本发明公开了一种治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药止痛酊，属于中药技术领域。发明人针对神经根型颈椎病的病机，选择具有滋补肝肾、舒筋活血、祛风止痛的中药地椒、艾纳香、山姜、巴豆树根、松节、红线麻、双股箭、鸡肚肠草、青丝线、竹林标、竹根七、虎掌草、樱桃叶、樟脑，制成中药酊剂，经临床试验，总有效率达到95％。

一种治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药止痛酊
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药止痛酊。
背景技术
颈椎位于头颅和胸椎之间，椎间盘的结构与腰椎间盘相似，活动度大，其椎间盘容易遭受急性或慢性损伤，尤以颈部椎间盘为然。随着年龄的增长和损伤的积累，颈椎间盘容易产生退行性变，使其弹性减退，脆性增加。弹性减退的椎间盘继续损伤，使椎体的骨膜受牵拉和挤压，继而产生损伤性修复反应，形成增生性骨赘。骨赘与破裂的椎间盘组织和后纵韧带组成混合突出物，压迫附近的组织。突出物最常见的向后外侧突出，压迫神经根，产生神经根被刺激和压迫的症状。而神经根周围常因炎症、肿胀和粘连，使其失去活动力，突出物挤压时无避让余地，更易产生症状。在治疗方面，口服消炎镇痛的西药，一部分病人常因胃肠反应等副作用不得不终止用药，一旦停药，又很快症状复发。硬膜外封闭又带有一定危险性，一些年长病人或患有心脑血管疾病的病人又不能耐受，有些病人对此疗法还有恐惧心理而不敢接受，还须有经验的麻醉医师来操作，故应用有一定局限性。为此，我们通过中药外用，经皮肤吸收，改善局部代谢，促进微循环，降低毛细血管通透性，减轻神经根局部的刺激，用以改善或消除神经根型颈椎病的疼痛，取得了显著疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药止痛酊。中医学认为本病多因筋骨不坚，外邪侵袭，致使经脉痹阻所致，属“骨痹”范畴，瘀阻为其主要病理因素。其治疗作用在于滋补肝肾、舒筋活血、祛风止痛，散寒除湿、活血通络可使神经根周围炎症、肿胀减轻或消除，进而减轻或消除症状及体征。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药止痛酊由以下重量份的中药制成：地椒8-13份、艾纳香8-13份、山姜8-13份、巴豆树根8-13份、松节9-14份、红线麻9-14份、双股箭9-14份、鸡肚肠草10-15份、青丝线10-15份、竹林标10-15份、竹根七10-15份、虎掌草7-11份、樱桃叶7-11份、樟脑8-12份。
优选的：地椒11份、艾纳香11份、山姜11份、巴豆树根11份、松节12份、红线麻12份、双股箭12份、鸡肚肠草13份、青丝线13份、竹林标13份、竹根七13份、虎掌草9份、樱桃叶9份、樟脑10份。
配制方法：上述中药共研成细末，95％酒精适量，装瓶密闭，经常摇动，使其充分溶解，1周后过滤备用。
方中：地椒温中散寒、驱风止痛；艾纳香温中活血、祛风除湿、杀虫；山姜温中散寒、祛风活血；巴豆树根温中散寒、祛风消肿；松节祛风、燥湿、舒筋、通络；红线麻祛风湿、通经络、解毒消肿；双股箭祛风湿、舒筋骨；鸡肚肠草抗菌消炎；青丝线消炎散瘀、止血止咳；竹林标清热消炎、散瘀消肿；竹根七滋阴泻火、活血调经；虎掌草清热解毒、活血舒筋；樱桃叶温胃健脾、止血解毒、养肝；樟脑通窍杀虫、止痛辟秽。
临床资料
1、一般资料门诊治疗80例神经根型颈椎病。其中男45例，女35例；年龄最小35岁，最大68岁；颈部活动受限，一侧肩臂手麻木疼痛60例；颈部活动受限，双侧肩臂手麻木疼痛20例；伴大鱼际萎缩3例；伴头晕耳鸣12例，伴握力减弱6例，分为治疗组40例，对照组40例，两组患者在性别、年龄、病程、病情方面差异无显著性。
2、诊断标准参照1992年全国第二届颈椎病专题座谈会神经根型颈椎病的诊断标准：(1)颈痛伴上肢放射痛。(2)受压神经根皮肤节段分布区感觉减弱，键反射异常，肌萎缩，肌力减退。(3)臂丛神经牵拉试验或椎间孔挤压试验阳性。(4)颈椎×线可见椎体增生，钩椎关节增生明显，椎间隙椎间孔变小。(5)CT/MRl可见椎体后赘生物及神经根管变窄。1、4为确切诊断标准，2、3、5为辅助诊断标准。
3、治疗及护理方法治疗组使用本发明所述中药止痛酊，称取地椒11g、艾纳香11g、山姜11g、巴豆树根11g、松节12g、红线麻12g、双股箭12g、鸡肚肠草13g、青丝线13g、竹林标13g、竹根七13g、虎掌草9g、樱桃叶9g、樟脑10g。共研成细末，95％酒精600ml，装瓶密闭，经常摇动，使其充分溶解，1周后过滤备用。用棉签蘸取过滤液涂擦患部，使局部皮肤发红为止，涂药后用手法整复按摩，每日2次。对照组使用双氯芬酸钠缓释片(诺华制药有限公司生产，国药准字H19980297)，规格：75mg，每盒10片，开水冲服，一次1粒，一日1次。两组均10天为1个疗程
4、疗效标准颈肩疼痛测定应用美国国家卫生研究院临床研究中心应用的疼痛测定方法，即用0-10cm的一条直线，分成10等分，标明数码，让病人根据自己的痛觉来判定并画在数字上，治疗前及治疗后均有病人画明疼痛所在的位置，最后由医生判定疼痛的程度进行评分。1-3cm，轻度疼痛，不影响工作、生活；4-6cm，中度疼痛，影响工作，不影响生活；7-10cm，重度疼痛，疼痛剧烈，影响工作及生活。
5、疗效标准痊愈：单症状消失或基本消失，疗效指数≥90％；显效：单症状明显改善，疗效指数≥70％，＜90％；有效：单症状有好转，疗效指数达≥30％，＜70％；无效：单症状无明显改善，疗效指数达30％以下。
6、治疗结果3个疗程结束后，两组治疗结果如下：

由此可知，治疗组总有效率明显好于对照组。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取地椒8g、艾纳香8g、山姜8g、巴豆树根8g、松节9g、红线麻9g、双股箭9g、鸡肚肠草10g、青丝线10g、竹林标10g、竹根七10g、虎掌草7g、樱桃叶7g、樟脑8g，共研成细末，95％酒精600ml，装瓶密闭，经常摇动，使其充分溶解，1周后过滤备用。
实施例二：称取地椒11g、艾纳香11g、山姜11g、巴豆树根11g、松节12g、红线麻12g、双股箭12g、鸡肚肠草13g、青丝线13g、竹林标13g、竹根七13g、虎掌草9g、樱桃叶9g、樟脑10g，配制方法同实施例一。
实施例三：称取地椒13g、艾纳香13g、山姜13g、巴豆树根13g、松节14g、红线麻14g、双股箭14g、鸡肚肠草15g、青丝线15g、竹林标15g、竹根七15g、虎掌草11g、樱桃叶11g、樟脑12g，配制方法同实施例一。

1.一种治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药止痛酊，其特征在于该中药止痛酊由以下重量份的中药制成：地椒8-13份、艾纳香8-13份、山姜8-13份、巴豆树根8-13份、松节9-14份、红线麻9-14份、双股箭9-14份、鸡肚肠草10-15份、青丝线10-15份、竹林标10-15份、竹根七10-15份、虎掌草7-11份、樱桃叶7-11份、樟脑8-12份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药止痛酊，其特征在于该中药止痛酊由以下重量份的中药制成：优选的：地椒11份、艾纳香11份、山姜11份、巴豆树根11份、松节12份、红线麻12份、双股箭12份、鸡肚肠草13份、青丝线13份、竹林标13份、竹根七13份、虎掌草9份、樱桃叶9份、樟脑10份。
