技术领域
本发明涉及空调室外机系统设计领域,尤其涉及一种新型空调多联机系统。
背景技术
多联机中央空调是户用中央空调的一个类型,俗称”一拖多”,指的是一台室外机通过配管连接两台或两台以上室内机,室外侧采用风冷换热形式、室内侧采用直接蒸发换热形式的一次制冷剂空调系统。多联机系统目前在中小型建筑和部分公共建筑中得到日益广泛的应用。
然而,在高温制冷环境下,空调多联机系统的电控板容易受到高温保护,导致电控板难以散热,若电控板长期处于高温状态,将大大缩短电控板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种新型空调多联机系统,能够解决空调多联机系统的电控板散热难的问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种新型空调多联机系统,包括:空调多联机系统的电控板的散热板上设置有散热铜管;
所述散热铜管的一端与冷凝器的出口连接,另一端与空调多联机系统的低压管道连接。
可选地,所述散热铜管与所述冷凝器的连通管道上安装有电磁阀。
可选地,所述散热板上安装有温度传感器;
所述电磁阀用于当所述温度传感器测量的温度值超过预设的阀值时,所述电磁阀开启,当所述温度传感器测量的温度值不超过预设的阀值时,所述电磁阀关闭。
可选地,所述散热铜管以蛇形盘旋的形式设置在所述散热板上。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明实施例中,一种新型空调多联机系统包括:空调多联机系统的电控板的散热板上设置有散热铜管;所述散热铜管的一端与冷凝器的出口连接,另一端与空调多联机系统的低压管道连接。在本发明实施例中,该新型空调多联机系统可以通过冷凝器输出冷媒至电控板的散热板中进行散热,提升电控板的散热功能,延长电控板的使用寿命。

本发明实施例提供了一种新型空调多联机系统,用于解决空调多联机系统的电控板散热难的问题。
为使得本发明的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中一种新型空调多联机系统包括:压缩机1、油分离器2、四通阀3、冷凝器4、电磁阀5、电子膨胀阀6、高压阀7、低压阀8、油平衡阀9、电磁阀10、汽液分离器11、电子膨胀阀12、电磁阀13、电子膨胀阀14,单向阀15、高压传感器16、低压传感器17、电磁阀18和散热板19。
其中,空调多联机系统的电控板的散热板19上设置有散热铜管,该散热铜管的一端与冷凝器4的出口连接,另一端与空调多联机系统的低压管道20连接。当该新型空调多联机系统启动时,低温冷媒从冷凝器4的出口流出,进入散热铜管,冷媒在散热铜管内蒸发,降低散热板19的温度。蒸发后的冷媒从散热铜管的另一端回到低压管道20上,实现空调多联机系统的冷媒循环。可以理解的是,散热板19温度降低,从而提升了电控板的散热功能,延长了电控板的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,该低压管道20指的是空调多联机系统中冷媒低压循环部分的管道,也即,该散热铜管的另一端可以与空调多联机系统中冷媒低压循环部分的任一管道连接,只要经过散热铜管的冷媒可以回到低压循环部分,重新进入冷媒循环即可。
优选地,该散热铜管与该冷凝器4的连通管道上安装有电磁阀18,可以控制冷媒进入散热铜管的流量,甚至是关闭冷媒进入散热铜管的管道。更进一步地,该散热板19上安装有温度传感器,该电磁阀18用于当该温度传感器测量的温度值超过预设的阀值时,该电磁阀18开启,当该温度传感器测量的温度值不超过预设的阀值时,该电磁阀18关闭。因此,可以实现电控板散热功能的动态调节。
优选地,该散热铜管以蛇形盘旋的形式设置在该散热板19上,增加冷媒在散热铜管内的换热面积和时长,提高散热性能。
本实施例中,一种新型空调多联机系统包括:空调多联机系统的电控板的散热板上设置有散热铜管;所述散热铜管的一端与冷凝器的出口连接,另一端与空调多联机系统的低压管道连接。在本实施例中,该新型空调多联机系统可以通过冷凝器输出冷媒至电控板的散热板中进行散热,提升电控板的散热功能,延长电控板的使用寿命。

1.一种新型空调多联机系统,其特征在于,包括:空调多联机系统的电控板的散热板上设置有散热铜管;
所述散热铜管的一端与冷凝器的出口连接,另一端与空调多联机系统的低压管道连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调多联机系统,其特征在于,所述散热铜管与所述冷凝器的连通管道上安装有电磁阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型空调多联机系统,其特征在于,所述散热板上安装有温度传感器;
所述电磁阀用于当所述温度传感器测量的温度值超过预设的阀值时,所述电磁阀开启,当所述温度传感器测量的温度值不超过预设的阀值时,所述电磁阀关闭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调多联机系统,其特征在于,所述散热铜管以蛇形盘旋的形式设置在所述散热板上。
