Abstract
本发明涉及一种预制模壳三层保温内隔墙,属于建筑材料领域。梁壳区域和内隔墙区域连为一体,梁模壳内部设有钢丝平网作为梁模壳的构造钢筋;内隔墙的内部设三层混凝土墙,其中中间一层混凝土墙体为钢丝网架保温墙体,混凝土墙体内部设钢丝网架作为墙体的构造钢筋,三层混凝土墙体之间留有空腔,且三层混凝土墙体通过混凝土纵向分隔连为一体。本发明实现免砌筑,免粉刷;本发明减少工地现场人工工作量;本发明具有保温,防水,隔音,抗裂,结构抗震的作用。本发明能使减少砖块用量,且可以替换砖块作为建筑的非承重墙体。本发明实现工厂化生产,方便快捷,大大缩短建筑建造的时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预制模壳三层保温内隔墙,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
目前我国建筑业常用的木模板存在木材使用量大,砖块砌筑不环保的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种预制模壳保温内隔墙,能有效替代砖块作为建筑的非承重墙体及节约人工成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种预制模壳三层保温内隔墙,梁壳区域和内隔墙区域连为一体,梁模壳内部设有钢丝平网作为梁模壳的构造钢筋;
内隔墙的内部设三层混凝土墙,其中中间一层混凝土墙体为钢丝网架保温墙体,混凝土墙体内部设钢丝网架作为墙体的构造钢筋,三层混凝土墙体之间留有空腔,且三层混凝土墙体通过混凝土纵向分隔连为一体。
梁模壳内放框架梁的受力钢筋。
梁模壳,既为预制模板的受力层,承受结构主体浇筑时产生的侧压力,又可以作为墙体两侧的粉刷层,免去了墙体抹灰,粉刷的施工工艺。
三层混凝土墙体为建筑的非承重内隔墙,内有空腔,有保温,隔音的效果。外侧的混凝土墙体为免粉刷清水墙面。
钢丝网架保温墙体可实现内墙具有保温功能,且夹心保温的构造,使得保温墙体寿命高,安全性好等特点。
本发明的有益效果:
1,本发明实现免砌筑,免粉刷;
2,本发明减少工地现场人工工作量;
3,本发明具有保温,防水,隔音,抗裂,结构抗震的作用。
4,本发明能使减少砖块用量,且可以替换砖块作为建筑的非承重墙体。
5,本发明实现工厂化生产,方便快捷,大大缩短建筑建造的时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、2、3对本发明进行详细描述:
一种预制模壳三层保温内隔墙,梁壳区域和内隔墙区域连为一体,梁模壳1内部设有钢丝平网2作为梁模壳1的构造钢筋;
内隔墙的内部设三层混凝土墙体3,其中中间一层混凝土墙体为钢丝网架保温墙体5,混凝土墙体内部设钢丝网架6作为墙体的构造钢筋,三层混凝土墙体之间留有空腔,且三层混凝土墙体通过混凝土纵向分隔4连为一体。

1.一种预制模壳三层保温内隔墙,其特征在于:梁壳区域和内隔墙区域连为一体,梁模壳(1)内部设有钢丝平网(2)作为梁模壳(1)的构造钢筋;
内隔墙的内部设三层混凝土墙体(3),其中中间一层混凝土墙体为钢丝网架保温墙体(5),混凝土墙体内部设钢丝网架(6)作为墙体的构造钢筋,三层混凝土墙体之间留有空腔,且三层混凝土墙体通过混凝土纵向分隔(4)连为一体。
