技术领域
本发明属于脱模技术领域,具体涉及一种混凝土脱模剂。
背景技术
混凝土脱模剂是指在混凝土浇注前涂抹在施工用模板上的一种物质,以使浇注后模板不致粘在混凝土表面上、不易拆模,或影响混凝土表面的光洁度,其主要作用为在模板与混凝土表面形成一层膜将两者隔离开故又称隔离剂,脱模剂质量的优劣直接影响制品的质量
传统混凝土脱模剂包括废机油和废柴油类、乳化机油类、改性树脂类和皂化油脚类。废机油和废柴油含杂质、水分较多,并且脱模后的混凝土表面受废油污染,不环保而且不美观;皂化油脚类脱模剂脱模效果不佳,而且不易保存;改性树脂类脱模剂的成本较高,而且清洗模具困难。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种混凝土脱模剂,安全无毒,脱模效果好,可延长钢模使用寿命,具有优异的隔离性能、易拆模
本发明的技术方案是:一种混凝土脱模剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛40-50份、萜烯树脂5-10份、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺5-8份、乙酸乙烯酯5-8份、聚酰亚胺纤维5-8份、羟甲基纤维素6-10份、磷酸三丁酯1-3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份、海藻酸钠2-4份、硬脂酸钡3-5份、石蜡6-9份、松香1-3份、聚苯咪唑0.5-1份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:脱模持续性好;具有较大的抗拉强度,不易磨光;耐化学性、耐热性好,不易分解。

一种混凝土脱模剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛40份、萜烯树脂5份、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺5份、乙酸乙烯酯5份、聚酰亚胺纤维5份、羟甲基纤维素6份、磷酸三丁酯1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、海藻酸钠2份、硬脂酸钡3份、石蜡6份、松香1份、聚苯咪唑0.5份。
实施例2
一种混凝土脱模剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛45份、萜烯树脂8份、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺7份、乙酸乙烯酯7份、聚酰亚胺纤维8份、羟甲基纤维素8份、磷酸三丁酯2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、海藻酸钠3份、硬脂酸钡3份、石蜡7份、松香2份、聚苯咪唑0.7份。
实施例3
一种混凝土脱模剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛50份、萜烯树脂10份、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺8份、乙酸乙烯酯8份、聚酰亚胺纤维8份、羟甲基纤维素10份、磷酸三丁酯3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、海藻酸钠4份、硬脂酸钡5份、石蜡9份、松香3份、聚苯咪唑1份。
