Abstract
本发明是公开了一种人体骨灰瓷殡葬祭奠工艺品的制造工艺。先将10%~50%的骨灰进行球磨粉碎、“磁石除铁”和“洗碱”pH≈7的预处理工艺;取高岭土25%~45%、石英9%~22%、长石8%~25%溶入骨浆中,用可塑法注浆法成型;用二次锻烧工艺。它可为瓷厂创显著经济效益,为社会和家庭解决了骨灰永久存放问题;是符合中国人“入土为安”习俗、便利亲人永久祭奠的形式,同时,也为瓷工艺品的生产制造工艺开辟了新的领域。
Description
本发明涉及一种殡葬祭奠亡灵用的工艺瓷制品的制造技术。
我国的殡葬形式,从土葬到火葬为国家节约了大量土地资源、节省了大量木材资源,使殡葬文化迈出了文明的第一步。火葬推行了几十年后的今天,火化场骨灰存放地“灰”满为患,据某市统计,该市已过期骨灰6万具、已到期骨灰6万具,存放即将到期骨灰25万具。因此,火化场急待扩建、增容,这必将带来占用土地、浪费木才,资金、耗费大量民政事业费等问题。虽然,目前有的采用植树葬、海葬,也有的将骨灰存放在家中。但是,由于人们的传统观念,这些方式尚不能被绝大多数人所接受,骨灰存放超负荷仍得不到缓解,已成为家庭和社会的棘手问题。殡葬业急待进行二次革命。
本发明的目的是提供一种不占用土地、便于骨灰永久存放、便利亲人祭奠的文明、健康祭奠的亡灵之人体骨灰瓷殡葬祭奠工艺品的制造工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本方案采用人体骨灰预置工艺:首先将人体骨灰进行球磨粉碎至0.01毫米以下颗粒占75%~86%;再将粉碎后的骨灰进行磁石除铁处理;最后将除铁后的骨灰进行洗碱处理使人体骨浆的PH≈7。取人体骨灰10%~50%、高岭土25%~45%(重量)、长石8%~25%(重量)、石英9%~22%(重量),用可塑法,注浆法成型。锻烧工艺采用二次锻烧。即低温850-900℃左右素烧5至6小时,高温1200-1230℃釉烧1-2小时;也可采用高温1250℃素烧5-6小时,低温1000℃釉浇1-2小时。
实施例:取人体骨灰40%(重量)、高岭土35%、长石12%、石英11%、球土2%。先将人体骨灰进行球磨粉碎(4900孔CM3、筛余5%-6%),粉碎至0.01毫米以下颗粒占75%-86%,骨粉末表面系数为270;而后将其进行磁石除铁处理;最后,将人体骨灰进行洗碱处理,使PH≈7。将其余配料溶入人体骨浆中,即配成骨瓷胚料。用可塑法和注浆法成型。骨瓷坯成型后,可放入普通油气煤隧道窑或锻式窑等窑炉(电炉亦可)等进行锻烧,采取二次烧成。即低温850-900℃左右素烧5至6小时,高温1200-1230℃釉烧1-2小时;也可采用高温1250℃素烧5-6小时,低温1000℃釉浇1-2小时。即可制成人体骨灰瓷工艺品。
本发明更好的方案是在配料中加入2%的球土。
造型可考虑亡灵生前的职业、爱好、事业成就、出生地特点、性格、年龄、性别等诸多因素,设计出多种造型的模具,采用注浆法制成各种造型(造型采用写实与抽象相结合的手法)以备丧主选择。如:书籍、笔、蜡烛、麦穗、船锚、花环、花朵、花蓝、花瓶、鹤、菊、兰、竹、梅、松、寿字等等;也可以根据丧主特殊需求单独设计,采用可塑法制作,还可以制成夫妻合葬的形式以及不同规格的感光瓷像盘、书信笔迹遗墨瓷盘、瓷雕盘或亡人生前喜爱的物品造型等等。在每件瓷制品的背后可附着编号、制瓷时间及亡灵生卒日期。
我国人口自然死亡率在6.44%(92年),除允许土葬的民族和地区以外,每年至少要火化二百多万具(93年全国火化240多万具)。如果一般模具造型的成本100元/件左右,售出价为400-500元左右,也可以根据工艺复杂程度提高价格,最终丧主总支出肯定低于购置骨灰盒和存放安置费用。那么,该发明的问世不仅可为国家节约可观的民政事业费,而且还能为瓷厂创经济效益几亿元/年人民币,为国家节约大量的土地、材料、资金,使土地资源的浪费从根本上得到控制;杜绝了环境污染、把干百年来祭亡形式提高到一个前所未有的文明程度,并且符合中国人“入土为安”的习俗(骨灰永久熔入高岭土中)。为社会和家庭解决了棘手的难题——骨灰的永久存放。是便于亲人祭奠,易于人们接受的现代文明殡葬祭亡形式和产品。同时,也为瓷制工艺品的制造工艺开辟了新的领域。
Claims (2)
1.一种人体骨灰瓷殡葬祭奠工艺品的制造工艺,其特征在于:
(1)人体骨灰处理预置工艺为:
a.先将人体骨灰进行球磨粉碎至0.01毫米以下颗粒占75%~86%;
b.将粉碎后的骨灰进行磁石除铁处理;
c.将除铁后的骨灰进行洗碱处理,使其人体骨浆的PH≈7;
(2)配料成型:
取人体骨灰10%-50%(重量)、高岭土25%-45%(重量)、长石8%-25%(重量)、石英9%-22%(重量)并用可塑法和注浆法成型;
(3)锻烧工艺:采用二次锻烧,即低温850-900℃左右素烧5至6小时,高温1200-1230℃釉烧1-2小时;也可采用高温1250℃素烧5-6小时,低温1000℃釉浇1-2小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人体骨灰瓷殡葬祭奠工艺品的制造工艺,其特征是在配料中还可以加入2%的球土。
