本发明公开了一种防火阻燃保温板,包含以下质量份数的原料:酚醛树脂60-70份,膨胀珍珠岩18-22份,氢氧化铝10-14份,炭黑6-8份,玻璃纤维5-9份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷4-8份,石棉10-12份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-7份,氧化钙4-7份,甲苯磺酸5-8份,乙醇11-15份。本发明防火性好,阻燃能力强,保温隔热性显著,安全系数高,制造成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防火阻燃保温板。
背景技术
保温板就是给楼房保温用的板子,是以聚苯乙烯树脂为原料加上其他的原辅料与聚含物,通过加热混合同时注入催化剂,然后挤塑压出成型而制造的硬质泡沫塑料板,具有防潮、防水性能,可使减少建筑物外围护结构厚度,从而增加室内使用面积。由于保温板附在建筑体上,发生火灾时,需要有阻止火势蔓延的效果,现有的保温板防火能力较弱,防火阻燃效果不理想,发生火灾时安全隐患系数高。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种防火性好,阻燃能力强,保温隔热性显著,安全系数高,制造成本低廉的防火阻燃保温板。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种防火阻燃保温板,包含以下质量份数的原料:
酚醛树脂60-70份,膨胀珍珠岩18-22份,氢氧化铝10-14份,炭黑6-8份,玻璃纤维5-9份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷4-8份,石棉10-12份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-7份,氧化钙4-7份,甲苯磺酸5-8份,乙醇11-15份。
上述的防火阻燃保温板,包含以下质量份数的原料:
酚醛树脂65份,膨胀珍珠岩20份,氢氧化铝12份,炭黑7份,玻璃纤维7份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷6份,石棉11份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份,氧化钙6份,甲苯磺酸7份,乙醇13份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明防火性好,阻燃能力强,保温隔热性显著,安全系数高,制造成本低廉。
