本发明涉及一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂及其制备方法,魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,包括魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液的制备、魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液制备、魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制备、魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球的干燥、冰箱除臭剂的制备。本发明的魔芋冰箱除臭剂,以魔芋葡甘聚糖为主要原料,以其有效的吸附性,发挥作用:能迅速有效地降低异味单位体积的浓度,达到除臭的目的,防止食物串味;本发明中使用的魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球及其它辅助材料,均绿色、环保、安全,不含妨碍人体健康的化学药剂;魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制作成本低,工艺简单,易批量,有助于工厂化生产。

背景技术
冰箱给我们的生活带来了很多便利,不仅可以延长食物的保存期限,还可以用于制作解暑的冷饮。但是常常会有食物放在冰箱长期不吃的情况,导致食物变质,产生腐烂的臭气;或者由于存放过多不同种类的食物,有些食物具有腥味,气味混杂,产生难闻的臭气。这不仅会导致食物间互相串味,影响食物的味道,还会在食物腐败后,产生硫化氢、氨气、有机硫醇等不良气体,影响人们对冰箱的使用体验同时还影响人类健康。除臭剂的开发,就是为了除去冰箱里的异味,清新冰箱里的内部环境,利于冰箱的使用,有助于人类健康。
目前,国内市场上出售的冰箱除臭剂种类很多,以活性碳、沸石、硅藻泥、海泡石等原料和一些化学药剂为主,常常效果不明显,有害人体健康。废弃后,废料不易降解。

《中国消毒学杂志》2006年第6期中刘德丰、王斌、朱军生的文章“一种冰箱抗菌除臭剂的抗菌试验观察”,主要探讨一种冰箱抗菌除臭剂的抗菌性能。该除臭剂是一种由高山绿茶淬取物制成的晶体物,为了解其对细菌的抑菌性能,进行了抑菌效果试验。结果,该冰箱抗菌除臭剂的溢出气体经8h熏蒸,对玻片上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率均大于80%;熏蒸作用16h,对两种细菌的抑菌率均大于90%。结论,该冰箱除臭剂在冰箱冷藏室内经过8h以上密闭熏蒸,对玻片上细菌繁殖体具有一定抑菌作用。但是该除臭剂要达到灭菌效果的时间过长,且需要熏蒸,对冰箱内食物可能造成影响,使用时可能需要清除冰箱内部所有物品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂及其制备方法。利用魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球的吸附性,制作一种成本低廉、制备简单、可工业化生产、方便实用、效果显著、绿色安全健康、对环境无污染的魔芋冰箱除臭剂。
本发明的一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下:
(1)魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液的制备:按重量份数,取6-8份的0.5mol/L盐酸和65-70份去离子水混匀,在混合液中加入15-19份魔芋葡甘聚糖,机械搅拌成胶冻状,放入温箱内115℃降解50-60min,取出加入14-15份0.5mol/L NaOH溶液,搅拌使其全部溶解,滤去杂质,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液;
(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液制备:按重量份数,取1000-2000份混合油相,将装在搅拌机上的打孔管插入混合油相中,取步骤(1)的魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液100-112份,加入打孔管中,调节搅拌机的转速为4000r/min,混匀,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液;所述混合油相,指按重量比为液体石蜡:石油醚=5:1,将液体石蜡和石油醚配成混合液,加入占液体石蜡和石油醚混合液重量3%-6%的乳化剂Span80,配成混合油相;所述打孔管,指钢级为10的一般管,管高×管径×厚度=20cm×3cm×0.2cm,孔径1000um,孔间距1cm,平行布孔,打孔管由市场购得;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制备:往步骤(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖的乳液中,加入1-2份交联剂环氧氯丙烷(ECH),100r/min机械搅拌均匀,密封后60-65℃下固化4-4.5h;将固化后的微球依次用石油醚、无水乙醇和去离子水3000r/min离心洗涤循环2-3次;制成魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(4)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球的干燥:将步骤(3)的魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球50-60℃干燥,至含水率不高于7%,取出,得干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(5)冰箱除臭剂的制备:按重量份,取干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球20-40份、活性碳10-20份、海泡石粉10-15份、沸石粉10-20份、大蒜干粉10-20份、抗菌剂10-30份,将上述材料混合在一起,装入双层的无纺布袋中;所述抗菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌菌粉和柠檬酸按重量比为1:1混合,枯草芽孢杆菌菌粉的活菌数不少于7×1011CFU/g。
所述沸石粉的纯度为20-80mesh,大蒜干粉纯度为80%,海泡石粉、沸石粉、大蒜干粉分别过40目筛。所有材料都由市场购得。
本发明的优点及有益效果:本发明的一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,以魔芋葡甘聚糖为主要原料,以其有效的吸附性,发挥作用:第一,魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球有强劲的吸附作用,结合活性碳、海泡石粉、沸石粉、抗菌剂,能迅速有效地降低异味单位体积的浓度,达到除臭的目的,防止食物串味;第二,魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球易于降解,降解后可作为植物的营养物质,结合活性碳、海泡石粉、沸石粉,形成了营养土;第三,本发明中使用的魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球及其它辅助材料,均绿色、环保、安全,不含妨碍人体健康的化学药剂;第四,魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制作成本低,工艺简单,易批量,有助于工厂化生产。
本发明的一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的可靠性和安全性完全符合国家有关标准要求,与现有技术制备的冰箱除臭剂的比较结果见表1。

具体实施方式
为了充分公开本发明的魔芋冰箱除臭剂及其制备方法,下面结合实施例加以说明。
实施例1 一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法
一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液的制备:按重量份数,取8份的0.5mol/L盐酸和65份去离子水混匀,在混合液中加入15份魔芋葡甘聚糖,机械搅拌成胶冻状,放入温箱内115℃降解60min,取出加入14份0.5mol/L NaOH溶液,搅拌使其全部溶解,滤去杂质,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液
(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液制备:按重量份数,取1000份混合油相,将装在搅拌机上的打孔管插入混合油相中,取步骤(1)的魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液105份,加入管中,调节搅拌机的转速为4000r/min,混匀,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制备:往步骤(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖的乳液中,加入1份交联剂环氧氯丙烷(ECH),100r/min机械搅拌均匀,密封后60℃下固化4h;将固化后的微球依次用石油醚、无水乙醇和去离子水3000r/min离心洗涤循环2次;制成魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(4)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球的干燥:将步骤(3)的魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球50℃干燥,至含水率不高于5%,取出,得干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(5)冰箱除臭剂的制备:按重量份,取干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球20份、活性碳10份、海泡石粉10份、沸石粉10份、大蒜干粉10份、抗菌剂10份,将上述材料混合在一起,装入双层的无纺布袋中。本发明的所有材料都由市场购得。
实施例2 一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法
一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液的制备:按重量份数,取7份的0.5mol/L盐酸和68份去离子水混匀,在混合液中加入17份魔芋葡甘聚糖,机械搅拌成胶冻状,放入温箱内115℃降解55min,取出加入14份0.5mol/L NaOH溶液,搅拌使其全部溶解,滤去杂质,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液;
(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液制备:按重量份数,取1500份混合油相,将装在搅拌机上的打孔管插入混合油相中,取步骤(1)的魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液105份,加入打孔管中,调节搅拌机的转速为4000r/min,混匀,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制备:往步骤(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖的乳液中,加入1份交联剂环氧氯丙烷(ECH),100r/min机械搅拌均匀,密封后62℃下固化4h;将固化后的微球依次用石油醚、无水乙醇和去离子水3000r/min离心洗涤循环3次;制成魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(4)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球的干燥:将步骤(3)的魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球55℃干燥,至含水率为5%,取出,得干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(5)冰箱除臭剂的制备:按重量份,取干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球30份、活性碳15份、海泡石粉13份、沸石粉15份、大蒜干粉15份、抗菌剂20份,将上述材料混合在一起,装入双层的无纺布袋中。
实施例3 一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法
一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液的制备:按重量份数,取8份的0.5mol/L盐酸和70份去离子水混匀,在混合液中加入19份魔芋葡甘聚糖,机械搅拌成胶冻状,放入温箱内115℃降解60min,取出加入15份0.5mol/L NaOH溶液,搅拌使其全部溶解,滤去杂质,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液;
(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液制备:按重量份数,取2000份混合油相,将装在搅拌机上的打孔管插入混合油相中,取步骤(1)的魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液112份,加入打孔管中,调节搅拌机的转速为4000r/min,混匀,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制备:往步骤(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖的乳液中,加入2份交联剂环氧氯丙烷(ECH),100r/min机械搅拌均匀,密封后65℃下固化4.5h;将固化后的微球依次用石油醚、无水乙醇和去离子水3000r/min离心洗涤循环3次;制成魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(4)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球的干燥:将步骤(3)的魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球60℃干燥,至含水率6%,取出,得干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(5)冰箱除臭剂的制备:按重量份,取干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球40份、活性碳20份、海泡石粉15份、沸石粉20份、大蒜干粉20份、抗菌剂30份,将上述材料混合在一起,装入双层的无纺布袋中。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下:
(1)魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液的制备:按重量份数,取6-8份的0.5mol/L盐酸和65-70份去离子水混匀,在混合液中加入15-19份魔芋葡甘聚糖,机械搅拌成胶冻状,放入温箱内115℃降解50-60min,取出加入14-15份0.5mol/L NaOH溶液,搅拌使其全部溶解,滤去杂质,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液;
(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液制备:按重量份数,取1000-2000份混合油相,将装在搅拌机上的打孔管插入混合油相中,取步骤(1)的魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液100-112份,加入打孔管中,调节搅拌机的转速为4000r/min,混匀,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液;所述混合油相,指按重量比为液体石蜡:石油醚=5:1,将液体石蜡和石油醚配成混合液,加入占液体石蜡和石油醚混合液重量3%-6%的乳化剂Span80,配成混合油相;所述打孔管,指钢级为10的一般管,管高×管径×厚度=20cm×3cm×0.2cm,孔径1000um,孔间距1cm,平行布孔;
(3)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制备:往步骤(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖的乳液中,加入1-2份交联剂环氧氯丙烷,100r/min机械搅拌均匀,密封后60-65℃下固化4-4.5h;将固化后的微球依次用石油醚、无水乙醇和去离子水3000r/min离心洗涤循环2-3次;制成魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(4)魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球的干燥:将步骤(3)的魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球50-60℃干燥至含水率不高于7%,取出,得干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球;
(5)冰箱除臭剂的制备:按重量份,取干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球20-40份、活性碳10-20份、海泡石粉10-15份、沸石粉10-20份、大蒜干粉10-20份、抗菌剂10-30份,将上述材料混合在一起,装入双层的无纺布袋中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液的制备:按重量份数,取8份的0.5mol/L盐酸和65份去离子水混匀,在混合液中加入15份魔芋葡甘聚糖,机械搅拌成胶冻状,放入温箱内115℃降解60min,取出加入14份0.5mol/LNaOH溶液,搅拌使其全部溶解,滤去杂质,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液制备:按重量份数,取1000份混合油相,将装在搅拌机上的打孔管插入混合油相中,取步骤(1)的魔芋葡甘聚糖碱性水溶液105份,加入管中,调节搅拌机的转速为4000r/min,混匀,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖乳液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球制备:往步骤(2)魔芋葡甘聚糖的乳液中,加入1份交联剂环氧氯丙烷(ECH),100r/min机械搅拌均匀,密封后60℃下固化4h;将固化后的微球依次用石油醚、无水乙醇和去离子水3000r/min离心洗涤循环2次;制成魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋冰箱除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述冰箱除臭剂的制备:按重量份,取干燥魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶微球20份、活性碳10份、海泡石粉10份、沸石粉10份、大蒜干粉10份、抗菌剂10份,将上述材料混合在一起,装入双层的无纺布袋中。
6.由权利要求1-5所述的任一方法制备的魔芋冰箱除臭剂。
