本发明公开了一种防弹衣,包括两层复合防弹层,所述复合防弹层由沿弹道方向由外向内的硬质防弹层和软质防弹层构成;硬质防弹层由若干个向逆着弹道方向凸起的硬质片材铰接构成,硬质片材中间还夹有横纵编织的金属丝网。本发明改变以往一层硬质防弹层加一层软质防弹层的复合防弹层的设置,而在整体厚度不变的情况下将复合防弹层设置为硬质防弹层、软质防弹层多层连续设置的方式,加强对弹体能量的吸收与缓冲,防弹效果更好;本发明在弹体撞击时不仅可以以销轴转动,还能在弹体冲击时实现硬质片材的上下移动,增加了防弹衣表层的移动的自由度,增强了防弹衣的防弹能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及护体装具领域,尤其涉及一种防弹衣。
背景技术
防弹衣(Bulletproof Vest),用于防护弹头或弹片对人体的伤害,发展至今,复合式的防弹衣得到普遍应用,即以轻质陶瓷片为外层,Kevlar等高性能纤维织物作为内层。软质防弹内层如单层的无纬布叠合后可作为软体防弹衣的主干结构,多层压制则可成为用于防弹加强插板等硬质防弹材料,大部分弹体能量是在冲击点或冲击点附近的纤维处,通过过度拉伸或刺穿使纤维断裂而被吸收的;而在针刺非织造毡中几乎不发生纤维的断裂,针刺非织造毡由大量短纤构成,不存在交织点,几乎没有应变波的固定点反射。其防弹效果取决于子弹冲击能在毡中的扩散速度。硬质防弹外层则靠弹体击中后的其的凹陷及破裂吸收弹体的冲击能量。虽然“软硬兼施”的方案确实很大程度提高了防弹衣的防弹效果,但单纯的一层硬质防弹层加一层软质防弹层的防弹衣其防弹效果依然不够。
在弹道冲击期间,组件能相对于其它组件自由移动是非常有用的,在软质防弹衣行业,为了在将组件整体装入背心包时为组件提供一定的连贯性并防止组件互相分离,常采用粗缝技术。但这种设置在弹体冲击的前期即弹体能量最大时并未充分发挥,使得弹体冲破外层的硬质层后仍具有非常大的冲击势能,使得防弹能力不高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种防弹能力远高于同种厚度且不论子弹平射、高射还是低射都能实现硬质防弹层的移动,在弹体撞击防弹衣外层时即大量缓冲吸收弹体的能量的新型防弹衣。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防弹衣,包括两层复合防弹层,所述复合防弹层由沿弹道方向由外向内的硬质防弹层和软质防弹层构成,分别为第一复合防弹层和第二复合防弹层,第一复合防弹层由第一硬质防弹层和第一软质防弹层构成,第二复合防弹层由第二硬质防弹层和第二软质防弹层构成,第一硬质防弹层由若干个向逆着弹道方向凸起的硬质片材构成,第二硬质防弹层由不具弧度的硬质片材或由若干个向逆着弹道方向凸起的硬质片材构成;所述硬质片材为氧化铝板、合金铝板、碳化硼陶瓷板、碳化硅板、玻璃钢板或陶瓷复合板;上下相邻的硬质片材之间铰接连接;每一片硬质片材的一边设有与硬质片材一体成型的销轴和销筒,销轴和销筒同轴设置,销轴设置为可伸缩式,,销筒的深度与销轴最小伸长长度超出硬质片材的长度相同,销筒的深度加上9mm大于销轴最大伸长长度超出硬质片材的长度;每一片硬质片材与其纵向上方布置的硬质片材通过销轴和销筒铰接,销筒内设有使硬质片材紧扣于其紧邻的横向硬质片材的扭簧,销轴穿过扭簧后销轴中可伸缩的那部分与销筒的底部固定连接;硬质片材的另一边搭在紧邻的横向硬质片材上,横向上超过紧邻的横向硬质片材的销轴和销筒;硬质片材的表面上靠近销轴销筒处设有固定连接在硬质片材上的卡住紧邻的横向硬质片材的铁片,铁片的长度小于硬质片材纵向的尺寸;铁片焊接或粘接在硬质片材上;铁片通过内设扭簧的合页可转动地固定在硬质片材上;所述合页的贴合在硬质片材的那一片页片与硬质片材具有相同的曲率;硬质片材中间夹有横纵编织的金属丝网;第一硬质防弹层和第二硬质防弹层的厚度相同,为9.8mm~18mm;第一软质防弹层和第二软质防弹层采用针刺非织造毡,厚度为15~20mm。硬质片材为向外凸起的方形,其纵向的一边设有销轴销筒,可看做同轴的销轴销筒均固定在纵向的一边上;第一复合防弹层和第二复合防弹层可采用一般防弹衣的软硬层的结构,如缝制成形后在第一软质防弹层和第二软质防弹层之间插入第二硬质防弹层,第一硬质防弹层则插在第一软质防弹层和衣服最外层之间;由普通的一层复合防弹层(即硬质防弹层和软质防弹层)变成两层,形成多个弹体能量吸收的循环,通过多次硬质防弹外层被弹体击中后的凹陷及破裂、弹体自旋摩擦生热及撞击发生声响吸收弹体的冲击能量及软质防弹层的吸能后,防弹能力得到加强。简单地可以理解为将原先的一层硬质防弹层分成两层,原先的软质防弹层分成两层,然后硬软硬软的设置,每一层硬质防弹层、每一层软质防弹层虽然都只有原先的硬质防弹层、软质防弹层的一半厚,但把软硬不同防弹层的吸能作用分散成两次,比相同厚度的复合防弹层的防弹能力大大提高。相同厚度相当质量的Ⅲ防弹级别以上的各个级别的防弹衣采用本设置后几乎均提高了将近一个级别。硬质片材向外凸出能消解弹体的冲击势能,为增加这一效果,内层的第二硬质防弹层也可采用向外凸出的结构,如若考虑加工的便利性,内层也可采用不具弧度的平板状。硬质片材可采用防弹衣普遍采用的硬质防弹层的多种材料,优选弹性、韧性好的材料,这样在弹体撞击外凸的硬质防弹层时还能使硬质片材内凹,进一步缓冲弹体的能量。在弹道冲击期间,组件能相对于其它组件自由移动是非常有用的,在软质防弹衣行业,为了在将组件整体装入背心包时为组件提供一定的连贯性并防止组件互相分离,常采用粗缝技术。本发明在硬质防弹层上也做这样的设置使得在弹体刚接触最外层硬质防弹层时即发生硬质片材之间的自由移动,更为关键的是,销轴可伸缩的设置使得即使对于从高空俯射来的子弹或从下方斜向上射来的子弹也能实现硬质片材的自由移动(此时主要是硬质片材的上下方向的移动),即在弹体接触防弹衣的初期就大量缓冲弹体的能量,进一步加强了防弹衣的防弹能力。硬质片材一边通过销轴销筒铰接,另一边则通过扭簧的作用紧扣且略超过旁边的硬质片材,这样保证了在弹体冲击的瞬间硬质片材可沿销轴转动,实现缓冲弹体冲击势能的作用。为更好地实现硬质片材的转动的自由度,其后方的软质防弹层采用粗缝技术。销轴伸长的最大长度正好保证上下两块硬质片材的间距小于一般9mm口径的枪械。铁片近似垂直于硬质片材,通过垂直伸出的铁片来卡住被扭簧作用的具备向铁片处转动的相邻硬质片材,铁片的宽度以不顶起旁边的硬质片材为准,即铁片处于两硬质片材形成的相交圆弧内,铁片采用普通材质的铁片,这样在弹体冲击时硬质片材以销轴为轴转动,由于硬质片材的强度、韧性均高于铁片,铁片在硬质片材的转动中断裂,也一部分地起到吸收弹体冲击能量的作用,平时铁片的存在则防止由于扭簧的作用相邻硬质片材脱离开而留有缝隙,变成防弹衣的局部只有软质防弹层而无硬质防弹层的情形。优选方案为铁片粘接在硬质片材上,保证正常受力情况下铁片不断即可,而在受弹体冲击时则断开脱离硬质片材。在正常受力时铁片由于扭簧的作用保持打开的状态以抵御旁边硬质片材的转动而脱离与本铁片连接的硬质片材上的销轴销筒,在受到弹体撞击后硬质片材则克服扭簧的弹力使得铁片贴合在硬质片材上,这样铁片不会断裂,可以持续使用,增加了本防弹衣的使用寿命。这样的设置没有增加硬质防弹层多少重量,却充分利用了软质防弹层的防弹原理(即高强高模纤维在投射物冲击下的拉伸变形过程中吸收动能,高强高模纤维的断裂的耗能,织物叠层在弹着点附近的整体变形,包括弹击点背部的非贯穿性凸起而吸收弹体能量等),使得硬质防弹层也借鉴了软质防弹层的防弹能力,加强了防弹衣的防弹能力。第一硬质防弹层和第二硬质防弹层的厚度相同,为9.8mm~18mm。这样基本为普通硬质防弹层一半的厚度,整体厚度还和普通的防弹衣的硬质防弹层(即外层)厚度相当,防弹能力却大大提高。第一软质防弹层和第二软质防弹层采用针刺非织造毡,厚度为15~20mm。这样基本为普通软质防弹层一半的厚度,整体厚度还和普通的防弹衣的软质防弹层(即内层)厚度相当,防弹能力却大大提高。
本发明在整体厚度不变的情况下将复合防弹层设置为硬质防弹层、软质防弹层多层连续设置的方式,加强对弹体能量的吸收与缓冲,防弹效果更好;硬质片材向外凸出能消解弹体的冲击势能;硬质片材间铰接使得在弹体刚接触最外层硬质防弹层时即发生硬质片材之间的自由移动,销轴可伸缩的设置使得即使对于从高空俯射来的子弹或从下方斜向上射来的子弹也能实现硬质片材的自由移动(为更好实现本目的,销轴的不可伸缩部分的内壁上设有向内弯曲的限位结构,对应地,销轴的可伸缩部分的外壁上设有向外弯曲的限位结构;当为可伸缩部分套在不可伸缩部分的外面时结构类似;或者也可不设置这样的结构,因为本身硬质片材要承受其上方的硬质片材的重量,在确定硬质片材的质量和弹体速度后,根据实际情况也可不设置这样的结构也能防止上下相邻硬质片材间由于斜射弹体的冲击而相互脱离的情况),即在弹体接触防弹衣的初期就大量缓冲弹体的能量,防弹衣的防弹能力大大加强;硬质防弹层中设置金属丝网,借鉴了软质防弹层的防弹机理,防弹能力更强。

实施例1:

实施例2:
与实施例1不同,采用“拦截者”防弹衣的外层战术背心和KM-2凯夫拉内衬(或针刺非织造毡)共重3.8kg,增加了两块每块1.8kg重的碳化硼陶瓷插板,总重达到7.4Kg,防护等级为Ⅳ级(参照美国NIJ标准)。制成与实施例1相同的结构,如图1至图6,但硬质片材5为碳化硼陶瓷板。第一硬质防弹层1和第二硬质防弹层3的厚度相同,为15mm。第一软质防弹层2和第二软质防弹层4采用KM- 2凯夫拉或针刺非织造毡,厚度为17mm。参照NIJ,按照本发明制成的防弹衣可以防御(高射、低射、平射)30口径穿甲弹(美国军用M2 AP),弹重10.8g,最低弹速达到900m/s的威胁,最大背面深度为38mm。
实施例3:
采用一原先参照GA141-2010警用防弹衣标准达4级的防弹衣按照本发明结构重新制备后上升至5级(高射、低射、平射),能低于56式7.62mm半自动步枪的威胁。具体为两块1.63kg的碳化硅板,两层针刺非织造毡,各17mm,防弹衣总重5.15kg。参照GA141-2010测试后也能阻断弹头,且凹陷深度比原先的23mm还小5mm。
