Abstract
本发明公开了一种电凝镊自动清洁擦拭支座,包括底座,底通孔和容腔,其关键在于:容腔底部通孔对应位置处均设置两个转轴,转轴底部有第一电机,转轴上缠有薄金属带;薄金属带的两侧设置两压轴,内侧设置有第一卷轴和第二卷轴,第一卷轴上缠有擦拭带,第二卷轴底部有第二电机;擦拭带包括黏结层、擦拭条和薄膜层;擦拭带拉出端通过压轴位置后黏在薄金属带内侧,其末端薄膜层撕开并缠在第二卷轴上;容腔内壁还设置有刀片,其尾部连接加热器,刀锋紧贴薄金属带内侧;容腔顶部有喷液头;通孔内壁有感应装置,底座内具有单片机。本发明原理简单,使用方便,能自动实现镊尖的擦拭,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

本发明为申请日为2013年8月30日,申请号为201310386686.8的发明专利的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电凝镊清洁擦拭的装置。
背景技术
现有的电凝镊依次包括镊尖、绝缘镊杆和电极座,电极座后部的插头通过导线与外部的主机相连,电凝镊的镊尖向病灶组织提供高频电能,使镊尖两端之间的蛋白质脱水而凝固,达到止血的目的。由于它的作用范围只限于两个镊尖之间,因此对相邻组织的损伤程度和影响范围很小,相当安全。
在电凝镊使用完毕后,一般直接放在托盘内。再次使用之前,必须要对两个镊尖部分进行清洁消毒。通常的做法是人工使用浸过酒精或蒸馏水的棉球、医用纱布对镊尖进行擦拭,或者使用射线消毒、高温蒸汽消毒、或消毒液浸泡消毒等方法,但是此种方法需要人工专门来做,浪费时间,效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电凝镊自动清洁擦拭支座。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案,一种电凝镊自动清洁擦拭支座,包括底座,底座上有两个通孔,通孔下方有容腔,其特征在于:所述容腔底部每个通孔对应位置处均设置两个转轴,转轴底部连接有第一电机,转轴上缠绕一根薄金属带;所述薄金属带的两侧设置两个压轴;薄金属带内侧设置有第一卷轴和第二卷轴,第一卷轴上缠绕有擦拭带,第二卷轴底部设置有第二电机;所述擦拭带包括黏结层,黏结层上间隔设置有擦拭条,擦拭条表面覆盖有薄膜层;该擦拭带拉出端通过压轴位置后黏在薄金属带内侧,其末端的薄膜层撕开并缠绕在第二卷轴上;所述容腔内壁还设置有刀片,刀片尾部连接有加热器,刀锋紧贴薄金属带内侧;容腔顶部设置有喷液头;所述通孔内壁还设置有感应装置,底座内具有单片机。
所述喷液头上具有受单片机控制的阀门。
所述第一卷轴内部设置有卷簧。
本发明原理简单,使用方便,能够自动实现镊尖部位的擦拭,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示,一种电凝镊自动清洁擦拭支座,包括底座1,底座1上有两个通孔2,通孔2下方有容腔3,容腔3底部每个通孔2对应位置处均设置两个转轴4,转轴4底部连接有第一电机6,转轴4上缠绕一根薄金属带5;所述薄金属带5的两侧设置两个压轴7;薄金属带6内侧设置有第一卷轴8和第二卷轴9,第一卷轴8上缠绕有擦拭带13,第二卷轴9底部设置有第二电机15;所述擦拭带13包括黏结层13-1,黏结层13-1上间隔设置有擦拭条13-2,擦拭条13-2表面覆盖有薄膜层13-3;该擦拭带13拉出端通过压轴7位置后黏在薄金属带5内侧,其末端的薄膜层13-3撕开并缠绕在第二卷轴9上;所述容腔3内壁还设置有刀片10,刀片10尾部连接有加热器16,刀锋紧贴薄金属带5内侧;容腔3顶部设置有喷液头14;所述通孔2内壁还设置有感应装置11,底座1内具有单片机12。
所述喷液头14上具有受单片机12控制的阀门。
所述第一卷轴8内部设置有卷簧。
使用时,将镊子插入两个通孔内,并使得镊尖紧贴粘在已撕开薄膜层的擦拭条上。感应装置一旦感应到镊子插入,即将信号传递给单片机。
单片机首先控制喷液头阀门打开,向镊尖位置喷射消毒液。同时,第一电机带动转轴转动,从而使得薄金属带转动。由于擦拭带的拉出端已经黏在薄金属带上,因此,当薄金属带转动时,会自然带动擦拭带从第一卷轴上拉出,并在通过压轴的位置被压紧黏结在薄金属带上。与此同时,第二卷轴下的第二电机也同步运转,确保第二卷轴能将已黏结在薄金属带上的擦拭带表面薄膜层撕开并卷起,方便镊尖能随着薄金属带的运动而在擦拭条上进行自动擦拭操作。
与此同时,加热器开始工作为刀片加热,当被擦拭过的擦拭条转动到刀片位置时,加过热的刀锋与薄金属带内侧紧贴,会使得擦拭带黏结层的粘性减弱,因此,在薄金属带转动并与刀锋发生摩擦时,刀锋很容易将使用过的擦拭带铲掉。当整个擦拭操作完成后,加热器立即停止工作,以防热量过高影响薄金属片其他擦拭带的粘性。
在擦拭带上擦拭条间隔设置,还能防止喷洒的消毒液将未使用的擦拭条浸湿。
本发明原理简单,使用方便,能够自动实现镊尖部位的擦拭,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

1.一种电凝镊自动清洁擦拭支座,包括底座,底座上有两个通孔,通孔下方有容腔,其特征在于:所述容腔底部每个通孔对应位置处均设置两个转轴,转轴底部连接有第一电机,转轴上缠绕一根薄金属带;所述薄金属带的两侧设置两个压轴;薄金属带内侧设置有第一卷轴和第二卷轴,第一卷轴上缠绕有擦拭带,第二卷轴底部设置有第二电机;所述擦拭带包括黏结层,黏结层上间隔设置有擦拭条,擦拭条表面覆盖有薄膜层;该擦拭带拉出端通过压轴位置后黏在薄金属带内侧,其末端的薄膜层撕开并缠绕在第二卷轴上;所述容腔内壁还设置有刀片,刀片尾部连接有加热器,刀锋紧贴薄金属带内侧;容腔顶部设置有喷液头;所述通孔内壁还设置有感应装置,底座内具有单片机,所述喷液头上具有受单片机控制的阀门。
