技术领域
本发明属于精细化工领域,具体地说,涉及一种中央空调冷冻水系统清洁、膜化保护、防腐阻垢的节能护理剂。
背景技术
作为现代建筑的“肺”,中央空调已大面积安装在城市高层楼宇、宾馆、商业大厦中,它的美观便捷舒适更是受到了人们的普遍欢迎,其循环水系统运行状况很大程度上决定致冷、致热效果。中央空调循环水系统主要包括冷却水系统和冷冻水系统,其中冷冻水系统更是直接影响空调使用效果。
中央空调冷冻水多用软化水,亦有少部分用自来水,在封闭系统中循环,水分不蒸发、不浓缩,钙、镁离子含量很低,不存在难溶盐的过饱和问题。系统存在的问题主要是管道及设备金属腐蚀,进而产生锈垢、泥垢,锈垢的导热系数仅为金属的几百分之一,因此,即使只存在很薄的一层锈垢也会严重制约热量交换,影响空调致冷致热效果。此外,腐蚀产物会增大金属表面的粗糙度,从而促进了水垢的沉积和微生物的附着繁殖,进而堵塞管路。为了控制设备及管道腐蚀,防止水垢形成,抑制微生物生长繁殖,提高换热效率节约能源,延长设备使用寿命,很多专利和论文中提出用一些磷系、钼酸盐或者复合水处理剂对中央空调冷冻水进行处理,然而,针对冷冻水处理的药剂在适用性、效果、成本、环保等方面或多或少存在一些不足。
发明内容
本发明针对中央空调冷冻水系统问题、吸取传统水处理剂的教训,提供了一种中央空调节能护理剂,通过对管道及设备金属表面进行护理从而实现中央空调冷冻水系统清洁、膜化保护、防腐阻垢的目的。
本发明采用的技术手段是:中央空调节能护理剂,其包括下列重量百分比的组分:羟基乙叉二膦酸15%~21%、渗透剂0.1%~0.2%、酰胺类助溶剂3%~5%、阳离子表面活性剂1%~3%、苯丙三氮唑2%~3%、高精细石墨粉0.4%~1%,余量为水。本发明的中央空调节能护理剂的配制方法为:将羟基乙叉二膦酸、渗透剂、助溶剂、阳离子表面活性剂、苯丙三氮唑、高精细石墨粉按配比加入到水中,搅拌均匀,然后用NaOH调节pH至7。
本发明的中央空调节能护理剂是通过组分的超分子识别和选择性组装作用,在金属表面形成优于纳米膜的超分子膜,保证设备20年不生锈,缓蚀和阻垢效果接近100%,同时具有清洗和杀菌作用,确保系统不会产生锈渣和粘泥堵塞管路,延长了系统使用寿命,提高空调系统安全可靠性。本发明的中央空调节能护理剂加入冷冻水中,可以改善水的流动性,强化传热,节能降耗,提高空调效率。对于已经锈蚀堵塞的管路,加进中央空调节能护理剂,通过该护理剂的分散清洗作用,可以将锈垢及粘泥逐步消除,并在干净的金属表面形成超分子保护膜,替代传统中央空调化学清洗,不需停车,在线清洗,安全可靠。如果系统锈蚀严重,清除下来的污垢太多,观察冷冻水变成深棕色或黑色,建议冷冻水排净,重新换新水并投加本发明的护理剂。
本发明的中央空调节能护理剂适用范围:各种规格中央空调冷冻水系统均可使用,也可用于其他闭式循环冷却水系统。
本发明的中央空调节能护理剂具有以下优点:性质稳定,无毒无味,安全可靠,使用简便;保证系统20年不产生锈垢和泥垢,确保系统高效运行;对于已腐蚀结垢的旧中央空调冷冻水系统,加入该护理剂即可停止系统的继续腐蚀,并逐渐消除系统原来的污垢,不需停车清洗,延长使用寿命;可以显著改善水的流动性,强化传热,可以大大提高换热效率和水的利用率,提高换热效率5%以上;在系统金属表面形成的致密的超分子膜,不仅确保金属不生锈,而且类似荷叶膜的表面提高水的流动性,减薄滞留层,提高热传导速度,可提高空调换热效率3%。
具体实施方式
实施例1中央空调节能护理剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:羟基乙叉二膦酸15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1%、酰胺类助溶剂3%、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1%、苯丙三氮唑2%、高精细石墨粉0.4%,余量为水,氢氧化钠调节pH至中性。
将上述比例的羟基乙叉二膦酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酰胺类助溶剂、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、苯丙三氮唑、高精细石墨粉加入到水中,搅拌均匀,然后用NaOH调节pH至7即可。
实施例2中央空调节能护理剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:羟基乙叉二膦酸21%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2%、酰胺类助溶剂5%、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3%、苯丙三氮唑3%、高精细石墨粉1%,余量为水。
将上述比例的羟基乙叉二膦酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酰胺类助溶剂、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、苯丙三氮唑、高精细石墨粉加入到水中,搅拌均匀,然后用NaOH调节pH至7即可。

1.中央空调节能护理剂,其特征在于:包括下列重量百分比的组分:羟基乙叉二膦酸15%~21%、渗透剂0.1%~0.2%、酰胺类助溶剂3%~5%、阳离子表面活性剂1%~3%、苯丙三氮唑2%~3%、高精细石墨粉0.4%~1%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中央空调节能护理剂,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中央空调节能护理剂,其特征在于:所述的阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵。
