Abstract

一种X线结肠专用双对比造影剂,涉及医用X线造影剂。由硫酸钡15~25重量份,枸橼酸铋钾0.012~0.048重量份及适量硅油组成,其浓度为125%(W/V)。供一次钡灌肠使用,结果轮廓线显示明显浓密,连贯性好,右半结肠轮廓也清晰。无名沟显示率也比已有钡造影剂有所提高。排出钡气后复查,结肠粘膜皱壁显示清晰。有助于结肠疾病X线的早期诊断的鉴别诊断。

X线结肠专用双对比造影剂
本发明X线结肠专用双对比造影剂,涉及医用X线造影剂。
传统的硫酸钡混悬剂主要由硫酸钡加辅剂枸橼酸钠组成,作上消化道(食道、胃、十二指肠)疾病的X线诊断造影剂,其效果早已为人们所肯定,自70年代在胃肠道疾病的诊断鉴别中使用气、钡双对比造影术以来,使胃肠道疾病诊断的准确性大大提高了一步,但由于结肠和上消化道的组织、解剖、生理特点的显著不同,传统口服硫酸钡混悬剂在结肠疾病X线双对比造影诊断方面的应用,由于硫酸颗粒在结肠粘膜上的附着性较差,以致不得不加入鞣酸、氯化铝、明矾等收敛剂收敛结肠粘膜,以增加硫酸钡颗粒在结肠粘膜上的附着性,改善排钡后结肠粘膜皱壁的显示。但简单地在口服双对比造影剂中加入上述收敛剂,则由于它们对悬浮剂易产生絮凝作用而影响其流动性,导致粘稠度显著增加,不能用作双对比灌肠造影。
本发明的目的在于提供一种既对结肠粘膜具有良好造影效果,又能保持流动性的X线结肠专用双对比造影剂。
本发明是这样实现的,造影剂主要由硫酸钡15~25重量份,枸橼酸铋钾0.012~0.048重量份组成;其使用浓度最好为125%(W/V),使用时,视需要还可加入适量消泡剂硅油。
本发明由于加入了枸橼酸铋钾,既有增加硫酸钡悬浮剂流动性所必需的枸橼酸离子,又含有收敛成份铋离子,却避免了鞣酸、三氯化铝、明矾等的絮凝作用。配制成使用浓度125%(W/V)时,混悬剂的流动性能良好,经使用表明,注入气、钡后,结肠轮廓线显影浓密,连贯性好,无名沟的显示率也比已有造影剂有所提高,特别是改善了右半结肠轮廓的显示清晰度;排出钡气后,结肠粘膜皱壁显示清晰,其结肠造影效果优于目前和上消化道通用的双对比硫酸钡混悬剂;又由于硫酸钡和枸橼酸铋钾均为常用药剂,无刺激性和毒性。

温水        加至200毫升
