所述共用齿轮可以配置成同时执行倒车齿轮和电动车辆(EV)齿轮的功能。
所述中间同步机构可以设置在所述发动机和所述中间轴之间,并且配置成将发动机和中间轴连接或将发动机和中间轴断开连接。
所述输入轴可以包括第一输入轴和第二输入轴,它们设置成彼此平行并选择性地接收来自发动机的动力。

在EV模式下的行驶期间,起动发动机的情况下,第二输出轴可以配置成将施加至第二输出轴的部分动力传递至第一输出轴,以使发动机旋转。
在通过发动机的驱动力将再生力供应至电机的空闲充电模式下,中间轴可以配置成接收第一输入轴的动力并将动力传递至电机。

参考图1,根据本发明的各个实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的变速器包括:输入轴10、电机30、输出轴20以及中间轴40,其中输入轴10接收来自发动机的动力;电机30接收来自电池的电力以产生动力,并通过再生而产生电力;输出轴20接收来自输入轴10和电机30的动力;中间轴40将输出轴20和电机30连接,以接收来自电机30的驱动力,或将再生力传递至电机30。电机30设置在变速器内并连接到中间轴40。
根据本发明的各个实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的变速器进一步包括将中间轴40和输出轴20连接的共用齿轮60和中间同步机构50。
在根据本发明的变速器中,混合动力电动车辆(HEV)的变速器可以通过将电机连接部分1和中间同步机构50添加到现有的DCT变速器而进行配置。共用齿轮60可以同时执行倒车齿轮和EV齿轮的功能。中间同步机构50设置在发动机和中间轴40之间,以将发动机和中间轴连接或将发动机和中间轴断开连接。
输入轴10包括第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12,它们设置成彼此平行并选择性地接收来自发动机的动力。输出轴20包括第一输出轴21和第二输出轴22,第一输出轴21接收来自第一输入轴11的动力,第二输出轴22设置成与第一输出轴21平行并接收来自第二输入轴12的动力。

参照图2至图4,在以电力驱动车辆的EV模式时,中间轴40将电机30的驱动力传递至第二输出轴22。由于在高速行驶时挡位的级数提高,因此输出轴20从第一输出轴21变为第二输出轴22。

参照图5,在EV模式时,中间轴40将电机30的驱动力传递至第二输入轴12,其中第二输入轴12将从中间轴40获得的驱动力传递至第二输出轴22。
在引起电机30的电力产生的再生模式时,中间轴40将从第二输入轴12获得的动力传递至电机30。
根据本发明的各个实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的变速器进一步包括将中间轴40和(输出)轴连接的倒车齿轮和中间同步机构50,其中倒车齿轮通常与EV齿轮一起使用,并且在再生模式时,中间轴40将动力通过倒车齿轮和EV齿轮进行传递。
图6示出了在从EV模式到HEV模式的转换模式时图1中的动力传递路径。
参照图6,在EV模式下进行驱动期间,起动发动机的情况下,第二输出轴22将施加至第二输出轴22的部分动力传递至第一输出轴21,以使发动机旋转。
图7示出了在空闲充电模式时图1中的动力传递路径。图8示出了在倒车时图1中的动力传递路径。
参照图7和图8,在将再生力通过发动机的驱动力提供至电机30的空闲充电模式时,中间轴40接收第一输入轴11的动力,以便将动力传递至电机30。
图9为根据本发明的各个实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的变速器的配置图。图10示出了在HEV模式时图9中的动力传递路径。图11示出了在再生模式时图9中的动力传递路径。
参考图9至图11,根据本发明的各个实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的变速器进一步包括将中间轴40和第二输出轴22连接的低速EV齿轮和高速EV齿轮,其中,低速EV齿轮为通常与倒车齿轮一起使用的共用齿轮60。根据本发明,可以在执行换挡到高速行驶时将扭矩中断的感觉最小化,并且与现有技术相比,也可以减少中间同步机构50的数量。
如上所述,根据本发明的各个实施方案,可以得到如下优点。
首先,可以在执行换挡到高速行驶时将扭矩中断的感觉最小化,甚至还不使用高规格的电机。
其次,可以通过减少齿轮数量来降低成本并减少部件的数量。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其包括:
第一输入轴和第二输入轴,其配置成接收来自发动机的动力;
电机,其配置成接收来自电池的电力以产生动力,并通过再生而产生电力;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,其配置成接收来自第一输入轴、第二输入轴和电机的动力;以及
中间轴,其配置成将第二输出轴和电机连接,以接收来自电机的驱动力或将再生力传递至电机;
进一步包括低速电动车辆齿轮、高速电动车辆齿轮、传输齿轮和倒车齿轮,
所述低速电动车辆齿轮安装至中间轴并且与倒车齿轮啮合,
所述高速电动车辆齿轮安装至中间轴并且与传输齿轮啮合,
所述倒车齿轮与第二输出轴选择性地接合,
所述传输齿轮安装至第二输出轴,
其中,低速电动车辆齿轮为共用齿轮,其通常与倒车齿轮一起使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,进一步包括将中间轴和第二输出轴连接的中间同步机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,共用齿轮配置成同时执行倒车齿轮和电动车辆齿轮的功能。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,中间同步机构设置在发动机和中间轴之间,并且配置成将发动机和中间轴连接或将发动机和中间轴断开连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴设置成彼此平行并选择性地接收来自发动机的动力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,
所述第一输出轴接收来自第一输入轴的动力;以及
所述第二输出轴设置成与第一输出轴平行并接收来自第二输入轴的动力。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,在以电能驱动车辆的电动车辆模式时,中间轴将电机的驱动力传递至第二输出轴。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,在电动车辆模式时,中间轴将电机的驱动力传递至第二输入轴,
第二输入轴将从中间轴获得的驱动力传递至第二输出轴。
9.根据权利要求6所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,在引起电机产生电力的再生模式时,中间轴将从第二输入轴获得的动力传递至电机。
10.根据权利要求6所述的用于混合动力车辆的变速器,其中,在通过发动机的驱动力将再生力供应至电机的空闲充电模式下,中间轴配置成接收第一输入轴的动力并将动力传递至电机。
