模内嵌有冷铁,铁水平浇满模后竖立铸模,浇冒口系统占铸件质量比例比已有的工艺大量减小,成品率提高,整个铸造成本降低。
Description
本发明涉及球墨铸铁铸造工艺,具体是一种球墨铸铁曲轴铸造工艺。
现在的球墨铸铁曲轴铸造工艺,为了避免铸件在凝固过程中因液态收缩和固态收缩,在铸件的热节或最后凝固部位出现缩孔和缩松,以及为了消除铸造应力,主要依靠浇冒口系统进行补缩。因此,浇冒口设计在曲轴大头端,浇冒口系统设计都比较大,一般为铸件重量的35-50%,而成品率也只有60-75%。
本发明的目的,在于降低浇冒口系统的耗损,提高成品率。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种球墨铸铁曲轴铸造新工艺,其特征在于在铸件厚壁部位的铸模内嵌有适量冷铁,铁水平浇满模后,即将铸模竖立30度-90度,铸模采用烘干模,浇冒口在曲轴小头端。
由于铸件厚壁部位的铸模内嵌有冷铁,相对加快了铸件厚壁部位的冷却速度,使铸件厚、薄部位冷却速度均匀,实现同时凝固,减少了铸件中的铸造应力;烘干模可适当增加铸件在型内的冷却时间,减少各部份的温差,也减少了铸造应力;竖立铸模则利用铸液的自身重量,进行补缩。因此,采用本发明新工艺铸造的球墨铸铁曲轴,浇冒口可设计在曲轴小头端,浇冒口系统只为铸件重量的15-20%,或品率为90%以上。
实施例,用铸造球铁生铁浇铸东风牌6102Q汽车曲轴在主轴颈和曲柄轴颈部位的铸模内有24块冷铁,采用烘干模,浇冒口设置在曲轴小头端,铁水温度1300度,待平浇满模后即将整个铸模竖立与地面夹角80度,成品率90-92%,铸件毛重62Kg,浇冒口系统11Kg。

1,一种球墨铸铁曲轴铸造新工艺,其特征在于铸件厚壁部位的铸模内嵌有适量冷铁,铁水平浇满模后,即将铸模竖立30-90度,铸模采用烘干模,浇冒口设计在曲轴小头端。
