Description

农业用水过滤设备
本发明涉及一农业用水过滤设备。更详细地说,本发明涉及一农业用水过滤设备,其中,用于容纳滤出颗粒物的空间有所增大从而改善了设备的供水性能,并且通过使用简单而方便的方式无需拆卸设备即可从设备中排出颗粒物从而使供水操作可以不停顿地连续进行,而且可以节约用于拆卸设备并清除颗粒物所需的时间和成本。
农业用水过滤设备用来过滤向乙烯基塑料薄膜温室等中的农产品提供的农业用水中所含的颗粒物,如沙子。现有技术中的典型农业用水过滤设备包括进水管和出水管,且在进水管和出水管间装有过滤部分。过滤部分具有两个外壳。上壳配置于进水管与出水管之间以使它们相互连接,且从进水管和出水管之共同轴向下方伸出。下壳的上端用螺纹连接于上壳的下端。在由上壳和下壳所形成的内部空间中装有许多过滤器以过滤农业用水。经水泵泵出的农业用水经进水管流入设备,并在由过滤器过滤后经出水管流出至一喷水设备如喷洒器或喷嘴。
但是,在具上述结构的农业用水过滤设备中,由于用于容纳滤出颗粒物的空间过小以致必须经常拆卸设备以清除颗粒物,结果是降低了设备的供水性能。而且,由于在设备中没有提供排放颗粒物的特殊方法,当需要清除颗粒物时,必须将下壳从上壳上拆卸下来,因而常常中断供水操作并且在拆卸设备并清除颗粒物上浪费了很多时间和成本。在一个大规模农场中,这些问题是很严重的,而且如果没有在适当的时间进行拆卸和清除操作,过滤器的过滤效率便会下降,从而影响供水操作。
因此,本发明是为了解决现有技术中产生的上述问题。本发明的一个目的是提供一个农业用水过滤设备,可以用简单且方便而无需拆卸设备的方式将颗粒物从设备中排出从而使供水操作得以不停顿地连续进行且节省拆卸设备并清除颗粒物所需的时间和成本。
依照本发明的一方面,本发明提供了一种农业用水过滤设备,用于过滤分离去农业用水中所含的颗粒物,包括一进水管,与水泵连接;一出水管,与喷嘴连接;一过滤部分,设在所述的进水管和出口管之间,所述的过滤部分包括:一上壳,把所述的进水管与出水管连接起来;一下壳,可拆卸地固定在所述的上壳的下端,所述的下壳中限定了一个过滤室,其中包括一个过滤器,所述的下壳还包含至少一个颗粒物容纳室,设成与所述的下壳成整体;其特征在于所述的过滤部分还包括一个排放阀门,设成与所述的颗粒物容纳室流体连通用来除去收集的颗粒物。
所述的颗粒物容纳室可以设成在所述的下壳的圆周表面上的径向鼓出部分。
所述的设备还可包括一个把手,与所述的排放阀连接用于打开所述的阀门,便于在装置操作时方便地除去收集的颗粒物。
通过本发明的上述特征,可以用简单且方便又无需拆卸设备的方法将颗粒物从设备中排出从而使供水操作得以不停顿的连续进行并且节省了拆卸设备和清除颗粒物所需的时间和成本。
下面通过附图对本发明的详细说明,可使本发明的上述目的、其他特征和优点更清楚,附图中:

下面对照附图说明依照本发明一实施例的农业用水过滤设备。
图1为依照本发明一实施例的农业用水过滤设备之部分分解透视图。如图所示,农业用水过滤设备10包括,一进水管12、一出水管14、和装在进水管2和出水管14之间的一过滤部分16。现参照图4,进水管12通过管道24与水泵26相连,出水管14通过管道24a与喷水设备,如喷洒头或喷嘴28相连接。管道24和24a通过套接管22分别固定在进水管12和出口管14上。在进水管12和出水管14上分别装有压力计30以显示管口和管14中的水压。
过滤部分16具有2个外壳18和20。上壳18将进水管12和出水管14连接在一起,且从进水管12和出水管14的共同轴向下方伸出。下壳20的上端用螺纹连接于上壳18的下端。在上壳18和下壳20的内部形成过滤室32;在过滤室32中配备有许多过滤器34。各个过滤器34的作用在于过滤经进水管12流入过滤室32中的农业用水,经过滤器34过滤后的农业用水,经出水管14排放出去。
依照本发明,在下壳20的圆周表面设置了4个鼓出部分44,它们分布在下壳20的圆周表面上,相互间隔一段距离。各个鼓出部分44都是径向鼓出及轴向延伸的。在鼓出部分44内部限定了颗粒物容纳室46,它可用来容纳由过滤器34滤出的颗粒物。由于鼓出部分44的内表面提供了颗粒物容纳室46,因此,用于容纳滤出颗粒物质的空间有所增大,从而改善了设备的供水性能。
而且,如图3所示,过滤器34的下端固定在过滤器固定表面48上,该固定表面是由下壳20下端的不具鼓出部分44的内表面部分形成的。在下壳20的下端表面内设置了排放口38。在颗粒物容纳室46的下端设置了颗粒物排出通道36,该通道36与排放口38相连通。在排放口38中装有阀门40,它由把手42操纵。当由把手42操纵而打开阀门40时,颗粒物容纳室46中所容纳的颗粒物便可经颗粒物排出通道36从排放口38中排放到设备之外。因此,用简单且方便的而无需拆卸设备方式即可将颗粒物排出设备,从而使供水操作可以不停顿地连续进行从而节约了拆卸设备并清除颗粒所需的时间和成本。
如上所述,依照本发明,由于鼓出部分的内表面提供了颗粒物容纳室,用于容纳滤出颗粒物的空间有所增加,从而改善了设备的供水性能。而且,用简单且方便而无需拆卸设备的方式即可将颗粒物从设备中排出从而使供水操作可以不停顿地进行而且节约了拆卸设备并清除颗粒物所需的时间和成本。
虽然参照以上的优选实施例已经描述并图解说明了本发明,人们很容易理解到,本发明并不仅限于此优选实施例,对此可进行多种变化和改型而不脱离所附权利要求中所定义的本发明的范围和精神。

Claims (3)

1.一种农业用水过滤设备,用于过滤分离去农业用水中所含的颗粒物,包括
一进水管(12),与水泵(26)连接;
一出水管(14),与喷嘴(28)连接;
一过滤部分(16),设在所述的进水管(12)和出口管(14)之间,所述的过滤部分(16)包括:
一上壳(18),把所述的进水管(12)与出水管(14)连接起来;
一下壳(20),可拆卸地固定在所述的上壳(18)的下端,所述的下壳(20)中限定了一个过滤室,其中包括一个过滤器(34),所述的下壳(20)还包含至少一个颗粒物容纳室(46),设成与所述的下壳(20)成整体;
其特征在于所述的过滤部分(16)还包括一个排放阀门(40),设成与所述的颗粒物容纳室(46)流体连通用来除去收集的颗粒物。
2.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于所述的颗粒物容纳室(46)设成在所述的下壳(20)的圆周表面上的径向鼓出部分(44)。
3.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于还包括一个把手(42),与所述的排放阀门(40)连接用于打开所述的阀门(40),便于在装置操作时方便地除去收集的颗粒物。
