本发明公开了一种制冰机电缆线的卷线装置中的弹性支撑轮机构,包括滚轮体、支撑座、支撑杆、连接基座、固定螺母、第一弹簧、端盖和外圆周面设有外螺纹的套管,所述第一弹簧固定连接在端盖上,端盖螺纹连接在套管的底端,支撑杆活动插接在套管内,且支撑杆的底端抵接在第一弹簧上,支撑杆的顶端伸出套管外并与支撑座螺纹连接,滚轮体转动连接在支撑座上,连接基座套设在套管的外壁上,两固定螺母螺纹连接在套管的外壁上,且位于连接基座的上下两侧,并将连接基座紧固于套管上。本发明结构简单,使用方便,电缆传动轮在传送电缆线的过程中,能够有效的避免电缆线在电缆传动轮的摆动,使得电缆线包裹紧密。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种制冰机电缆线的卷线装置中的弹性支撑轮机构。
背景技术:
现有的电缆线的集线装置在卷线过程中,常设置若干个传动轮用以对待卷的电缆线进行传动与导向,在电缆线绕卷过程中,由于电缆线会在传动轮上发生摆动,因此会使得电缆线包裹的不紧密。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种制冰机电缆线的卷线装置中的弹性支撑轮机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种制冰机电缆线的卷线装置中的弹性支撑轮机构,包括滚轮体、支撑座、支撑杆、连接基座、固定螺母、第一弹簧、端盖和外圆周面设有外螺纹的套管,所述第一弹簧固定连接在端盖上,端盖螺纹连接在套管的底端,支撑杆活动插接在套管内,且支撑杆的底端抵接在第一弹簧上,支撑杆的顶端伸出套管外并与支撑座螺纹连接,滚轮体转动连接在支撑座上,连接基座套设在套管的外壁上,两固定螺母螺纹连接在套管的外壁上,且位于连接基座的上下两侧,并将连接基座紧固于套管上。
进一步地,所述支撑杆的侧壁上设有凸起部。
进一步地,所述连接基座包括圆环部和L形连接部,所述L形连接部的一连接边焊接在圆环部上,另一连接边连接在安装台上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,电缆传动轮在传送电缆线的过程中,能够有效的避免电缆线在电缆传动轮的摆动,使得电缆线包裹紧密。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明一种制冰机电缆线的卷线装置中的弹性支撑轮机构,包括滚轮体61、支撑座62、支撑杆63、连接基座65、固定螺母66、第一弹簧67、端盖68和外圆周面设有外螺纹的套管64,第一弹簧67固定连接在端盖68上,端盖68螺纹连接在套管64的底端,且第一弹簧67伸于套管64的内腔中,支撑杆63活动插接在套管64内,且支撑杆63的底端抵接在第一弹簧67上,支撑杆63的顶端伸出套管64外并与支撑座62螺纹连接,滚轮体61转动连接在支撑座62上。连接基座65套设在套管64的外壁上,两固定螺母66螺纹连接在套管64的外壁上,且位于连接基座65的上下两侧,并将连接基座紧固于套管64上。
本发明为更好地将支撑杆63支撑于第一弹簧67上,在支撑杆63的侧壁上设有凸起部630。
如图3,连接基座65包括圆环部650和L形连接部651,L形连接部651的一连接边焊接在圆环部650上,另一连接边通过螺钉连接在制冰机电缆线的卷线装置的安装台1上。
如图4,连接基座65固定连接在安装台1上,弹性支撑轮机构的滚轮体61与电缆传动轮500相贴合,在电缆传动轮在传送电缆线的过程中,电缆线被压紧于滚轮体61与电缆传动轮500之间,能够有效的避免电缆线在电缆传动轮的摆动,使得电缆线包裹紧密。

1.一种制冰机电缆线的卷线装置中的弹性支撑轮机构,其特征在于:包括滚轮体(61)、支撑座(62)、支撑杆(63)、连接基座(65)、固定螺母(66)、第一弹簧(67)、端盖(68)和外圆周面设有外螺纹的套管(64),所述第一弹簧(67)固定连接在端盖(68)上,端盖(68)螺纹连接在套管(64)的底端,支撑杆(63)活动插接在套管(64)内,且支撑杆(63)的底端抵接在第一弹簧(67)上,支撑杆(63)的顶端伸出套管(64)外并与支撑座(62)螺纹连接,滚轮体(61)转动连接在支撑座(62)上,连接基座(65)套设在套管(64)的外壁上,两固定螺母(66)螺纹连接在套管(64)的外壁上,且位于连接基座(65)的上下两侧,并将连接基座紧固于套管(64)上;
所述支撑杆(63)的侧壁上设有凸起部(630);
所述连接基座(65)包括圆环部(650)和L形连接部(651),所述L形连接部(651)的一连接边焊接在圆环部(650)上,另一连接边连接在安装台(1)上。
