Abstract
本发明提供一种半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法,由如下重量份的原材料制作而成:聚氯乙烯50份、硅藻泥15份、碳酸钙12份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐8份、聚氨酯2.5份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.8份、AC发泡剂0.8份、丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份、机制木炭13份、滑石粉0.4份。本发明利用硅藻泥作为原料并搭配聚氯乙烯、碳酸钙、淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐、聚氨酯、氧化聚乙烯蜡、AC发泡剂、丙烯酸酯共聚物、机制木炭、滑石粉等辅助材料共混接枝、共聚改性经热塑溶合成型,使得该材料环保、无毒无味、防腐抗菌、零甲醛、不含任何有毒物质、原材料成本低,产品品质高,边角料、底料可循环利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及新材料或建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法。
背景技术
木塑复合材料是一种新型的材料,是将加工处理过的废旧木材、锯末农作物秸秆、坚果的壳按照一定的比例,与热塑性材料混合经高温高压处理制成,具有耐酸碱,不会腐烂等优点。它的推广应用可以节省大量的天然木材,有利于保护生态环境,因为有了天然纤维的成份,塑木有着更好的抗UV(紫外线)性能和更低的热胀冷缩性能,并且像木材一样易于加工。塑木复合材料作为一种环保型的新材料受到了人们的重视。现有技术中,木塑复合材料都是将废旧木材、锯末农作物秸秆、坚果的壳按照一定的比例,与热塑性材料混合经高温高压处理制成,生产中,容易出现材料分散不均匀,热塑性变差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原材料制作而成:
聚氯乙烯50份、硅藻泥15份、碳酸钙12份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐8份、聚氨酯2.5份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.8份、AC发泡剂0.8份、丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份、机制木炭13份、滑石粉0.4份;
上述地板,采用以下制备方法制作而成:
(1)将上述各种原材料共混,先经过研磨,再进一步混合均匀;
(2)原料共混后经密炼机密炼塑化;
(3)将密炼塑化后的物料用螺旋式挤出机热塑成型;
(4)将热塑成型的材料送入多棍压延机压延成3mm-20mm的薄片,然后进入定厚模具进行定厚;
(5)然后再经热压机多层热压合成地板基材;
(6)根据需求对地板基材进行裁切和加工;
(7)对裁切后的地板基材进行花纹膜热压复合;
(8)花纹膜复合完成后进行UV表面处理,使其具有耐磨、防水阻燃的性能,此工序完成后地板制作完成。
所述机制木炭采用半碳化的机制木炭,炭化率为25%-36%。
所述机制木炭由如下原料制成:
锯末65份、竹叶8份、菱角壳5份、花生壳15份、石榴皮18份、夏枯草15份、艾草25份、川木通8份、玉米秸秆5份、酸枣枝9份、莲蓬5份、黄芪6份。
其中硅藻泥是一种非金属矿物质,具有多孔结构,密度低、重量轻、能吸附空气中甲醛等有毒物质,物理性能稳定,本申请的原料中,配合一定量的硅藻泥,使复合材料的地板制品不变型抗伸缩,并具有阻燃、耐磨、耐化学品、无毒、无味等优点,抗性变、抗霉腐。
木质类、果壳类、配合植物秸秆等,以半炭化的基质木炭的形式加入到塑木符合材料中去,半炭化的基质木炭经过研磨后,可以更好的分散到热塑性材料中去,并且,经过半炭化的材料具有较多的空隙,与热塑性材料结合更加紧密,生产出来的复合材料,仍具有较好的热塑性。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用硅藻泥作为原料并搭配聚氯乙烯、碳酸钙、淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐、聚氨酯、氧化聚乙烯蜡、AC发泡剂、丙烯酸酯共聚物、机制木炭、滑石粉等辅助材料共混接枝、共聚改性经热塑溶合成型,使得该材料环保、无毒无味、防腐抗菌、零甲醛、不含任何有毒物质、原材料成本低,产品品质高,边角料、底料可循环利用。
淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐、机制木炭等组份的加入使复合材料地板具有一定的锁水性,使用该种复合地板,可以在梅雨季节或者一楼的住户,减轻地面返潮的情况。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
一种半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原材料制作而成:
聚氯乙烯50份、硅藻泥15份、碳酸钙12份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐8份、聚氨酯2.5份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.8份、AC发泡剂0.8份、丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份、机制木炭13份、滑石粉0.4份;
上述地板,采用以下制备方法制作而成:
(1)将上述各种原材料共混,先经过研磨,再进一步混合均匀;
(2)原料共混后经密炼机密炼塑化;
(3)将密炼塑化后的物料用螺旋式挤出机热塑成型;
(4)将热塑成型的材料送入多棍压延机压延成3mm-20mm的薄片,然后进入定厚模具进行定厚;
(5)然后再经热压机多层热压合成地板基材;
(6)根据需求对地板基材进行裁切和加工;

(8)花纹膜复合完成后进行UV表面处理,使其具有耐磨、阻燃的性能,此工序完成后地板制作完成。
机制木炭采用半碳化的机制木炭,炭化率为25%-36%。
机制木炭由如下原料制成:
锯末65份、竹叶8份、菱角壳5份、花生壳15份、石榴皮18份、夏枯草15份、艾草25份、川木通8份、玉米秸秆5份、酸枣枝9份、莲蓬5份、黄芪6份。
机制木炭的制备方法为:
1)分别将锯末、竹叶、菱角壳、花生壳、石榴皮、夏枯草、艾草、川木通、玉米秸秆、酸枣枝、莲蓬、黄芪干燥后粉碎至颗粒直径0.3mm待用;
2)按重量比取粉碎后的锯末65份、竹叶25份、菱角壳5份、花生壳15份、石榴皮18份、夏枯草15份、艾草25份、川木通8份、玉米秸秆5份、酸枣枝9份、莲蓬5份、黄芪6份混配,并搅拌均匀,得加工粉料;
3)将上述加工粉料置于密闭容器中,通入水蒸汽,保持温度180℃,压强0.2MPa,保温保压2小时,然后将加工粉料取出经260℃高温进行烘干,所得加工粉料的含水率在15%,以便于下道工序的加工成型;
4)将上述烘干后的加工粉料与硅藻土45份混配均匀,加入成型机中进行木炭块坯成型加工,成型机内的加热温度不低于220℃,得到木炭块坯待用;
5)将上述得到的木炭块坯码放、凉干待用;
6)将上述凉干后的木炭块坯装入炭化炉,进行炭化处理,炭化炉中的温度保持在465℃,持续时间为3天,使木炭块坯发生半炭化,控制炭化率为65-72%。

1.一种半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原材料制作而成:
聚氯乙烯50份、硅藻泥15份、碳酸钙12份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐8份、聚氨酯2.5份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.8份、AC发泡剂0.8份、丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份、机制木炭13份、滑石粉0.4份;
上述地板,采用以下制备方法制作而成:
(1)将上述各种原材料共混,先经过研磨,再进一步混合均匀;
(2)原料共混后经密炼机密炼塑化;
(3)将密炼塑化后的物料用螺旋式挤出机热塑成型;
(4)将热塑成型的材料送入多棍压延机压延成3mm-20mm的薄片,然后进入定厚模具进行定厚;
(5)然后再经热压机多层热压合成地板基材;
(6)根据需求对地板基材进行裁切和加工;
(7)对裁切后的地板基材进行花纹膜热压复合;
(8)花纹膜复合完成后进行UV表面处理,使其具有耐磨、防水阻燃的性能,此工序完成后地板制作完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述机制木炭采用半碳化的机制木炭,炭化率为25%-36%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半炭化竹木复合锁水性地板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述机制木炭由如下原料制成:
锯末65份、竹叶8份、菱角壳5份、花生壳15份、石榴皮18份、夏枯草15份、艾草25份、川木通8份、玉米秸秆5份、酸枣枝9份、莲蓬5份、黄芪6份。
