车载显示器手动翻转机构,涉及车载显示器。设有支撑部件、安装板、卡钩和安装底板;支撑部件设有滑槽、滑动块、衬套、销、连杆套和固定块,滑槽固定在屏体的背面,屏体底部通过左右一对转轴连接到安装板上,滑槽上设有凹槽,滑动块上设有弹性臂,滑动块的下端设有通孔,通孔与凹槽配合,连杆套两端设有套孔,连杆套上端套孔与通孔对齐后套上衬套并由销锁定,连杆套下端套孔与固定块的固定孔对齐后套上衬套并由销锁定,固定块固定在安装板上,卡钩卡入安装板上,安装板上的凸台斜插入安装底板上,卡钩与设于屏体背面的屏体凹槽配接。可满足椅背大角度安装调节需求,屏在指定角度上能稳定停止,振动环境下屏能稳定不抖动,屏合上时不易张口。

技术领域
本发明涉及车载显示器,尤其是涉及一种车载显示器手动翻转机构。
背景技术
现有的椅背显示器的翻转方式主要分成两种,第一种的磨擦轴设置在屏上边缘,第二种的磨擦轴设置在屏中间。前者的优点是在安装厚度不变情况下,屏可调角度大;缺点是屏在振动环境下屏易抖动及被抖落,对屏的整体刚度求高,调节力气较大。后者的优点是屏角度保持稳定,调节所需力气小,不会因振动靠成屏角度变化;缺点是可调角度小,安装厚度厚。
本申请人在中国专利CN101462519中公开一种车载显示器翻转装置,设有电机、双蜗轮蜗杆、固定座、阻尼轴、上下磨擦片、阻尼块、离合器轴、左右固定架、显示屏固定架、安装架、开关轴、角度块和开关板。双蜗轮蜗杆设于固定座内,双蜗轮蜗杆设有第1蜗轮蜗杆和第2蜗轮蜗杆,电机齿轮与蜗杆齿轮啮合,第2蜗轮蜗杆的蜗杆与第1蜗轮蜗杆的蜗轮固接,第2蜗轮蜗杆的蜗轮与第1阻尼轴连接,阻尼块内孔与第2蜗轮蜗杆的蜗轮输出轴相配合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供可满足椅背大角度安装调节需求,屏在指定角度上能稳定停止,振动环境下屏能稳定不抖动,能适应薄型的座椅安装,屏合上时不易张口,安装和拆装方便的一种车载显示器手动翻转机构。
本发明设有支撑部件、安装板、卡钩和安装底板;所述支撑部件设有滑槽、滑动块、衬套、销、连杆套和固定块,所述滑槽固定在屏体的背面,屏体的底部通过左右一对转轴连接到安装板上,滑槽上设有凹槽,滑动块上设有弹性臂,滑动块的下端设有通孔,通孔与凹槽配合,所述连杆套的两端均设有套孔,连杆套上端的套孔与通孔对齐后套上衬套并由销锁定,连杆套下端的套孔与固定块的固定孔对齐后套上衬套并由销锁定,所述固定块固定在安装板上,卡钩卡入安装板上,安装板上的凸台斜插入安装底板上并用螺钉固定,卡钩与设于屏体背面的屏体凹槽配接。
所述卡钩可设至少1个。
本发明的旋转轴两端采用各一根磨轴固定,提供旋转的主要磨擦力,屏增加一连杆机构进行辅助支撑以消除屏的小角度抖动,合起来时采用一弹性卡钩进行固定,解决屏因为“回弹”合不到位,合起来时”张口”,安装方式采用卡住一边,只锁一边方式,具有牢固拆装方便等特点。

具体实施方式
以下实施例将结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
参见图1~7,本发明实施例设有支撑部件2、安装板4、卡钩5和安装底板6;所述支撑部件2设有滑槽21、滑动块22、衬套23、销24、连杆套25和固定块26,所述滑槽21固定在屏体1的背面,屏体1的底部通过左右一对转轴3连接到安装板4上,滑槽21上设有凹槽211,滑动块22上设有弹性臂221,滑动块22的下端设有通孔222,通孔221与凹槽211配合,所述连杆套25的两端均设有套孔,连杆套25上端的套孔与通孔222对齐后套上衬套23并由销24锁定,连杆套25下端的套孔与固定块26的固定孔261对齐后套上衬套23并由销24锁定,所述固定块26固定在安装板4上,卡钩5卡入安装板4上,安装板4上的凸台斜插入安装底板6上并用螺钉7固定,卡钩5与设于屏体1背面的屏体凹槽11配接。
所述卡钩5可设至少1个。
支撑部件2的连杆套25孔和滑动块22孔对齐,两边各套入衬套23,锁上销24,连杆套25另一端同样方式装好固定块26,然后把滑动块22推入滑槽21,在滑槽21根据需要的距离设一凹槽211,滑动块22上的卡点会在弹性臂221作用下,运动至每段凹槽211作停留并提供阻力。凹槽211向右的斜度2112设置小于向左的斜度2111,向右拉动滑动块22力就会小于向左的力,目的用于消除屏在打开比合上时需多克服屏重量,达到打开屏和合上屏的力量近似。
支撑部件2上的滑槽21固定到屏体1上,再用一对转轴3将屏体1连接到安装板4上,转动安装板4到合适位置后将支撑部件2上的固定块26固定到安装板4上,最后把卡钩5卡入安装板4(卡钩可根据屏体尺寸设置一个或多个)。
安装部件:把安装板4的凸台斜插放入安装底板6上,并用螺钉7进行固定。
本发明的旋转轴两端采用各一根磨轴固定,提供旋转的主要磨擦力,屏增加一连杆机构进行辅助支撑以消除屏的小角度抖动,合起来时采用一弹性卡钩进行固定,解决屏因为“回弹”合不到位,合起来时”张口”,安装方式采用卡住一边,只锁一边方式,具有牢固拆装方便等特点。
本发明的功能描述如下:
本发明的安装底板6(实物含装饰罩等)先预先锁到椅背,屏体1线接好,理好后,再装到安装底板6上,并采用异型螺钉7进行固定。该方式拆装方便,只需把屏体1上端斜卡入安装底板6,加以螺钉固定,选用异型螺钉可以对屏起到防盗作用。
打开时,拉动开屏体1,屏体1绕着转轴3转动,首先设于屏体1背面的屏体凹槽11从卡钩5中脱出,接着带动连杆套25拉动滑动块22在滑槽21中移动,滑动块22上的卡点会在弹性臂作用下,每隔一个角度都会作停顿,此时这个角度屏的支持力会增大,加上转轴3提供的摩擦力,使屏牢靠停在每个角度。这时候车辆有大的颠簸抖动也不易造成屏自已合回去。
合上时,推动屏体1,屏体1绕着转轴3转动,首先带动连杆套25推动滑动块22在滑槽21中移动,滑动块22上的卡点会在弹性臂作用下,每隔一个角度都会作停顿,使屏屏牢靠的停在每个角度,直至最后一个角屏屏体上的卡槽11卡入卡钩5中,屏牢固的固定在合上位置,不会因为“回弹”造成屏”张口”,提高了合上时整个屏的平整度。

1.车载显示器手动翻转机构,其特征在于设有支撑部件、安装板、卡钩和安装底板;所述支撑部件设有滑槽、滑动块、衬套、销、连杆套和固定块,所述滑槽固定在屏体的背面,屏体的底部通过左右一对转轴连接到安装板上,滑槽上设有凹槽,滑动块上设有弹性臂,滑动块的下端设有通孔,通孔与凹槽配合,所述连杆套的两端均设有套孔,连杆套上端的套孔与通孔对齐后套上衬套并由销锁定,连杆套下端的套孔与固定块的固定孔对齐后套上衬套并由销锁定,所述固定块固定在安装板上,卡钩卡入安装板上,安装板上的凸台斜插入安装底板上并用螺钉固定,卡钩与设于屏体背面的屏体凹槽配接;
所述卡钩设至少1个;
拉动屏体后,屏体绕转轴转动,设于屏体背面的屏体凹槽从卡钩中脱出,带动连杆套拉动滑动块在滑槽中移动,滑动块上的卡点在弹性臂作用下,每隔一个角度作停顿,此时屏的支持力逐渐增大,加上转轴提供的摩擦力,使屏牢靠停在每个角度;
推动屏体后,屏体绕转轴转动,带动连杆套推动滑动块在滑槽中移动,滑动块上的卡点在弹性臂作用下,每隔一个角度作停顿,使屏牢靠停在每个角度,直至最后一个角度屏体上的卡槽卡入卡钩中,屏牢固固定在合上位置。
