本发明公开一种三聚氰胺环保板材,所述三聚氰胺环保板材包括最上层的防辐射层,中间层的胶层,最下层的基板。本发明提供一种三聚氰胺环保板材,具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐潮湿、防火等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三聚氰胺环保板材。
背景技术
三聚氰胺板,简称三氰板,行业内比较喜欢叫三聚氰胺板,全称是三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板。是将带有不同颜色或纹理的纸放入三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂中浸泡,然后干燥到一定固化程度,将其铺装在刨花板、防潮板、中密度纤维板、胶合板、细木工板或其他硬质纤维板表面,经热压而成的装饰板。在生产过程中,一般是由数层纸张组合而成,数量多少根据用途而定。三聚氰胺板不是新产品,名称花哨不代表产品新鲜。广东省木材家具质量监督检验站长说,此种板材早已在国内生产,最初是用来做电脑桌等办公家具,多为单色板,随着家庭中板式家具的流行,它逐渐成为各家具厂首选的制造材料,表面色彩和花纹也更多。市场上的板式家具采用进口和国产两种板材。
按照内部纤维形态可分为三聚氰胺颗粒板和三聚氰胺密度板两种;三聚氰胺颗粒板的基材是将木料打成颗粒和木屑,经、重定向排列、热压、胶干形成;三聚氰胺密度板的基材是将木料打成锯末,经重定向排列、热压、胶干形成。两者区别在于:颗粒板强度大、吸顶能力强,密度板相对弱些。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三聚氰胺环保板材,具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐潮湿、防火等特点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种三聚氰胺环保板材,所述三聚氰胺环保板材包括最上层的防辐射层,中间层的胶层,最下层的基板,所述防辐射层为银纤维,所述胶层为纳米胶,所述纳米胶是无机抗菌聚酯纤维和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合而成,所述基板为三聚氰胺板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防辐射层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述无机抗菌聚酯纤维和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的比例为2:1。
本发明的一种三聚氰胺环保板材,具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐潮湿、防火等特点。

请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种三聚氰胺环保板材,所述三聚氰胺环保板材包括最上层1的防辐射层,中间层2的胶层,最下层3的基板,所述防辐射层为银纤维,所述胶层为纳米胶,所述纳米胶是无机抗菌聚酯纤维和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合而成,所述基板为三聚氰胺板,所述防辐射层的厚度为0.5-1mm,所述无机抗菌聚酯纤维和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的比例为2:1。三聚氰胺板以刨花板为基材,用三聚氰胺浸渍纸作为饰面,与传统的贴纸家具相比,三聚氰胺板具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐潮湿、防火等特性,表面不易变色、起皮,且容易加工成风格各异、质感强烈的贴面,自诞生以来该板材就迅速应用于家具、地板及室内装饰等方面。同时,该产品作为一种新型产品使得贴面板与胶合板(或细木工板)两种板材的功用合二为一,在节省生产工序的同时,提高了产品的附加值,为消费者节省了装修成本和人工费,正引导着家装的新趋势,目前市场上主流板式家具基本上都是采用三聚氰胺贴面板制作而成。三聚氰胺板以其表面美观、施工方便、生态环保、耐划耐磨等特点,越来越受到消费者的青睐和认可,以三聚氰胺板生产的板式家具也越来越受欢。三聚氰胺板,由于它的特性和环保特点,一直到现在都是板材行业的宠儿,最初是用来做电脑桌办公家具,多为单色板,随着家庭中板式家具的流行,它逐渐成为各家具厂首选的制造材料,表面色彩和花纹也更多。三聚氰胺板已广泛适用于家庭装饰、板式家具、橱柜衣柜、浴室柜等领域。本发明提供一种三聚氰胺环保板材,具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐潮湿、防火等特点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种三聚氰胺环保板材,其特征在于:所述三聚氰胺环保板材包括最上层的防辐射层,中间层的胶层,最下层的基板,所述防辐射层为银纤维,所述胶层为纳米胶,所述纳米胶是无机抗菌聚酯纤维和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合而成,所述基板为三聚氰胺板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺环保板材,其特征在于:所述防辐射层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺环保板材,其特征在于:所述无机抗菌聚酯纤维和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的比例为2:1。
