本发明公开了一种环保粘尘膜及其制备方法和应用。该环保粘尘膜的组成为:水51.7%~79.2%,甘油20%~45%,丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.4%~2%,藻酸丙二醇酯0.2%~0.6%,普鲁兰多糖0.15%~0.4%,防腐剂0.03%~0.2%,表面活性剂0.02%~0.1%。本发明粘尘膜可用于喷漆房内工件、窗体玻璃、墙面的防护,可以浸涂或者涂刷使用,通过粘附漂浮在空气中的灰尘及过喷漆雾,从而达到保护工件及净化空气的目的;粘尘膜的自身含水量随环境的湿度发生变化,在达到一定吸附量后,可通过水冲洗将其除去。该环保粘尘膜成本低,原材料主要为水、天然多糖,对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气灰尘治理技术领域,具体涉及一种环保粘尘膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
在涂装车间作业时,油漆在高压作用下雾化成微粒,但在喷枪喷漆时油漆是不能全部到达工件表面的,这部分油漆颗粒随气流形成漆雾,这些较粘的过喷漆会聚集在喷涂区的壁、顶板和底部上,造成设备的污染损坏,同时对员工的健康有很大的损害。目前市场上大多粘尘膜是类似于薄膜覆盖,不能有效吸附空气中漆雾及灰尘,同时一些死角难以覆盖。
申请号为201110376976.5的专利公开了一种常温粘尘剂,该专利以聚丙烯酸酯、碱、去离子水、丙三醇为主要原料,虽然该专利产品不含“三苯”溶剂,为绿色环保产品,可采用水直接冲洗掉。但是,该产品仍存在一些缺陷:例如,由于粘尘剂中含有碱性调节剂,尽管在短时间内不会对基材产生损伤,但是长期使用后仍然会对基材产生腐蚀;另外,该粘尘剂涂敷在玻璃等透明基材上时,仍然会影响基材的透明性。
因此,现有技术中使用的常温粘尘剂仍需进一步改进,以满足工业生产过程中的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种环保粘尘膜及其制备方法和应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保粘尘膜,该环保粘尘膜(按照质量百分比)的组成为:水51.7%~79.2%,甘油20%~45%,丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.4%~2%,藻酸丙二醇酯0.2%~0.6%,普鲁兰多糖0.15%~0.4%,防腐剂0.03%~0.2%,表面活性剂0.02%~0.1%。
优选地,所述防腐剂选自碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、苯甲酸钾、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钾中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂或两性离子表面活性剂。
进一步优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自琥珀酸酯磺酸盐,十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述阳离子表面活性剂选自十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,十七烷基氨乙基咪唑啉。
本发明还提供了所述环保粘尘膜的制备方法,该方法为:将水、甘油加入到反应器中混合均匀,然后加入丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,待丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物完全溶解后加入藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖,待藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖,完全溶解后,加入防腐剂、表面活性剂,搅拌60~120分钟,制得所述环保粘尘膜。其中,环保粘尘膜按照质量百分比的各组分组成为:水51.7%~79.2%,甘油20%~45%,丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.4%~2%,藻酸丙二醇酯0.2%~0.6%,普鲁兰多糖0.15%~0.4%,防腐剂0.03%~0.2%,表面活性剂0.02%~0.1%。
本发明还提供了所述环保粘尘膜在粘附空气中灰尘和过喷漆雾的应用。
优选地,所述环保粘尘膜的施工方式为浸涂或刷涂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明的粘尘膜产品为透明粘稠状,产品组分中通过使用丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖使得粘尘膜的透明性更好,在窗户上使用不会影响玻璃的透明性。
2、粘尘膜生产过程中不需调节pH值,产品为中性,对底材无任何腐蚀。生产工艺简单,产品稳定性高,成膜后粘性仍保持6个月以上。
3、粘尘膜涂刷在所保护基材之后,其自身含水量会随环境湿度发生变化。适用于喷烤漆房内墙壁、玻璃及其他工件表面的使用,可以粘附灰尘及过喷漆雾。
4、易清除,在过喷漆雾、灰尘达到一定吸附量后,可通过水冲洗将粘尘膜除去,重新涂刷再对工件、墙面、玻璃进行保护。
5、该环保粘尘膜成本低,原材料主要为水、天然多糖,来源广泛、便宜,对环境无污染。
6、本粘尘膜可以通过辊筒涂刷,增大覆盖面,操作方便;有效粘附空气中漂浮的灰尘及过喷漆雾,保护喷涂车间环境清洁,对喷涂面以外的喷漆房、喷涂车间门窗、设备等进行保护。

以下各实施例环保粘尘膜的具体制备方法为:将水、甘油加入到反应器中混合均匀,然后加入丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,待丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物完全溶解后加入藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖,待藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖,完全溶解后,加入防腐剂、表面活性剂,搅拌60~120分钟,制得所述环保粘尘膜。

Claims (7)
1.一种环保粘尘膜,该环保粘尘膜按质量百分比的组成为:水51.7%~79.2%,甘油20%~45%,丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.4%~2%,藻酸丙二醇酯0.2%~0.6%,普鲁兰多糖0.15%~0.4%,防腐剂0.03%~0.2%,表面活性剂0.02%~0.1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保粘尘膜,其特征在于:所述防腐剂选自碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、苯甲酸钾、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钾中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保粘尘膜,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂或两性离子表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种环保粘尘膜,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂选自琥珀酸酯磺酸盐,十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述阳离子表面活性剂选自十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,十七烷基氨乙基咪唑啉。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种环保粘尘膜的制备方法,该方法为:将水、甘油加入到反应器中混合均匀,然后加入丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,待丙烯酸羟乙酯-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物完全溶解后加入藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖,待藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖,完全溶解后,加入防腐剂、表面活性剂,搅拌60~120分钟,制得所述环保粘尘膜。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种环保粘尘膜在粘附空气中灰尘和过喷漆雾的应用。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种环保粘尘膜在粘附空气中灰尘和过喷漆雾的应用,其特征在于:所述环保粘尘膜的施工方式为浸涂或刷涂。
