本发明公开了一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，其中药组份的重量配比为：独活10～20；红花10～20；川芎10～20；肉桂10～20；当归10～20；枳壳15～20；接骨木10～20；地鳖虫10～20；土三七10～20。并公开了其制备方法，它是根据中医肾主骨、肝主筋、脾主运化的原理配制而成，所选的各个组分共同协调作用，疏通经络，补气活血、舒筋活络、祛风止痛，从而达到促进骨骼生长的目的。本发明为外敷药，使用方便，疗效显著，临床使用不反弹，使用后症状消失，适用于骨裂缝、风湿痹痛、关节炎等症状，特别对骨折去石膏后的骨恢复起到强筋健骨的作用。

一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种中药配方，尤其涉及一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物。
背景技术：
骨折愈合是一个复杂的过程，国内外学者长期以来都在探索骨折愈合机理，为缩短骨折愈合时间而努力。现代的促进骨折愈合的药物主要有以下几种：一，骨折愈合刺激素(金葡菌的分泌物)；二，促骨愈合素；三，植物血球凝激素；四，TGF-a TGF-Β(转化生长因子)；五，成骨素；六，促红激素；七，同种异体血球液；八，红骨髓，可以看出这些药物都是生物制剂。中国治疗骨折有上千年的历史，中医认为骨折愈合的过程就是“瘀去、新生、骨合”的过程，《仙授理伤续断秘方》中描述“凡治损必热，便生气血，以接骨耳”，近几年来，国内有关实验[补肾活血方对实验性骨折愈合过程中IGF-1的影响，中国中医骨伤科杂志，2000,8(3)：1]研究表明，以补肾活血作用为主的接骨方药可刺激成骨细胞IGFI分泌而促进骨折愈合，然而究竟何种功效的方药疗效更佳，还有待进一步的研究，申请人根据祖传秘方进行了长期的理疗和试验，获得了一种治疗骨折的中药组合物。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，以及用它制成的骨折康复药膏，它具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、生髓长骨、促进骨细胞的新生、骨折愈合、通经止痹、强筋壮骨作用。
本发明的解决方案是基于祖国医学对骨折愈合机理的认识，参考现代药理研究成就，从祖国医药宝库中筛选出补气活血、舒筋活络、祛风止痛、扶正培本的天然药物，按中医理论组方，使其发挥改善血液循环、对血肿的作用、促进钙盐的沉积、提高骨痂的生物力学性能、提高成骨细胞的活性、刺激骨生长因子分泌与合成的作用。
本发明所述用于治疗骨折的中药组合物中各中药组份的重量配比为：
独活10～20；
红花10～20；
川芎10～20；
肉桂10～20；
当归10～20；
枳壳15～20；
接骨木10～20；
地鳖虫10～20；
土三七10～20。
本发明所述用于治疗骨折的中药组合物中各中药组份的最佳重量配比为：
独活12；
红花11；
川芎18；
肉桂15；
当归12；
枳壳18；
接骨木15；
地鳖虫16；
土三七13。
本发明所述用于治疗骨折的中药组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一，中药粉体混合物的制备：按各中药组份重量配比称取中药原料，并研为细粉，过100目筛，将所有中药粉体混合均匀，制得中药粉体混合物，密封备用；
步骤二，膏胶的制备：膏胶由松香、氧化锌和液体石蜡制备成，各组份的重量配比为，松香10、氧化锌3和液体石蜡8，具体制备方法是，取松香10、氧化锌3、液体石蜡8加入制膏釜内，文火加热至135～145℃，保温搅拌30min即获得膏胶；
步骤三，膏剂的制备：向制膏釜内的膏胶中均匀地加入步骤一获得的中药粉体混合物，在135～145℃条件下均匀搅拌1h，然后再加入重量份为4.5的合成橡胶，继续均匀搅拌2h；
步骤四，降温至常温即可。
本发明所提供的用于治疗骨折的中药组合物及其制备方法，是根据中医肾主骨、肝主筋、脾主运化的原理配制而成，所选的各个组分共同协调作用，疏通经络，补气活血、舒筋活络、祛风止痛，从而达到促进骨骼生长的目的。本发明为外敷药膏，使用方便，疗效显著，临床使用不反弹，使用后症状消失，适用于骨裂缝、风湿痹痛、关节炎等症状，特别对骨折去石膏后的骨恢复起到强筋健骨的作用。
具体实施方式：
实施例：一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，它的中药组份及其重量配比为：
独活12，红花11，川芎18，肉桂15，当归12，枳壳18，接骨木15，地鳖虫16，土三七13。
所述用于治疗骨折的中药组合物制备方法如下：
步骤一、称取独活1.2Kg，红花1.1Kg，川芎1.8Kg，肉桂1.5Kg，当归1.2Kg，枳壳1.8Kg，接骨木1.5Kg，地鳖虫1.6Kg，土三七1.3Kg，并将上述各中药原料研为细粉，过100目筛，混合均匀，制得中药粉体混合物，密封备用；
步骤二、取10Kg松香、3Kg氧化锌、8Kg液体石蜡加入制膏釜内，文火加热至135～145℃，保温搅拌30min；
步骤三、向制膏釜内加入步骤一中获得的中药粉体混合物，在135～145℃下搅拌1h，再加入4.5Kg的合成橡胶，继续搅拌2h；
步骤四、降温至常温，制成涂料，涂膏、盖衬、切段、分装，即得。
本发明并不仅限于上述具体的实施例，只要原料药的质量配比满足配比范围，均可以达到本发明的效果。
本发明所述的中药组合物，用于肌表贴敷，所采用的均为药性温和的药物，以补肾活血作用为主，刺激成骨细胞IGFI分泌而促进骨折愈合，同时药物在患处通过皮肤渗透达皮下组织，在局部产生药物浓度的相对优势达到消肿，产生消炎、止痛、活血化淤、舒筋活络的效用。
膏药的用法及用量：
在骨折肿胀期，将药膏直接涂抹在患处，外用夹板固定，72小时换一次药，到了骨痂形成期，将膏药贴于患处，3天更换一次。
临床病例116例，对理疗进行全程跟踪、记录、统计和分析，用本发明治疗以下病例并统计治愈率及疗程如下。

1.一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，其特征是：其中各中药组份的重量配比为：独活10～20；红花10～20；川芎10～20；肉桂10～20；当归10～20；枳壳15～20；接骨木10～20；地鳖虫10～20；土三七10～20。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，其特征是：其中各中药组份的重量配比为：独活12；红花11；川芎18；肉桂15；当归12；枳壳18；接骨木15；地鳖虫16；土三七13。
3.权利要求1所述用于治疗骨折的中药组合物的制备方法, 包括以下步骤：
步骤一，中药粉体混合物的制备：按各中药组份重量配比称取中药原料，并研为细粉，过100目筛，将所有中药粉体混合均匀，制得中药粉体混合物，密封备用；
步骤二，膏胶的制备：膏胶由松香、氧化锌和液体石蜡制备成，其中各组份的重量配比为，松香10、氧化锌3和液体石蜡8，具体制备方法是：取松香10、氧化锌3、液体石蜡8加入制膏釜内，文火加热至135～145℃，保温搅拌30min即获得膏胶；
