Abstract
提供一种能够抑制管的振动引起的噪音的高压罐。上述高压罐具备:罐主体,具有盖;阀,安装于上述盖;及管,从上述阀向上述罐主体的轴向内方延伸出而向上述罐主体内喷出气体。上述管具备:喷出口,形成于上述管的端部并喷出上述气体;第一弯折部,配置于上述喷出口与上述阀之间,且沿着相对于上述罐主体的轴向进行倾斜的方向延伸;及第二弯折部,具有上述喷出口,且沿着相对于上述轴向进行倾斜的方向延伸,在从与上述轴向垂直的方向观察上述管时,上述第一弯折部的相对于上述轴向的倾斜角及上述第二弯折部的相对于上述轴向的倾斜角中的一方大于0°、且为90°以下,另一方为-90°以上、且小于0°。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高压罐。
背景技术
作为收纳用于燃料电池的发电的高压的燃料气体(氢气)的容器,已知有为了实现轻量化而使用树脂材料的高压罐。更详细而言,已知有如下结构的高压罐:通过浸渍有树脂的纤维强化树脂加强层,将内部具有收纳氢气的收容空间的合成树脂制的薄壁容器(内衬)覆盖,然后使树脂固化。
作为向这样的高压罐内填充气体的阀,例如在专利文献1中公开了一种内置温度传感器且在填充时能够对罐内的气体温度进行计测、监视的阀。在专利文献1中,为了使罐内的温度分布均匀,提出了设置使气体的喷出方向相对于罐的轴向进行倾斜的喷出口的方案。

发明内容
在此,本发明者等想到了如下情况:使气体的喷出口与阀沿着罐的轴向分开一定距离,为了相对于罐的轴向进行倾斜而使管从阀延伸出来设置气体的喷出口。在这种情况下,发现了由于喷出的气体使管发生振动,有可能会产生噪音。
本发明鉴于以上的背景而作出,目的在于提供一种能够抑制因管的振动引起的噪音的高压罐。
为了解决上述课题,根据本发明的一优选方案,构成如下的高压罐:该高压罐具备:罐主体,具有盖;阀,安装于上述盖;及管,从上述阀向上述罐主体的轴向内方延伸出而向上述罐主体内喷出气体,上述管具备:喷出口,形成于上述管的端部并喷出上述气体;第一弯折部,配置于上述喷出口与上述阀之间,且沿着相对于上述罐主体的轴向进行倾斜的方向延伸;及第二弯折部,具有上述喷出口,且沿着相对于上述轴向进行倾斜的方向延伸,在从与上述轴向垂直的方向观察上述管时,上述第一弯折部的相对于上述轴向的倾斜角及上述第二弯折部的相对于上述轴向的倾斜角中的一方大于0°、且为90°以下,另一方为-90°以上、且小于0°。
根据上述结构,在罐主体的盖上安装阀,从该阀向罐主体的轴向内方延伸出管,从该管的喷出口将气体向罐主体内喷出。由此将气体填充到罐主体内。在此,喷出口设置于向相对于罐主体的轴向进行倾斜的方向延伸的第二弯折部的端部。因此,喷出到罐主体内的气体朝向相对于罐主体的轴向进行倾斜的方向流动,且由罐主体的壁进行反射。由此在已存的气体与新填充的气体之间产生涡流,能抑制与高压填充相伴的隔热压缩引起的罐主体内的局部性的温度上升。进而,能使罐主体内的温度分布均匀。
而且,管具有第一弯折部和第二弯折部这两个弯折部。即,管在相对于轴向进行倾斜的方向上至少弯折2次,并向罐主体的轴向内方延伸。并且,上述第一弯折部的相对于上述轴向的倾斜角及上述第二弯折部的相对于上述轴向的倾斜角中的一方大于0°、且为90°以下,另一方为-90°以上、且小于0°。第一弯折部和上述第二弯折部的弯折角关于罐的轴向而正负不同,因此在第一弯折部与第二弯折部之间,管成为大致字型。由此,管的刚性增大,管难以挠曲,并且管从喷出的气体受到的力能有效地分散。由此能够抑制管的振动及噪音的产生。而且,在第一弯折部与第二弯折部之间,管成为大致字型,因此能够抑制管朝罐主体的径向扩展。
而且,可以是,上述高压罐还具备从上述阀向上述罐主体的轴向内方延伸出的温度传感器,上述温度传感器的前端配置于上述管的喷出口与上述阀之间。
根据上述结构,温度传感器从阀向罐主体的轴向内方延伸配置。因此,难以受到来自阀的热量(冷气)的影响。而且,由于温度传感器的前端配置在管的喷出口与阀之间,因此能够防止气体从管的喷出口直接向温度传感器喷出,由此,能够计测更准确的罐主体的温度。
而且,可以是,在假想存在以上述阀与上述盖嵌合的嵌合部为底面、且上述嵌合部的侧面沿上述轴向延伸的柱体的情况下,上述管和上述温度传感器配置于所假想的上述柱体内。
根据上述结构,在从轴向观察的情况下,管和温度传感器不位于比嵌合部靠径向外侧的位置。因此,在沿着轴向将阀从罐主体的盖插入时,能防止管和温度传感器碰触盖而受损。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种能够抑制管的振动引起的噪音的高压罐。

具体实施方式
以下,详细说明本发明的实施方式。另外,附图的上下左右等的位置关系只要没有特别说明,就基于附图所示的位置关系。而且,附图的尺寸比例没有限定为图示的比例。而且,为了便于理解说明,对于各附图中的同一或同样的构成要素,尽可能标注同一附图标记,省略重复的说明。而且,以下的实施方式是用于说明本发明的例示,不是将本发明仅限定为该实施方式,本发明可在不脱离其主旨的范围内进行各种变形。
图1是表示搭载有本实施方式的高压罐1的燃料电池汽车的图。燃料电池汽车100例如将3个高压罐1搭载于车身的后部。各高压罐1构成燃料电池系统的一部分,能够通过气体供给线102向燃料电池104供给燃料气体。贮存于高压罐1的燃料气体是可燃性的高压气体,例如是压缩天然气或氢气。另外,高压罐1不仅能够应用于燃料电池汽车,也可以应用于电动汽车、混合动力汽车等车辆,而且还可以应用于各种移动体(例如,船舶、飞机、机器人等)、固定体。而且,作为贮存的气体,可包括CNG(压缩天然气)等各种压缩气体、LNG(液化天然气)、LPG(液化石油气体)等各种液化气体等。
如图2所示,高压罐1具有罐主体10、盖20、阀30、管40及温度传感器50等。
罐主体10整体具有大致椭圆体形状,在其内部具有将燃料气体以比常压高的压力贮存的贮存空间。例如,以例如35MPa~70MPa这样的压力将氢气或压缩天然气贮存于贮存空间内。罐主体具有例如二层结构的壁层,具有作为内壁层的内衬和其外侧的作为外壁层的树脂纤维层(加强层)。内衬的材质例如可列举聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂等其他硬质树脂。而且,也可以将上述的树脂组合为二层以上,作为由多层构成的层叠体来构成内衬。加强层是例如利用碳纤维对基体树脂(塑料)进行强化而成的FRP层(CFRP)。作为基体树脂,例如可列举环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、聚丙烯树脂等。
盖20具有大致圆筒形状的开口部,嵌入并固定于罐主体10(内衬与加强层之间)。盖20的开口部作为高压罐1的开口发挥功能。在盖20的开口部的内周面形成有拆装部(例如内螺纹:图示省略),阀30安装成拆装自如。在本实施方式中,盖20由不锈钢形成,但例如也可以由铝等其他金属、或树脂材料形成。
阀30具有阀主体300和阀管302。阀主体300在燃料使用时与外部的气体供给线102(参照图1)连接,进行贮存在罐主体10的内部的燃料气体的输出。而且,在填充燃料时,例如,与外部的燃料(氢)站等(图示省略)连接,进行燃料气体的填充。在阀管302的外周面形成有拆装部(例如外螺纹:图示省略),与形成于盖20的拆装部嵌合,由此阀30相对于罐主体10的位置被固定。另外,相对于盖20拆装阀30的结构并不局限于此,例如,也可以采用在盖20上设置对该内周面与阀30之间进行轴封的密封部件等其他结构。
在阀管302上连接有朝罐主体10的轴向(图2中Z所示的方向:在以下其他附图中也同样,而且在说明书中,以下也简称为“轴向”)延伸的管40和温度传感器50。关于该管40和温度传感器50,以下,使用图3及图4详细地进行说明。
管40从阀管302朝向管40的前端,具有第一连结部406、第一弯折部404、第二连结部402、第二弯折部400,在第一连结部406的一端部处嵌合(在此为螺纹紧固)并固定于阀管302。
如图4所示,第一弯折部404相对于轴向而弯折β(-90°≤β<0°:在本实施方式中,例如为-45°),管40的第二弯折部400相对于轴向而弯折α(0°<α≤90°:在本实施方式中,例如为45°)。另一方面,管40的第一连结部406及第二连结部402在与轴向平行的方向上延伸。即,管40在相对于轴向进行倾斜的方向上至少弯折2次,并向罐主体10的轴向内方延伸出。由此,在第一弯折部404与第二弯折部400之间,管成为大致字型,管40的刚性增大。由此,管40难以挠曲,因此能够抑制喷出的气体引起的管的振动及由此引起的噪音的产生。而且,在第一弯折部404与第二弯折部400之间,管成为大致字型,因此即使弯折2次也能够抑制管朝罐主体10的径向扩展。而且,管40从喷出的气体受到的力的方向在第一弯折部404与第二弯折部400处不同,因此能有效地使该力分散,进一步抑制管40的振动及噪音的产生。另外,第一连结部406及第二连结部402也可以不必在与轴向平行的方向上延伸。
而且,在第二弯折部400的一端部(管40的前端)设有燃料气体的喷出口400A,在相对于轴向进行倾斜的方向(图4中α所示的角度)上将燃料气体向罐主体10的贮存空间内喷出。该燃料气体朝相对于轴向进行倾斜的方向流动,由罐主体10的内壁反射。由此在已存的燃料气体与新填充的燃料气体之间产生涡流,能抑制与高压填充相伴的隔热压缩引起的罐主体10内的局部性的温度上升。进而,能使罐主体10内的温度分布均匀。而且,向罐主体10内喷出的气体由于与第二弯折部400碰撞而流速减小,因此即使向例如温度传感器50附近喷出气体也能够抑制温度传感器50的破损。
而且,在本申请中,由于将喷出口400A配置在从阀延伸出的位置,因此在罐主体10内容易形成涡流,能使罐主体内的温度分布更均匀。
如图3及图4所示,温度传感器50设有:一端安装于阀30且沿轴向延伸的引线部500;与引线部500的另一端连接且用于计测罐主体10内的气体温度的传感器元件502。该传感器元件502与阀30充分分离,并配置在比第二弯折部400的喷出口400A靠近阀30的位置(在此为管40的第二弯折部400与第二连结部402的连结点附近)。由此,温度传感器50难以受到来自阀30的冷气的影响。而且,能够防止气体从管40的喷出口400A直接向温度传感器50喷出。此外,如上所述,燃料气体朝相对于轴向进行倾斜的方向喷出,由此能使罐主体10内的温度分布均匀。由此,温度传感器50能够更准确地计测罐主体10内的平均温度。
另外,准确地计测罐主体10内的平均温度,从如下方面来看也至关重要。即,目前,由于燃料电池车的普及、商品改进,正在研究、开发向高压罐1急速填充燃料的通信填充。在该通信填充中,将包含罐主体10内的平均气体温度在内的罐信息向燃料站侧发送,燃料站根据分配器压和罐主体10内的平均温度,进行填充完成(满罐)判定。因此,通过准确地计测罐主体10内的平均温度,能够更准确地掌握燃料向罐主体10填充的程度。
如图3所示,在假想存在以阀管302与盖20嵌合的嵌合部302A为底面、且嵌合部302A的侧面沿轴向延伸的圆柱(柱体)V的情况下,管40和温度传感器50配置在所假想的该圆柱V内。即,在从轴向观察的情况下,管40及温度传感器50不位于比嵌合部302A靠径向外侧的位置。因此,在沿着轴向将阀30从盖20插入时,能防止管40和温度传感器50碰触盖20而受损。

Claims (3)
1.一种高压罐,具备:罐主体,具有盖;阀,安装于所述盖;及管,从所述阀向所述罐主体的轴向内方延伸出而向所述罐主体内喷出气体,
所述管具备:
喷出口,形成于所述管的端部并喷出所述气体;
第一弯折部,配置于所述喷出口与所述阀之间,且沿着相对于所述罐主体的轴向进行倾斜的方向延伸;及
第二弯折部,具有所述喷出口,且沿着相对于所述轴向进行倾斜的方向延伸,
在从与所述轴向垂直的方向观察所述管时,所述第一弯折部的相对于所述轴向的倾斜角及所述第二弯折部的相对于所述轴向的倾斜角中的一方大于0°、且为90°以下,另一方为-90°以上、且小于0°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压罐,其中,
所述高压罐还具备从所述阀向所述罐主体的轴向内方延伸出的温度传感器,
所述温度传感器的前端配置于所述管的喷出口与所述阀之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高压罐,其中,
在假想存在以所述阀与所述盖嵌合的嵌合部为底面、且所述嵌合部的侧面沿所述轴向延伸的柱体的情况下,所述管和所述温度传感器配置于所假想的所述柱体内。
