技术领域
本发明涉及装修涂料领域,尤其涉及一种阳台外墙专用水性涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性建筑涂料是具有施工简单、环境友好、环保健康、附加价值高等特点的精细化工类产品。它主要应用在建筑墙体、装饰建材等建筑材料表面上的装饰和保护,使这些表面持久亮丽,同时还能延长其使用寿命,另外还可以涂饰环境给人以美的享受或醒目标记的功能,随着科学技术的不断进步与发展,水性建筑涂料渐渐成为一种强调功能性、应用性和突出高环保性的精细化学产品。
目前在阳台外墙的刷漆过程中,使用的涂料与室内使用的一致,并没有特别区分,但是由于阳台外墙要经历风吹日晒雨淋,因此,过一段时间后,阳台的外墙墙变就会发黄,变暗,甚至脱落,给业主带来较大的烦恼,因此一些业主会选择墙面贴砖来避免这个问题,但是这样无形中增加了装修成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阳台外墙用的水性涂料,该涂料具有较好的耐水性、耐高温性、附着力好,不易变色。
为了解决上述技术的问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种阳台外墙专用水性涂料,按重量百分比包括以下组分:改性有机硅树脂33%、改性丙烯酸酯乳液18%、成膜助剂7.5%、钛白粉15.8%、消泡剂0.38%、分散剂0.35%、增稠剂0.27%、防腐剂0.26%、防霉剂0.45%、pH调节剂0.18%、流平剂0.26%、消光剂0.16%、增朔剂0.15%、润湿剂0.3%、水余量。
优选的,所述涂料还包括颜料3.8%,所述颜料为氧化铁红、云母粉中的一种。
优选的,增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇的混合物。
本发明的涂料制备方法如下:
(1)准确称量上述配方,边搅拌边依次加入水、改性有机硅树脂、改性丙烯酸酯乳液、成膜助剂、钛白粉搅拌分散3~4小时;
(2)向分散好的上述溶液中依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、pH调节剂、流平剂、消光剂、增朔剂、润湿剂;
(3)过滤。
本发明的阳台外墙用水作涂料附着力强,耐高温,耐水性,不易变色,实用性强,市场前景广阔。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种阳台外墙专用水性涂料配方,按重量百分比包括以下组分:改性有机硅树脂33%、改性丙烯酸酯乳液18%、成膜助剂7.5%、钛白粉15.8%、消泡剂0.38%、分散剂0.35%、增稠剂0.27%、防腐剂0.26%、防霉剂0.45%、pH调节剂0.18%、流平剂0.26%、消光剂0.16%、增朔剂0.15%、润湿剂0.3%、水余量。
具体的,增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇的混合物。
制备方法如下:
(1)准确称量上述配方,边搅拌边依次加入水、改性有机硅树脂、改性丙烯酸酯乳液、成膜助剂、钛白粉搅拌分散3~4小时;
(2)向分散好的上述溶液中依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、pH调节剂、流平剂、消光剂、增朔剂、润湿剂;
(3)过滤。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种阳台外墙专用水性涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料还包括颜料3.8%,所述颜料为氧化铁红、云母粉中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种阳台外墙专用水性涂料,其特征在于:增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇的混合物。
