Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a service system according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the call service system includes: service list 1, reading device 2, control host 3.
The service list 1 is arranged on a dining table, and the service list 1 comprises a plurality of service tags, each service tag corresponding to one service content, namely, being used for identifying one service content.
In a specific implementation, each service tag may be attached to a certain position area of the dining table, and the plurality of service tags form the service list 1. The service identified by the service tag is, for example, adding water, ordering, buying order, adding dishes, etc.
The reading device 2 includes a first central control element 21, and a reading identification device 22 and a first communication device 23 respectively connected to the first central control element 21.
Thus, the reading apparatus 2 can be communicatively connected to the control host 3 through the first communication device 23. Specifically, the first communication device 23 may implement wireless communication with the control host 3 in a wireless fidelity (WiFi) manner.
Specifically, the reading device 2 may be fixedly disposed on the dining table, and is configured to read and identify each service tag disposed on the corresponding dining table. The reading device 2 may further include: a first memory 24 connected to the first central control element 21. The first memory 24 stores a table number corresponding to the reading device 2.

The first central control element 21 is configured to control the first communication device 23 to send a service request to the control host 3, where the service request includes the service content and the table number of the table.
Wherein the table number is read from the first memory 24 by the first central control element 21.
And the control host 3 is arranged on the service desk and used for receiving the service request and responding to the service request.
In this embodiment, the reading device 2 may be a touch and talk pen, but is not limited thereto. A read identification means 22 is provided in the reading device 2, the device type of the read identification means 22 matching the type of tag used for the service tag.
Specifically, a plurality of service tags may be affixed to each table, each service tag having corresponding service content identified therein. In actual implementation, the service tag includes, but is not limited to, any of the following tag types: object Identifier (OID) code, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag, two-dimensional code, bar code, and the like.
Accordingly, the reading apparatus 2 needs to be provided with a reading identification device 22 matching the type of the tag used. For example, if the service tag adopts the OID code type, the reading and identifying device 22 needs to provide an OID code identification reading function, and is implemented as an OID code identifying device; if the service tag is an RFID tag, the read identification device 22 is implemented as an RFID reading device.
In the example that the reading device 2 is implemented as a touch-and-talk pen, the touch-and-talk pen itself has the function of reading and identifying the OID code, so that if the service tag adopts the OID code type, the touch-and-talk pen only needs to be provided with an OID code identification device, and the reading and identification of the service content can be completed. If the service tag is an RFID tag, the point-and-read pen needs to be provided with an RFID reading device besides the OID code identification device. In practice, the position of the OID code recognition device and the RFID reading device may be the same or different, for example, both at the pen tip, or the OID code recognition device may be at the pen tip and the RFID reading device may be at the middle or other end of the pen.
In actual application, a user reads a corresponding service tag according to own requirements by using the reading device 2 such as a touch and talk pen to obtain corresponding service content, then the reading device sends a service request carrying a corresponding dining table number and the service content to the control host 3 located at a service desk, and the control host 3 responds to the service request after receiving the service request. The control host 3 may instruct an attendant to process the service request in response to the service request, or may simultaneously feed back confirmation information to the reading device 2 to notify the user that the request is being processed through the reading device 2.
In practical applications, there may be many service requests received by the control host 3, and in order to reasonably take account of the service waiting time of each user or avoid missing the service requests of the user, the control host 3 performs sequencing display on each service request according to the receiving time of each service request. Enabling the attendant to process each service request in turn.
In this embodiment, a service list composed of a plurality of service tags identifying various service contents is attached to a dining table, and a user reads and identifies the service contents corresponding to the corresponding service tags by using a reading device according to actual service requirements, and sends the obtained service contents and the corresponding dining table number to the control host to inform the control host which dining table user needs to be provided with which service. Through the mode of setting up the service label on the dining table, when needs increase or change service content, can conveniently realize convenient extension and the renewal of service content through the mode of addding, reducing the service label, through the mode of reading the service label of reading equipment, also can conveniently realize the transmission of user's required service to the control host computer side.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of the call service system of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, optionally, the reading device 2 further includes a display lamp 25 connected to the first central control element 21.
A first central control element 21, further configured to control the display lamp 25 to display a first color when the first communication device 23 sends the service request; after receiving the response information fed back by the control host 3 through the first communication device 23, the display lamp 25 is controlled to display the second color.
In the foregoing embodiment, it is mentioned that, after receiving the service request sent by the reading device 2, the control host 3 may feed back response information to the reading device 2 to inform the user that the service request is already being processed.
In this embodiment, the reminding of the user is specifically realized by setting the display lamp 25 in the reading device 2. In particular, when the reading device 2 sends a service request to the control host 3, the display lamp 25 is simultaneously controlled by the first central control element 21 to display a first color, for example red. After receiving the response message from the control host 3, the display lamp 25 is controlled by the first central control element 21 to display a second color, such as green.
By the scheme, the user can be timely reminded whether the service request is sent or not and whether the service request is responded or not, the user is prevented from repeatedly triggering the sending of the same service request, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the reading device 2 further comprises a timer 26 connected to the first central control element 21.
The first central control element 21 is further configured to, after receiving the service content transmitted by the reading and identifying device 22, control the first communication device 23 to send a service request to the control host 3 if the length counted by the timer 26 is greater than a preset length; wherein the starting time of the timer 26 is the sending time of the last service request of the service request.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid that the user repeatedly triggers the same service request, that is, repeatedly requests the same service content, the following policy for determining whether the service request is sent is provided:
a timer 26 connected to the first central control element 21 is provided in the reader device 2, and the starting point of the timer 26 is the time when the last service request was issued. For example, there is only one sending record of the service request before triggering the current reading of the service tag, and the sending record has the sending time and the corresponding service content recorded therein. If the service content read currently is consistent with the service content stored in the transmission record, it is determined whether the timer 26 starts from the last service request transmission time recorded in the transmission record until the time when the service content is read currently, and the timing length is greater than the preset time length, if so, it indicates that the user may indeed need the same service twice, and the transmission of the subsequent service request is triggered, otherwise, it may be a misoperation of the user, and the service content read currently is ignored, and the transmission of the service request is not triggered.
It will be appreciated that the first memory 24 in the reading device 2 also stores the latest service request transmission record, in which the transmission time and the service content are stored for the above-described determination process.
