Abstract
一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,包括以下质量百分数计的原料组分:氟碳树脂70~85份、聚酯树脂25~40份、石墨粉25~35份、稀释剂15~35份、钛白粉10~20份、碳黑10~20份、多异氰酸酯5~9份、抗沾污助剂1~3份、二甲苯1~3份、流平剂1~3份、消泡剂1~3份、紫外线吸收剂1~3份。利用了石墨对水的不侵润性,以及碳黑对紫外线的吸收,使得本发明成为一种能防冻结、抗沾污、防光老化的用于风力发电机叶片的防护涂料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机表面涂料,特别是一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,风力发电越来越广泛。风能是一种潜力巨大的清洁可再生能源,不仅解决了全球能源危机,还对环境保护具有重大意义,因此风力发电机得到了迅速的发展,风力发电机的叶片作为风电机组的核心部件之一,其性能的优劣直接影响了风力发电机的性能和使用寿命。目前叶片主要采用玻璃钢复合材料,设计使用寿命通常为20年。
叶片涂料作为叶片的最外层保护,其性能也直接影响了风轮叶片的性能。由于风力发电厂大多建在荒漠、海上地区,风电机组常期工作在高湿度、低温度、强日照的恶劣环境中,在运行过程中要发生冻结、形变、受到大幅度的昼夜温差冲击、长时间遭受日光照射,因此对风轮叶片的耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐候、耐紫外、抗结冰等性能要求较高,因此,要求风轮叶片的涂料具有优异的抗冻结能力、良好的防光老化、优异的附着力以及优异的柔韧性,另外还要有一定的耐磨性、良好的流平性。
目前国内风电机组叶片一般采用进口聚氨酯涂料、环氧树脂涂料、或进口胶衣来保护叶片,但由于风力发电厂的位置,大多分布在风沙大的荒漠地区,现有的涂料抗性不好,无法解决雨雪、冰雹和风沙对叶片表面的冲击和破坏的问题,从而,影响了风力发电机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能防冻结、抗沾污、防光老化的用于风力发电机叶片的防护涂料。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,包括以下质量百分数计的原料组分:氟碳树脂70~85份、聚酯树脂25~40份、石墨粉25~35份、稀释剂15~35份、钛白粉10~20份、碳黑10~20份、多异氰酸酯5~9份、抗沾污助剂1~3份、二甲苯1~3份、流平剂1~3份、消泡剂1~3份、紫外线吸收剂1~3份。
进一步,所述的流平剂为聚丙烯酸。
进一步,所述的消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
进一步,所述的抗沾污助剂为改性聚乙烯蜡。
其制备步骤包括:
(1)石墨粉、钛白粉、碳黑经过球墨,过250目筛。
(2)配方量中70%的氟碳树脂与配方量的聚酯树脂、稀释剂、石墨粉、钛白粉、碳黑、抗沾污助剂均匀搅拌,放入砂磨机研磨。
(3)加入剩下30%的氟碳树脂与配方量的流平剂、消泡剂、紫外线吸收剂,放入高速分散机中高速分散1小时,均匀分散。
(4)加入多异氰酸酯、二甲苯搅拌,调整粘度。
氟碳树脂,以牢固的C-F键为骨架,同其他树脂相比,其耐热性、耐化学品性、耐寒性、低温柔韧性、耐候性和电性能等均较好,且由于其结晶性好,故具有不黏附性、不湿润性。
碳黑,是含碳物质在空气不足的条件下经不完全燃烧或受热分解而得的产物。可用于做橡胶的补强剂。光会使塑料老化,尤其是阳光中的紫外线会加速塑料的老化。颜料黑被认为是最好的紫外线稳定剂。颜料黑作为紫外光吸收剂,主要用作延长塑料制品在户外使用寿命。
紫外线吸收剂,它的作用能有效地吸收波长为290~410nm的紫外线,而很少吸收可见光,它本身具有良好的热稳定性和光稳定性。作为辅助光稳定剂和受阻类光稳定剂共同使用,配合碳黑,能够吸收紫外线延长产品使用寿命。
有益效果:
利用了石墨对水的不侵润性,水汽形成的水粒无法在表面凝结成冰;以及碳黑对紫外线的吸收,防止风力发电机的叶片老化。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,包括以下质量百分数计的原料组分:氟碳树脂80份、聚酯树脂40份、石墨粉28份、稀释剂28份、金红石型钛白粉15份、碳黑17份、多异氰酸酯7份、改性聚乙烯蜡1.5份、二甲苯2份、聚丙烯酸3份、消泡剂2.5份、光稳定剂7441.8份。
其制备步骤包括:
(1)石墨粉、钛白粉、碳黑经过球墨,过250目筛。
(2)配方量中70%的氟碳树脂与配方量的聚酯树脂、稀释剂、石墨粉、钛白粉、碳黑、抗沾污助剂均匀搅拌,放入砂磨机研磨。
(3)加入剩下30%的氟碳树脂与配方量的流平剂、消泡剂、紫外线吸收剂,放入高速分散机中高速分散1小时,均匀分散。
(4)加入多异氰酸酯、二甲苯搅拌,调整粘度。
实施例2
与实施例1方法相同,不同之处在于:
一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,包括以下质量百分数计的原料组分:氟碳树脂73份、聚酯树脂33份、石墨粉27份、稀释剂30份、金红石型钛白粉17份、碳黑20份、多异氰酸酯5份、改性聚乙烯蜡2份、二甲苯1.7份、聚丙烯酸2.3份、消泡剂1份、光稳定剂GW-5401.3份。
实施例3
与实施例1方法相同,不同之处在于:
一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,包括以下质量百分数计的原料组分:氟碳树脂85份、聚酯树脂40份、石墨粉33份、稀释剂35份、金红石型钛白粉20份、碳黑18份、多异氰酸酯9份、改性聚乙烯蜡3份、二甲苯2份、聚丙烯酸3份、消泡剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂UVP-3272.3份。

1.一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分数计的原料组分:氟碳树脂70~85份、聚酯树脂25~40份、石墨粉25~35份、稀释剂15~35份、钛白粉10~20份、碳黑10~20份、多异氰酸酯5~9份、抗沾污助剂1~3份、二甲苯1~3份、流平剂1~3份、消泡剂1~3份、紫外线吸收剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,其特征在于:所述的流平剂为聚丙烯酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,其特征在于:所述的抗沾污助剂为改性聚乙烯蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机叶片的防护涂料,其特征在于:其制备步骤包括:
(1)石墨粉、钛白粉、碳黑经过球墨,过250目筛;
